I needed some window lifts and came to glass I. They were a specialty size, and they were 10 days out. I didn t want to wait, so I ordered on Amazon. The lifts came in and although they were the correct size , still didn t fit. I ended up losing about 40.00 because I had to pay return shipping. I came back to glassco and ordered the same units from them. They arrived in 6 days, cost less, and for like a dream. I should ve gone here first, and will in the future. There s not much that beats an old school brick and mortar with people who know their stuff.

I've used The Glass Company twice now for pane replacement - once for a frosted bathroom window, and once for a tempered glass pane. They are friendly, helpful, and reasonable priced. I plan to return. Highly recommended.

We decided to go with Glass Co because they were very reasonably priced, they listened to our concerns and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our windows. The guys who did the installation were very friendly, efficient and carefully put everything back as it was after they were finished. I love my new windows on my house! They look amazing and I can already tell that they are going to lower my utility bills. Highly recommended!

Least expensive by far on all our projects and very friendly and speedy service. On our latest project I called multiple glass companies and all said our project would take weeks and Glass Co had it done in 1.5 days and was by far the least expensive for the same quality work. THANKS GUYS!!

I got 3 quotes to replace my 3'x6' tempered glass living room window. They had the best price. They showed up on time, removed the broken glass (which is not easy to do with safety glass that breaks into a million pieces!), cleaned up all residual glass and installed the new window in about 30 minutes. Great service, very professional. I would definitely recommend them.Service: General repairs

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate for a glass repair and shower door, they said between 11am-2pm. I had someone sitting at home doing NOTHING, just waiting for them to show up, so I called them and they said between 1:30pm-3pm now. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, if I didn't call the person at home would have just wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. Here I am trying to do business with them, and they drop the ball on something so simple as keeping the customer informed of when they're going to show up and whatnot.

From the minute I first called Glass Co I felt the security of knowing I'd be well taken care of. The Reception Processor took care of the paperwork, the technician was prompt and courteous. I LOVE my new, exactly the same as the broken one, windshield. Thank you Glass Co!

The 'Glassco' did some work for our condos (I am VP of the HOA) and they did a good job.I contacted them wanting to have a shower door installed. They came out quickly (Mike) measured and said a quote would be coming soon.The quote came quickly - so far so good.The quote provided no real description of what the shower door would look like. All it said was Euro Door - which could be any number of styles.I wrote and asked for a description and pictures "Do you have an image of the door?"I received a reply with a link to a YouTube video of a shower door that was for a shower stall that looked nothing like mine (it had glass corners mine did not, was larger - etc..) the text of the email was "This will give you an idea what it looks like" - well ok - an Idea but I seriously would like to know what it will look like, not just get an idea.A quote for a $2,000 shower door (when I could get one from Home Depot for $400) should be something far and above and it seems asking for a picture is reasonable - but better than that - being provided a picture without being asked would be even better - I am not accustomed to being asked to buy something so permanent site unseen. Seems sketchy to me....I then asked about handles or knobs (I was not given any options at any point of this process) l also asked if the door was double slider or single? and made it clear I wanted to know what I was buying "I don t want to place an order not knowing exactly what I am getting."I received a quick reply that I could have handles or knobs, whatever I wanted. It was a double slider - but again, I have no idea what either a knob or handle would look like.I started to reply and ask about what options there were for knobs and handles but I got frustrated at what was becoming 20 questions so I declined the bid and will seek another provider.

These people went above and beyond to get my window fixed as soon as possible since it is freezing out. They came today and replaced the window that was broke and they did it in a matter of five minutes or less. They also took the makeshift window I had made away for me. I didn t catch their names but they were amazing and I highly recommend this place for all of your window glass needs

Needed a piece of glass for a kitchen cabinet my kids had broke. I was in an out in less than 20 minutes, and it only cost be $21. I now have glass guy!!
