What an amazing shop! My 2013 Prius engine needed to be replaced and I took it to Harrison Auto to get a second quote. I am so happy that I did. This was the first time I had used this shop and was very impressed. His work and customer service has been amazing. His price was also much lower than the other shop. I have had the car back for a few weeks and it s has been running great. If you re looking for an honest shop that does great work this is it.

When I had a problem with my spark plugs? The boots of the Ignition coils were melted onto my spark plugs. I had no knowledge of this. Mike said that he would take a look at get the boots off and it only take about an hour and a 1/2. Well, Mike worked diligently. For 4 hours getting the boots off and still only charged me for an hour and a 1/2 of work. Mike and his shop is amazing. And I would greatly recommend anyone who is having problems with their vehicles to take it to his shop.

Incredible customer service! Mike doesn't go just the extra mile - it's more like five or ten. Although the vehicle service was not major, the logistics of time, day and transportation (late afternoon on Friday) added to the complexity. The work was completed the same day, as promised. Questions I had about the vehicle and the problem were answered with patience and attentiveness. Highly recommend for quality vehicle and customer service!

I am amazed at the experience I receive here. When my little Honda completely shut down on the I-15 on New years day on my way home to Idaho I was frantic. My insurance is a company that covers the entire US and doesn't work with specific shops but instead sends you a list of every car place (shop, dealership, or gas station) that exists within 25 miles of where you broke down.I initially selected Harrison's because it was the closest but am so grateful I did. I called the number on the side of the building before normal operating hours and on new years day expecting to get an office voicemail, but Mike picked up- even though they were closed for the day. They let us keep the car out front until they could get a look at it which I am so grateful for.After speaking to Mike the next day after looking the car over we learned that the diagnosis was a massive oil leak that ruined all the electrical components, but he would do what he could to get us back on the road before his HIP SURGERY. Yes, this man came in on the day of his surgery to try and help get us back on the road. Not to mention that the quote for the work was cheaper than what we were expectingWe got a call from Holly (his wife) later that day informing us that the fix did not work, the mechanic helping out to keep an eye on it after the fix while Mike was in surgery had some more ideas to fix it up and we were willing to try that.The next day I was at the point of not expecting to get our car running, I called Mike to discuss a possible sale for scrap and to schedule a time to pick up my personal items but when I called I got the news my car was back up and running. I was completely shocked. All I needed was my little car to get me back to Idaho and Mike, his team, and his family, went above and beyond to help us out.

Harrison Auto is priced extremely fair. Ii consider myself fortunate to finally find a good, honest, fair mechanic. I will continue getting all of my work done from them.

I'd like to say thank you to Mike for bringing my car back to life. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to the older hondas. It was lacking power, and with his knowledge and expertise, my car was restored and performed better than before. Im very pleased. He's earned my trust.

Mike and his team are always kind, patient and efficient. They have kept my Honda CR-V on the road for 291,000 miles. Prices are great and they make sure you know what is needed and what can wait until you have money to pay for everything else. I can t say enough good things about their work and the help they have given me.

***BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE EVER***VERY KIND AND HONEST PEOPLE. I have always been worried about finding trustworthy car mechanics as I have had bad experiences in the past with different shops. Every one of my interactions with each of the mechanics at Harrison s has been extremely pleasant and they have gone out of their way to help me and guarantee service where possible.FULL STORY:I had taken in a car that I knew was probably on its last leg of life, hoping to get it repaired to last me a couple more years. I had attempted to repair it on my own and with friends to no avail, and I dislike repair shops but decided to take it here as a last resort. I couldn t be happier with that decision. Mike was brutally honest with me and told me they could take my money and fix it, but it would just need more repairs down the road and burn a hole in my wallet. I wasn t 6/expecting to give up that day, but they were reselling a car from a long-time costumer of theirs that is known to be more reliable and cheaper to maintain than my old one. After a couple days of thinking, I decided to purchase it (there were plenty of other people interested; they were selling it for a good deal compared to what I could find online). This shop understood my position as a poor college student and continue to help me out. They cleaned the car well and made sure things worked that are often forgotten on old cars like this one, such as a working car window, automatic/remote controlled door locks, cruise control, etc. They also listed a few things that they had recently repaired in this car before selling it and promised that if any of those soon had issues, they would fix them for free. They also proved their expertise in Japanese models and other models, from the engine to the little driving specifics, which I really appreciated knowing as well.As if it couldn t get any better, right before I drove off, they discovered that I work at a charity, and sent me home with a donation they had been collecting as I drove out with the new car.I hope not to need to visit very regularly, but it would honestly be an honor to interact with the mechanics at this shop again. I m overjoyed that I finally found mechanics I can really trust, and although I hope not to have a need to visit often, I know exactly where to go if needed and where to refer all my friends and family if they need it. If you re looking for repair guys who are honest, care about you, and who deserve your trust, this is exactly what you re looking for.

