Davis and team are incredible. A true love for the product and it shows. I highly recommend the team at Ferrari of SLC. Love the SF90 I purchased and look forward to growing my relationship with Ferrari.

The level of professionalism and respect is evident in every conversation and encounter with Davis! The dedication to customer service, and appreciation of customer loyalty is above and beyond expectation! I should have written this review more than a year ago (has it been two years now?), when we first ordered our custom Roma. Although it spends the winter months in hibernation (2nd winter now), we enjoy this high performance vehicle so much during the warmer months! Although I am a Lambo girl, I love this one, too! It was great speaking with you, and we will see you in the spring (or maybe early summer, when the snow and ice has melted up here) for a check up. Looking forward to seeing you then!

I had the pleasure to meet Fiona and Presteige while getting two of my bosses Ferraris serviced for them. I CANNOT say enough good things about the two of them. I stepped in the door and they both gave me a smile and a warm welcome, shared a few laughs with me, and got me taken care of quickly. One of the smoothest dealer appointments I've ever had. Seriously these two are amazing!!

I can't say enough good things about Davis: Patient, kind, accommodating, understanding, communicative, honest, and fair. Davis took care of us from start to finish to after finish. This is how business is supposed to be conducted. Thank you Davis and Ferrari SLC.

So full disclosure... These cars are a tad out of my price range. And by tad...I mean I could buy 23 of my current car for the same price as one of these.I visited here on a weeknight while my 9-year-old son and I had some time to kill.He is currently in a car kick and we thought this would be fun.I didn't catch the guy's name, but the salesman working was super cool. He took his time and answered every one of my son's questions. He took us to the back room to show us the "design Center" and never seemed bothered that we were there. While I will never be able to afford one of these, it was nice to be treated as though I could... And it was even nicer to make my son's day and tell him all about these cars.

Thought I'd stop in and take a look around. Two employees were in the showroom. Neither acknowledged my presence. The mechanic walked away as well as the salesperson.I was left alone on this brief journey. Is it so time consuming for someone to show me the features of a car I'm not familiar with? Only one person said hello to me.I learned nothing that I didn't already know. The salespeople must be well paid salaried employees or I looked like a Poor.My Dodge Viper is cooler anyway

Ferrari of Salt Lake is amazing. The sales associates have always been professional and very helpful. This year I have purchased two, (used sports) cars. Both of which are wonderful cars. I was impressed by the sales associate's professionalism and knowledge of sports cars; one was a Ferrari.

Ok I seriously don't know where to start, first of all I am a 16 year old boy, I go in and the first thing u see is the employees they are all smiling and welcoming you, then they ask you in what way can they help well ofcourse I am a teenager and I can't buy car yet and I told them I was looking at the cars and taking some pictures they were totally fine with me doing that they showed me around and then they said we will just be around take look take your time and let us know if you have any questions. And I just started taking pictures they give me my space and they weren't ever worried about me they are seriously the nicest people ever ( at one point I thought I owned that store because of how nice and welcoming they were) and finally after an hour and half when I was leaving the manager came and told me that one I can buy cars like that and he gave me a lesson that basically said study hard and one day you will achieve your dreams as long as you make goals. I appreciate their service they are the best. And that was me not buying a car so if I were to be buying a car I can't imagine how great the service would. And they are really great check them out.

As a Ferrari enthusiast I don't often get an opportunity to visit a Ferrari dealership. If you like Ferrari sports cars, but like most of us can't afford to buy one much less maintain one, you can walk into Ferrari of Salt Lake City and be warmly greeted and have any questions about these spectacular cars answered. Sure they would love to sell you one, but you if you just like the thrill of seeing Ferraris in person you can stop in here and enjoy. Great dealership!

This Ferrari location is inspiring. Yes the cars are beautiful but for this location it's the people that really make it an experience. I visit often to talk with and be inspired by Nico who you'll probably have the pleasure of talking with if you ever are fortunate enough to visit. He helps you learn what Ferrari is all about and helps you feel welcome. I've been visiting long enough I felt like I had to get on here and leave a review. This is a special location and they've earned my loyalty and support for all my future business.

Nico was the coolest person in there. He was so nice, and personal with us. He made us feel welcome and he shared really cool facts with us and stories of how Ferrari was created. He was really nice and made going to the store absolutely amazing. Would recommend over any other dealership

Great and memorable experience!! My family and I stopped at the SLC Ferrari dealership to look at all the wonderful cars for sale. Nico Rojo was outstanding! He gave us a tour and shared his knowledge of the different models, as well as the history of how Ferrari got started. Nico s passion and knowledge was impressive. Even days after visiting the dealership my 15 year old son can t stop talking about the great experience. Thank you very much!

