Got a Tesla? Cone to this location, there's a Tesla gallery across the street and they service Teslas all day every day. My rep, Stephen, was fast and efficient. He treated me like family. The store manager was in the service bay working on cars. He is a true leader and not just a boss. This Discount Tire location is awesome! 5 stars for sure!!!

I ve been using this discount tire location for the past 8-9 years for many vehicles. I know they are busy and I am always patient. Recently things have been missed and I usually over look them but when I have a missing lug nut that is something I can t move past.The last winter tire change I did the service didn t sync all of the tps monitors. One was not connected. I didn t care and moved on as I know they are busy.Then a month later I noticed a missing lug nut. I went into the location and explained that it was missing and that it must have not been torqued correctly.The sales person then tried to sell me an entire new lug nut set. I explained they didn t install it properly and just need one etcShe then spoke to another person there and he whispered to her that they have a box of misc lug nuts and to get one from thereShe brought me one and assumed she was a done.I asked if they were going to install it as that is part of the original job they were hired to do and she just shrugged her shoulders and blew me off.I went home and installed it myself.I have always been patient with them as I low they are super super busy. But this is the end of me going there.Them not taking responsibility for an issue they caused that is actually dangerous is the end for me.

Discount Tire took them over a year to correct their dangerous mistake and scammed me by not processing the refund correctly. They sold me wheels and tires that they assured me fit my vehicle but both the wheels and tires were incompatible (wrong off-set on the wheels and tires that were too big). They also lost my original wheels they took off so I had to use the unsafe wheels and tires until they got replacements for the wheels they lost. They assured me they would contact me as soon as the replacement came in. I removed body molding during this time trying to minimize damage but without success. I had to followup monthly for over a year to get the correct products. During this time damage was caused to my vehicle that could have caused serious injury to me and those around me. The damage these wheels and tires caused ended up costing me as much as the wheels and tires (body damage and three alignments from the tires rubbing because they were not compatible with my vehicle). Five managers and over a year later I got replacement wheels back for those that they lost and the correct tires for my vehicle. Soon after I realized they never refunded the original purchase even though the receipts show refunds. Since it took them over a year to correct the problem the interest free promotion from the original transaction ended and I was charged interest for the original purchase that was returned and due to their mistakes (I had disputed the transaction because they had still not corrected the problem). After multiple messages I was told they are not responsible with no explanation as to why they never refunded the transaction even though my receipts all show refunds for that transaction. They sent me out on the road with unsafe wheels and tires that ended up costing double what I would have paid anywhere else because of the damage and fraudulent refunds for the original purchase.

I placed my order for new tires online and set an appointment at the same time, everything was seamless and very efficient. I took the early morning schedule, came in 15 minutes early and was entertained by the staff, everything taken cared of. What I love is that, the gentleman who actually worked on my tires was the one who handed me the key and explained everything that was done. Very nice and very professional. Thanks, good job!

Had new tires installed today, they called and let me know my tires were in and set up a time to have the install done.I was early to the appointment and saw the store manager interacting with customers when I arrived. The staff was great and accommodated my early arrival.While I waited to finish the paper work Curt came over and thanked me for being a customer and choosing that location.While I waited in the lobby, I saw Curt interact with each customer who came in. One customer was having a rough time in life.Curt did an amazing job going above and beyond to help him out. It is not my story to share although I was moved by his actions.Yesterday I thought the workd sucked, today I was able to see human kindness and how customer service should be.I would recommend this location of discount tires over any other.

These guys got us in and out like NASCAR, even though we have a 37 travel trailer. Little tough to turn around in the parking lot for us but that s normal.

I very much needed all of my tires replaced, and the team at Discount Tire on State Street got me in for an appointment right away. I was there for less than 25 minutes from start to finish - was thoroughly impressed! I would use their services again.

Worst experience I ve ever had at a tire shop. I ve been buying from and touting Discount Tire for over 25 years and have never had any issues. Well today was completely different. I pulled in with a trailer tire that I knew had a slow leak and had accidentally let go completely flat just a short distance from this Discount Tire location. They started checking me in and said it would take at least an hour and a half to get the patch taken care of. I said that I didn t have time for that and I want to instead just have air put in the tire and I will fix the slow leak later. Apparently they now have a policy that if you have a flat tire they won t fill it with air unless they take the tire completely off the rim and inspect it. I told him that was unnecessary and I just need air in it so I can stay on schedule for my day. They refused stating it was a policy they had due to safety. I couldn t believe what I was hearing and said I would have never thought a tire shop would refuse to put air in a tire! It s literally what you do! At that moment Curt decided to come up within inches of my face and yell are you a tire expert so I decided to walk away and leave while he s screaming at me about how unsafe I m trying to be. Let me ask those who see this review. Is it safer to fill my trailer tire with air or to let me leave and drive on it with no air? I hope corporate sees this and has a talk with Curt (I believe he might of been a manager because he kept referring to the employees as his guys ) BTW I went to the corner gas station put some air in it, then went to the auto parts store and bought fix a flat. Been driving on the unsafe tire now for many, many miles. No problem. This was a ridiculous experience and if that really is a policy Discount Tire has made it s not for safety, but to make money.

Bridger was an outstanding employee. He helped me with a really good deal on getting all 4 of my tires replaced just to make sure I made it home safely. He had absolutely outstanding customer service!! Was very detail oriented, had great communication skills, very quick on hand and willing to help in any way that he could. GREAT attitude. Had a huge sense of urgency as well. He was Willing to stay after closing time just to make sure his customers were taken care of. I highly recommend this place. huge shout out to BRIDGER! Thank you.

