Purchased my 2011 Honda CRV-EXL from CB Auto and got the chance to work with Luis. Through the whole process he was very transparent about the vehicle and its salvaged history. The price was extremely reasonable and I drove off feeling very sure of my new purchase. I have had the CRV for 2 months now and it runs great, have had 0 issues. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

Came to get my emissions done and waited patiently for 30 min, only for Louis to serve the guy behind me first (who had only been waiting about 10 minutes) since the guy had physically pulled his car up to the bay. Seriously such a simple thing to deal with, and not cool to shaft your customers who wait patiently and politely.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!! YOU'RE LITERALLY BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE Leaving another review because the incompetence and disrespect and just straight lies from this shop are apauling. They deserve to have a rating that fits their service.I had purchased a vehicle from here months ago, and they had told me when I bought it that had just had a BRAND NEW TURBO installed. But still read a code for it. They said they would help with the turbo issue (something that is essential to the car's function and if it doesn't get fixed it will literally ruin the car and cease the entire engine, totaling it.) but every step of the way they have done nothing but dodge and avoid any accountability for their work. They said they would help me with this repair and I have taken my car in a total of nine times for this single repair, a few times through their shop(s), a few of those said times they took my car to other shops WITHOUT my knowledge when they told me the work was going to be done at THEIR shop. But regardless with all those plentiful shops no one was able to figure out this mysterious issue. Just half-a$$ed attempts to get me to shut up. Finally I was sick of their incompetence and decided that I had to do things myself because they weren't willing to help, I did several repairs of my own but the same code would still come back and since there is only so much I can do with my limited tool kit in my garage, I called them to ask again if they were still willing to help. They said they would, and to yet again take my car to another shop where they will do another diagnostic and try and figure out what is going on. A day goes by I called back the shop to clarify what I should tell this new shop when I got there, and the man on the phone, ( an older man it seemed) proceeded to raise his voice at me and cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation. He just said "to fix the car myself, it's not his problem, it's not their fault. I bought the car" and then hung up on me.(Yes, I am fully aware. Yes I did, I did buy your POS car that you told me drove great with a backhanded smile as I drove away with you knowing fully well this car wouldn't make it far. I then proceeded to pay over 3,000 dollars of work on it myself on top of the monthly payments for the car.I understand that buying a used car is never a guaranteed situation but you would think that when somebody tells you they're going to help you with an issue, or that work has been done, or that this car you are paying thousands for would actually run.You would think that someone competent would want to hold their word like any responsible, reliable business with any ounce of respect to their name and not sell some one a car they know isn't going to make it far.I have not a single doubt in my mind this car would have killed me this winter. It has driven progressively worse since I bought it and had gotten to the point the engine and transmission were so fried I could hardly break.I will no longer be taking my car to these people or anyone affiliated because I truly believe they would rather send anyone to the morgue with their pockets lined with cash than do an ounce of honest business.I've just now had my car worked on at a DIFFERENT reliable shop and it basically needed an entirely new engine. How could anyone with an ounce of knowledge turn around and say it's great to drive and feel proud selling it to someone? It feels like a completely different car now and I am blown away. It drives like butter now. No thanks to you guys.Sometimes it's not a bad car. It's a terrible mechanic and sloppy work..Have the day you deserve Thanks for reading

We got a car here and it broke down the next day and they towed it back and were more than willing to figure it out. It turned out a gas station sold is water basically for gas but they worked with us on the bill and honestly went above and beyond to help us and gave us us a fair amount on a trade. We love our Honda accord we got from them! We would definitely come back and use them for future mechanics as well. There was some delays in communication would be my only complaint.