I just took my younger boys (6 & 8) who love "Super fast cars." We had an amazing experience! Nico did a fantastic job, treated us like VIPs. My boys had a blast and were so excited! Thank you Nico!

They didn't kick me out when I just walked in to look at fancy cars so as far as I'm concerned these guys are chill.

Always a great experience at Ferrari of SLC. Nico, Tim, Sean, and Dan have all been amazing to work with. Every time I go in, Nico comes around the corner of his office to greet me with a smile, with no agenda or pressure, but to just to assist in the buying process. Sure, these guys wanna sell cars, but they also wanna sell cars to people that wanna buy them. If you are looking to purchase a Ferrari, look these guys up, they ll take good care of you.

Thank you to the employees who went above and beyond on Saturday to give my son an incredible experience. He has special needs and to say that he loves cars is an understatement. He went to your dealership to look at your Ferrari's, and came back with numerous mementos. You guys left a huge impact on him. Thank you so much for taking the time you did with him and for giving back!

We went in with my son who loves super cars and were expecting to be asked to leave since we clearly weren t in a place to buy a Ferrari. Instead Nico the employee was very friendly and let us look at the cars and answered our questions and treated us as good as his best customer. I will always have a good view on Ferrari as a company for the rest of my life because of the kindness Nico showed us!

Convenient location with easy access, parking is limited but right out front.Inside they have a Classy and elegant showroom floor, filled with a wide variety of high-end luxury cars. A lot of the cars are sold, awaiting pick-up or not for sale. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, helpful with just about anything related to ferrari or other cars they sell.

The cars were awesome, and the area where you first walk in let us take as many pictures as we wanted. However, the back section with more cars (Rolls Royce, Porsche, Ford GT, etc.) were not near as friendly. I walked back with a camera, and was immediately stopped by an associate saying we needed to ASK to take pictures of the cars. He said they had sold a few this morning (11/29/19) and were not allowed to take pictures of them due to something about customers not wanting their cars photographed. So explain something to me, I can walk into Makes and Models, Porsche, Specialized, or ANY other car dealership and take as many pictures as I like. But I walk into Ferrari with exotic cars, rarely seen on the streets of Utah, and can't take pictures of them, even though they will be on the road in a few days. What is the difference? This is the 3rd time I have visited a Ferrari dealership and been treated like this. Newport Beach, Vegas, and now SLC. I don't normally write reviews like this but Ferrari needs to work on their customer service.

Having been a fan of exotics for years I remember being thrilled to see Garff bring Ferrari to Salt Lake City. The only downfall was not personally being able to own one, and 2nd my own internal feelings of not feeling welcomed into the Ferrari store. The last two years or so I've peaked from the outside countless times, but Saturday I finally decided to go in. The next part was completely unexpected and to my surprise Nico approached me, greated me professionaly, educated me on some of the vehicles, and welcomed me to explore the dealership. I was beyond estatic and immediately called my wife just to let her know what had happened. I appreciate the hospitality Nico. Thanks for being so awesome and really making my weekend. I wish you a merry Christmas.

What a disappointing experience at Ferrari. Rude and condescending staff that looked like they wanted to lock the doors as we walked up because we had our children with us. Upon arrival, the staff asked our family group to separate due to COVID concerns. We complied with their request however, were told a second time that my wife and I needed to separate further from our children ages 5, 8 and 10. We asked the sales man to clarify what he meant by separating further and if he really intended for us to leave our children next to Ferraris without an adult beside them. He said he was concerned about officials driving by and closing down their business because our family congregated. When we tried to respond, he told us to do whatever I wanted and then turned on a vehicle and revved it up so I could not be heard. This bogus excuse was really meant to get our family out of their high-end dealership and a truly terrible example of customer service. When we're ready to buy our fourth vehicle, it won't be here. I would never support this business after our experience today.

Literally had one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. Came in to look at the 488 and no one was around to talk to me. Then when salesman shows up he s on he s phone and tells me not to touch anything. He super rude I was trying to ask questions about the car and he didn t really want to answer. He also told me I didn t listen very well. the worst experience I ve had an exotic car shopping. They lost my business.