The last 3 times I've gone for a free 5 min air check, I end up sitting there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement, and leaving without any air. I've been a customer for 15 years and the level of urgency has consistently gotten worse and worse to the point it feels like I'm talking to McDonalds employees. I've decided to start going to Les Schwab where the rush to me in the parking lot upon arrival.

Bought tires 1 week ago. Driving 60 on a clear road with no traffic around me, my back driver side tire split and went flat. After putting my spare on, and apologizing to my wife for not being able to be home when I should be I waited 2+ hours for them to get to my car and replace the tire. Then they charged me an installation cost and would not remove it.Thanks for selling me a bad tire and then not taking care of it. Will not be coming back. Super unfriendly service writer Yasmin said I should have bought the road hazard warranty and it was also my fault for hitting something. I hit absolutely nothing- there was nothing in the road and no cars around me. If there had been something in the road I would have avoided it.Come here if you d like to wait a long time, be spoken down to, and given a general attitude that you did something wrong by spending over $600 a week ago with them. Oh and bonus, you get to pay for the pleasure of that experience. Fun!

I bought four tires online and asked them to mount them for me. They took care of the job quickly however I found later that one tire had a slow leak. After a few months of dealing with the slow leak I returned and asked them to investigate. There rim had corrosion leading to the slow leak which they addressed at NO CHARGE. They demonstrated they stand by their work without question.

I went here to get my front tire repaired that was going flat and was told bothwerebunsafe to continue driving on and that I needed all 4 replaced but the front 2 at the very least. I couldn't afford to replace even one tire. I live in my van w my toddler and puppy. The guy theor could tell I was struggling and it was raining and snowing outside. I couldn't belive it, but he gave me my front 2 tires and even replaced my windshield wipers!!! Completely restored my lost faith in humanity! Way to go discount tire! Everyone should go here for new tires! What an amazing person to help me like that!!! SO

Discount Tire is the best tire shop in the world. They have taken incredible care of us and our vehicle tires. Today, I was reminded of just how awesome they are, cant thank Mitch and the crew at the Salt Lake shop on approx. 2200 South State Street. Many thanks to the team there, really appreciate the amazing service.

I think this is one of the best tire shops near Salt Lake City. They are kind, ask my favorite air pressure for my vehicle before mounting the tires, and use torque wrenches for mounting tires. See you at my next tire rotation!

Thanks to curt, chase and the rest of the team for fitting me in today. They made it so I got new tires today and didn t have to take time off during the week. This is why I ve been coming here for about 20 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Needed a set of tires for the dually before the trip back to the east coast. Curt and crew did a excellent job, from getting them ordered and in with short notice, to getting all seven put on promptly once they got there!

Go during the week right when they open, you'll be in and out super fast. Was in and out under 30 minutes. A technician even walked out to my car two minutes before they open to get me checked in. One of the smoothest trips to the tire shop I've had!

This store must be under new management! Customer service is in the hole. Be prepared for long waits and some, very incompetent employees (not all employees but enough to make the experience suck). After 20 years of spending lots of money on tires at this location, it's time to find a new tire store.

I've been a 20 year customer and they have put tires on my Corvette, G Wagon, F150, a Saleen Mustang, Mach-E and even a 1968 MGB. These guys are amazing and with nationwide network of stores you can get service on the road. Did I say they prices and selection are amazing!

We recently came in to get some new tires for our 2023 Sequoia. We wanted as big as possible the store manager Mitch made sure his team took care of us even letting us test fit the tires. The service here is great skip the other stores and make the drive to come here. Customer service counts here

I came in & got brand new tires on my truck today 8/17/23. Brandon helped me a couple of days ago to find out how much my tires would be. Today Mathew checked me in was very nice. Juan came out & said my spar tire was from 2006 & it was getting bad, so he said they could use one of the better tires I am taking off to replace as my spar. They work fast & did a great job. I am glad they treat people with such great care.Guys at Discount Tire your the Best!!!Helen

Had a great experience here. They take COVID concerns very seriously. All employees where masks and they ask customers to drive your car in and out. They didn't even need my keys! They put on full new tires and wheels I bought online no issues and confirmed a few tire questions as they were putting them on. Hopefully I don't have to come back any time soon but when I need run into a tire issue I'll be calling them first!

I ve been a customer for years. Having purchased tires.When it came to Dismounting , Mounting and Spin Balance that was included with the purchase.Today was the first time I brought my own tires for mounting. Which now will be the last time I ever do so.My disappointment was brought on by my lack of inquiry of Utah s Discount Tires fees.Never again. My presumption was guesstimating $20 ish per tire.N O O O O P E ! ! ! !$10 per tire Dismount X 4 = $40$10 per tire Mount X 4 = $40$21 per tire Spin Balance X 4 = $84With the anticipated disposal fee of three tires and sales tax . . . FREAKIN ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY NINE CENTS ! ! ! ! ! ! !WHAT THE FREAKIN HELL ? ? ? ! ! ! !$185.89 to have four tires installed ! ! !AAAAAH HELL NOOOOO ! ! !NEVER AGAIN ! ! !I will take my business elsewhere if and when I ever need a tire or tires installed again.(I had my son be the person to facilitate the business.Since I set up the situation he thought I was aware of the outrageous prices, fees)