Leaving a one-star review because Im literally just at a loss of words with this place.I would like to say I get you guys are probably busy (with a bunch of you all standing around one vehicle as one person works on it, as I observed coming to your shop multiple times because no one would answer the phone.) But the miscommunication with this shop has been nothing but extremely stressful.I tried to express the issues with the car when brought it, (the car would come up with a turbo error code, but they expressed to me a new turbo was already put in in that the code should go away in a short amount of time of driving a car, dumb of me to believe them, but they told me they would fix it if anything did happen so I went ahead and believed them) i explained the situation once the check engine light came on and you guys ordered and received a new turbo for my car, held my vehicle for 5 days and then told me my car was ready. Only to have me come pick it up and be told you didn't do any of the work that was requested, that your mechanic said there was no code and saw nothing wrong whatsoever. I expressed to you the check engine light would come back on very soon since nothing was done, but you sent me on my way. I left the shop and immediately went to an AutoZone and had them scan the car again, and lo and behold the code was still there, I also went home and used my own code scanner, and boom it's still there. Fast forward about 24 hours the check engine light is back on. I contacted Luis Macias, my main contact for the shop, and they then had me wait 3 more days to bring the vehicle back again, not really telling me why such a long wait but I figured they were busy so I just waited and when that day comes I get no communication back. When I called the shop, they told me that they had to order a new part. They then ordered the part that day?? Where did the last part go? Why are they just now ordering it the day of my appointment when I waited three days for them to order said part. Not only that but at this point I learned that they are not even doing the work at their shop, that I have been led to believe, they were planning to take my car to another shop to be worked on without my knowledge. Why am I waiting for another part to arrive to then also only have you guys take the vehicle to another shop and have them do a diagnosis?? Maybe I don't know much about the car shop world, but that comes off extremely shady and illegal in my opinion. You'd think if you take your car to a shop to be worked on, they would work on it at that shop.Then the cherry on top of the cake when I went to this other shop to get a straight answer from somebody, their guy there told me that they had not tried to contact him at all about my car.Then once my car was finally done after I had to do everything myself trying to do their job. I could hardly even get them to communicate again with that shop to get everything finished so that I could pick up the car.Honestly I'm just a loss of words with this shop like I said, completely disorganized, sloppy workmanship; when I brought my car there the first time ( when no work was actually done) they ripped some of the tubing on my door and left dirt all over the mats and my car was covered in dirt.If you want to go to a shop and just waste weeks of your time and get a vehicle that probably won't work in the end as I'm still having issues with the car. This is your place!!

Reached out on Facebook for a car listed there from CB Auto. Luis messaged and stated he would send Carfax. Hours go by and nothing. Reached out again to "The car is sold but we have a different one". Seems like a bait and switch tactic that so many dealers pull. Be very wary of this place!

CB Auto it's a great place to work with they helped us out. They was able to get the price where we needed it to be. They're willing to wait for us to get financed they were very honest up front will us. They seemed to be truthful about the deal that we made. I would recommend these to you if you're looking for a used car that's that low miles I didn't think we could buy a car with low miles but still have a good quality car. come give him a try I don't think you'll be disappointed they sure made our day!

Phenomenal experience with CB Auto. They were very accommodating, fast about the buying process. They had all the papers ready to sign when I got there. The car I bought had a crack in the windshield and they had that fixed for me before I picked it up with no extra charge, and still gave me the price I wanted. Brandon was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We bought a car here back in August. Rebuilt title. Louis was very pushy about the price. They wouldn't let us take it to a mechanic so we had to pay one to come look at it. The whole time they seemed so nervous with the mechanic. They priced the car at being perfect with no mechanical issues. (Based on Kelly blue book) Everytime we mentioned something that was not perfect Louis would say, well its a used car.... then why are you pricing it at perfect buddy?? The mechanic recommended replacing a few things. So we knew with buying it we would have to replace a couple things. Well driving it off the lot, we had no idea what was in store. Now almost $3000 later we are STILL having issues with transmission and leaks and bearings. Seriously, go somewhere else. They might seem like they are trust worthy but they are just trying to repair the car so it drives,so they can price it as perfect.

Decided to come here after a few bad deals on other cars fell apart. Luis was incredible and kept me informed on every step of the purchasing process. He helped me get into the right car at an extremely good price. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a new car, give these guys a chance.

I purchased a car from CB Auto this dealership, I looked everywhere for the car that I wanted and these guys had it and it was in great shape they gave me a fantastic deal on it and were very honest about any issues the car had. They went above and beyond and put a new rear brakes and rotors on, along with ordering a very expensive driver side light housing with xenon lightbulbs. I would definitely send my friends and family to them and next car I get, they will be where I start, give them a try they will exceed your expectations! Cheers.

Not honest business, want to charge me $150 for his time doing nothing for me. Had $500 of deposit refuse to refund me back because the car He want to sell me is a car that had 7 crashes. Stay away.

We purchased a cargo van from CB Auto and were so pleased with the process. Everything was straightforward and simple. They were able to do the taxes and licensing paperwork for us, saving us a trip to the DMV. Everyone we talked to at CB was so accommodating and kind!

Top notch little Shop! As an out of townowhere ladies, we stopped here by prior great reviews. The 2 mechanics were busy working a car but they stopped what they were doing to help us out. Got our parts replaced and they had us out the door real quick. Totally recommend them!

Louis and his dad was soo awesome to deal with on buying my new white nissan titan truck they went above and beyond to fix things that needed to be fixed and the hole proses went smoothly i would recommend anyone to go buy from these guys i will be back to buy my next car or truck from them thanks guy's

They sold me a car knowing there was something wrong with it. They knew I have a little one. I have already put almost a thousand bucks into the car and it has caught fire twice now they won t answer my phone calls or anything