I recently had a last minute electrical issue with my ford focus that caused concern. I contacted Mike and he offered to look at my car the same day which is rare in today's world. Super Ford in Salt Lake City wanted me to wait and be without a car with no solution for two weeks. Mike gave me my keys the next day with my vehicle operating as it should. What truly set him apart is his commitment to integrity and honesty. Mike never attempted to upsell unnecessary repairs or services but instead focused on what was essential for my vehicle's safety and performance. Mike and Holly were an enormous help. On very short notice, Mike replaced my solenoid on a same day walk-in and got me back on the road home in just a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and communicative about the work, and the price was exceedingly fair, particularly given the timeframe. I highly recommend Mike and his team. He knows what he's doing and he treats the customer like an old friend. He has helped me with several car repair issues over the last year and everything went very well. He also inspected my car before my last registration. Mike is professional and personable. He came to my home and brought the car back to his shop. When he diagnosed a problem with my Yaris, he called to say he could order the part for a fraction of the price from Canada. It just took a few extra days, but saved me a lot. I appreciate his help and expertise and being mindful of the cost. I'm buying a used Nissan and I will only trust him to inspect it so I'm 100% comfortable with my purchase. Thank you, Mike!

As a young woman with little car knowledge I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! Mike has been so honest, helpful, and genuine. I can tell he is truly a good person. He will be honest with you even if it isn t for his benefit. He helped me get my car towed to him and checked it out free or charge, because I was in a bad situation. He s amazing and I will recommend this business to everyone I know. When working with Harrison Mobile Mechanic you are in good hands.

Mike and the team at Harrison were a pleasure to work with. It's clear that he is honest and looking out for our best interest. I was in a lurch and needed my vehicle repaired ASAP. Although, they were swamped with work, Harrison was dry obliged to get to my vehicle and had me taken care of the sane day. I appreciate the service, they were willing to take their own down time to help me in a dire situation. The pricing is more than fair and the service is prompt. Awesome to work with. Me and a buddy were headed across the country for the summer and the morning we were leaving the car was having issues. By the time I got it to the shop it wouldn t start at all. These mechanics had the parts ordered and the car ready to go within 2 hours. Mike gave excellent service on my Mazda CX-5! We recently repaired our Honda Accord here and had a great overall experience. After speaking with him about the Honda, he told us we could bring our Mazda in as well so he could take a look at it. Mike repaired our brake pads, rotors, brake flush & even worked with us on price to help us out! Mike does honest work and I will be bringing my vehicles to him from now on. Overall, this business is trustworthy and they know what it s like to be in a tight spot with your primary vehicle. They keep you in the loop and give timely service at a fair price. Kept my (only) car almost two weeks when the job was supposed to be done next day. Stopped responding and communicating. I had to get aggressive in trying to talk to him. The CV axle that was replaced (aftermarket) failed within several months and caused other issues. I just ended up spending $1400 at the dealership to fix everything that was done here to my Subaru. Had me pay via Venmo to avoid taxes.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Mike is a great mechanic and has great prices. He and his wife are SO NICE. I was in a bind, and he was able to get my old truck in and repaired quickly. It's running better than ever. 01/22- Brought my truck in with a back end issue and as usual Mike sorted it out. He also gave me a heads up that my shocks are pretty beat. One thing I love about going here is he never is like - fix EVERYTHING. He resolves the issue I'm having, informs me of what else he came across, and never makes me feel like I need to dump my life savings into this old Betty. He has a lifelong customer in me.Also, the shop dogs are cutest which doesn't hurt.06/21- I'm not a professional, but I know enough about cars to be picky about mechanics. I have brought 2 vehicles to Mike. Both times he has fit me in and worked around my schedule. He has communicated about my cars needs but not pushed any "extras" He is a good honest mechanic, that does great work at a great price. Both times he got my car in at a fraction of the price others quoted me. I will continue to bring my cars to him.Additionally, Mike meets me where I'm at. He knows I have a little car knowledge, so he talks to me like I have a some knowledge. Excellent and honest auto repair shop. We took our car in for some work because the check engine light had come on, but it turned out to be a much bigger expense than the car was worth. One of the auto technician, Mike, recommended we not fix it, and instead look for a new car due to the cost of the expense. It would have been better for them financially had they fixed it, but instead of earning money, they've gained my trust.Thank you for the great service!
