Car was fixed in about 24 hours instead of a week that it would have taken the dealer. Prices were cheaper than dealership. Every issue was fixed perfect and I had a lot of problems that needed to be addressed. Fast, friendly, and cost effective. Happy to support a local company! Top notch service all the way. Very happy I took my 4runner here.

Great, reliable, and honest service. Cottonwood Auto Care won me over a few years back. First, because they gave me an honest diagnosis on some repairs/routine maintenance, and secondly because they work on my boyfriend s car. A mechanic from a different shop was trying to tell me that I needed five different things done. When I went into Cottonwood to assess these possible repairs, I truthfully only needed two! You guys are great at what you do, thanks always.

I could not recommend them enough. I recently moved here and was looking for a mechanic I could trust. The guys at Cottonwood Auto Care are good honest people that will not try to screw you over and get you to pay for things you don t need. I will never go to another mechanic

Decided to try this place because I live down the street, and I was pleasantly surprised both by how quickly they called me with my initial quote, and how quickly the service was done. I have a jeep, so we all know I will be back in the shop pretty soon! Five stars very happy with them!

HONEST! These guys could have charged me for a brake replacement but said they looked great and the noise I was concerned about was a pebble. Such a relief to find a place and people I can trust! I called Mark at Cottonwood after my car door handle broke off. They were able to order a new handle in the correct color for my vehicle. They fit me in that same week and were able to get the repair done quickly. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at the shop. I paid 900 bucks for new ball joints and swing arms replacements. This put my car out of alignment but they didn't offer to fix it or even mention it when I picked it up. Straight up ! Grew up around garage, cars and the personalities...Mark and John and the crew are "the real deal". If Mark says he will do it, it will get done correctly. Many many years of experience and real know how!!I highly recommend the guys and the garage!!

A mechanic you can actually trust?? Yes it does exist, and they work here. Mark and the team are so nice, the prices are fair, and they will never try to charge you for things you don t need done (I m looking at you dealerships). They work quickly and efficiently so you can get your vehicle back as quickly as possible. I ve taken my Xterra in several times and have been satisfied each time. Seriously, take your car here.

The dealership I had originally gone to about a Check Engine light was going to charge me 100 s of dollars to fix a simple issue with my air intake sensor. Cottonwood Auto Care found and fixed the issue for $69. I have taken my car to them twice now, and would trust them with any repair. They will be my go-to repair shop from now on.

After Big-O quoted me a steep price for a repair, I was referred by a friend to Cottonwood Auto. In addition to the original repair, by the time I could take it in again I also needed new brakes and rotors. Cottonwood Auto did the original repair AND replaced my brakes and rotors for 1/3 of Big-O's quoted price! Car runs like a dream now.On top of that, Cottonwood Auto was quick (had my car back within 4hrs), no hassle, straight forward and pleasant to deal with. Can't recommend these guys enough, especially Mark at the front desk who helped me out. Not only will I be taking my business there from now on, but will be referring all my friends & family. I don't normally write reviews, but It's been a long time since I've been this pleased with an experience at the mechanic's. Thank you Mark & everyone at Cottonwood Auto!

We took our van in to have the starter fixed. In the process Mark found our engine mount was broken and he repaired it on the spot. A total of two days between drop off and being fixed and ready to go. Mark was fast, reliable and absolutely reasonable with pricing. Thank you for honest and quick work!

They won my trust!!! I have been at the same garage for 30 years. My garage was sold and the vibe totally changed. Fixed one problem and drove out with two others. What they were telling me made no sense. Took it for a second opinion and I now have a new garage. People that care, people I can trust. Thank you.

Mark always makes time for my repairs, despite my vehicles age and uncertainties. The trust he has earned throughout the years, has brought me back time and again, with multiple vehicles, sometimes even driving more than 8 hours just because I know I can trust the reliable and timely repairs. I recommend his shop to everyone that asks about an honest mechanic.

First time customer - great experience. Had a low brake fluid light on. Previous brake work from a Ford dealership was a mess with multiple trips to fix a squeal from scuffed rotor resulting in I had no idea what state the brakes were in. Tough trusting a new mechanic to please just take a look and let me know what needs doing, but both people at Cottonwood Auto Care that I spoke to were great, they were fair in charging me for a very small amount of labor, only had to refill brake fluid, and let me know how much wear my brake pads/rotors had - exactly what I was looking for. I just moved here-- been looking for a quality, trustworthy mechanic to help keep my car safely on the road. After some research I decided to start with these guys. They got me in same day for an inspection and a couple of minor repairs and I understand why they have so many great reviews. Cost was very reasonable and they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Feeling like my car is in good hands.

Mark at Cottonwood Auto Care Definitely get a five star rating! He had an opening in one day & replaced my rotters and break pads for half the cost other auto shops had bid for me. As a single female I feel respected and valued (not taken advantage of) with Cottonwood Auto Care. Mark is friendly, respectful, up front, honets, and my car is so HAPPY, she runs great no more shaking, and I am HAPPY as well! Trustworthy mechanics. Need I say more?I ve used Cottonwood before for a variety of services, this time brakes and rotors. Now, it s the only place I ll take my car.They are always priced more reasonably than a dealership (truly horrid experiences w LHM Ford downtown), and more importantly - each time I ve gone to CAC, they have been generous with advice, and honest about what repairs are needed, and which may be superfluous (after being pressured by dealerships to add unnecessary repairs).Cottonwood is focused on the safety of the vehicle and satisfaction of the customer, and at the end of the day, that s all that matters.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Mark is honest on what the conditions is and needs to be done or suggested. They keep you riding smooth. Mark is great. He tells you what you need to know, whether it means he gets an immediate job out of it or not. They have done a number of minor and major repair jobs on our vehicles over the years, now. He has always first looked at our cars without cost; sometimes he has told us what to do ourselves, or where to go if the repair is not something Cottonwood does. I really appreciate that!We ve had him do a number of repairs on our older cars over the years and they have always done a great job at Cottonwood. The mechanics are cheerful and very helpful.Just the other day, I brought in our 20 year old van with some steering noise issues, and he immediately had his guys fill up the power steering fluid reservoir for me. When I tried to pay him for it he waved it off. It s little experiences like that, combined with their excellent knowledge and experience, that cause us to bring all of our car maintenance and repair work to Cottonwood.This is a good establishment. Definitely a place to trust.Service: Brakes
