They were so honest about what was going on with my Bronco. They told me it was as just a fuse and fixed it. I was told by another mechanic it would be 600.00 to fix my truck. Not with Certified Automotive! They fixed my fuse did a diagnostic, gave me a list of things they recommend I do to my truck and I am planning on doing all them with Certified Automotive. I am a woman and I appreciate honesty and hard work they provide both with great customer service and a smile! I highly recommend them!

Paying for car repairs is never fun, but this shop definitely makes it less painful. Always extremely friendly, fair prices and they work so quickly! Bonus points for being communicative and giving the option of texting instead of calling for those of us who aren t able to take phone calls during the day. Highly recommended and will continue to bring my car there.

They were friendly on the phone when I asked for a quote, and were reasonably priced compared to others I'd received. A few days later I decided I wanted to come here, but their website showed their next appointment wasn't until the following week. I called just to see if they happened to have any availability sooner and they were able to get me in the next morning. They told me they may have to keep it overnight which I was fine with, but they actually ended up finishing that same afternoon. Didn't try to push any other services than what I came for and the final bill was even slightly less than expected with their first-time customer discount. Would definitely return in the future.

I am absolutely astonished with the above and beyond service by Jeff and Richard. Hell, it honestly feels weird saying service , when you leave a place feeling like you re buddies by the time you walk out their door.I can t believe the team they make. I m blown away by how comfortable and welcoming the place is. I feel like these two guys could be the missing characters from all of the oceans movies by how many connections and smarts they have in the industry. They saved my . In more ways then one- I am forever in debt . And to top it off, beer was offered to return the gesture of top notch accommodation, and they declined. Definitely a rare thing to come across these days, and I forever highly recommend ..! If my car problems continue- I may just move from NY where I live just so they can be my mechanics. Thank you thank you THANK YOU. For making myself feel at home, as well as my dog. While we were stranded, broke, out of state, and suffering. You guys gave me a massive amount of faith in todays crazy world today .!!!I will figure out a way to pay this forward, I promise!-Jenny & Sharpie

I don't recommend bringing your car here. I had an engine misfire and took the vehicle in to get diagnosed. Well, they first told me that the diagnostic fee would be included in any repairs I got at the shop. When they said they were going to need to do a compression test, they said it would be $300 for the diagnosis plus the compression test. When I asked about the diagnosis fee being included in the work, they reduced the price down to $200. So I would have been charged an extra $100 had I not advocated for myself.Furthermore, the vehicle was returned to me with a broken drivers side handle. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem they had caused, they looked at me like it was my fault and challenged me when I asked them for a quote on how much it would cost to replace the handle. It was so uncomfortable and awkward!I do not trust this shop and I will not be returning.

The auto mechanic I ve taken my car to for 30 years closed up recently and I had to find a new shop to service my automobiles. A good and trusted auto repair shop is as important as a reliable primary care physician or dentist. I had a great first experience with certified automative. The service was great, the work was completed timely and they communicated well with me throughout the process. Great first experience!

First time in and had a great experience. They were able to get our car in the next day. They addressed all of our concerns quickly. They were very friendly, honest and didn't pressure us into unnecessary repairs. Will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here in the future.

This was the first time that my car was given a proper oil change service. People there was professional and explained to me clearly what type of service required to be done on the vehicle. Overall, it was a proper hassle free experience.

I came in with a leaking radiator. Not only did the people at certified automotive keep me informed of every step and every cost along the way to a full repair, they also told me everything else that needed fixed with my vehicle and helped me prioritize which repairs were more critical. Great place with technicians that know their stuff. Very honest and open. Would always be my first recommendation for a mechanic in the area. I will be going back for all my future vehicle issues and repairs.6 months later, had to get my breaks replaced. They kept me up to date, step by step. They also told me everything else that needs fixed and pricing for each thing. Will always come back and use this wonderful business.

I took my 1994 4runner into Certified Automotive to get a complete check on the vehicle. For everything the guys checked out, the price was absolutely reasonable & they did a complete & thorough job. I would absolutely use them again in the future & highly recommend. Thanks guys

Everyone was so nice and accommodating and they will for sure let you know what s going on with your car. The only thing is that when I got my car it smelled like someone smoked in it. 5 stars still! Thank youuu!

I brought these guys a nightmare lemon truck with bad lifts and all kinds of leaks. They can fix everything. They will save you money when they can. Honest. Dependable. Simple drop off system. I dont go anyplace else.

My son attends the university in SLC. The crew was very helpful in coordinating repairs and payment for his truck while I was in a different state. They communicated with both of us, were quick to diagnosis, provided detailed bids and the repair was done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when my mechanic of 15+ years reviewed their bids and said he would suggest the same repairs and at a similar price. It's nice to know we have a trusted mechanic should we need it again.

I just came in for routine emissions testing and On-the-Spot registration renewal no appointment needed; I was able to just walk in, get my paperwork started, and everything was done in about 15-20 minutes. The staff was amiable and efficient, and the whole process went smoothly. I ve used Certified Auto before for emissions, and once my car is off-warranty, I m sure I ll come back for any other issues I might haveUpdate 12/14/2023: I did come back after my dealership recommended a few services. Certified Auto. informed me of one I could do myself (saving me about $20) and did another for about half the price of the dealership. They were able to start immediately and I had my car back in a couple of hours. As before, they were friendly and flexible. They're definitely going to be my go-to garageService: Emissions testing

Driving cross country, i suddenly experienced some issues with my hybrid battery. Jeff at Certified Automotive was the only shop out of 10+ that I called who took the time to help talk over the issue, explain possible solutions, and help in any way possible. We scheduled an appointment, but ended up canceling as the issue ended up being covered under Toyota warranty. Regardless, Jeff had absolutely excellent customer service and immediately set me at ease.

I used the overnight drop off to leave my car over the weekend. Very convenient. They contacted me the next morning and communicated with me regularly throughout the entire process. I like that they are good at diagnosing the problem correctly. They made the recommended repairs and I had my car back in under 3 days. It has been running great! Thank you!

Wanted on-the-spot renewal before other shops were open. Quick in and out, no difficulty or extra charges. Had to replace front struts on my dodge charger. Scheduled out the repair and used the drop off service. Car was completed by noon the next day. Charger runs really smooth now. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and give you information in a straight forward manner. They are very honest and very fair. I was in a bind due to an expiring warranty and needed to get my backup camera fixed. Jeff and Richard knew the situation and, despite being backed up, went above and beyond to make sure I got the repair done within my warranty period. Reasonably priced, know what they are doing! Repairs that stay repaired (like A/C that stays working through the next summer, too!)
