Definitely want to make $200 a day in your car being in their lot. Unhelpful. Rude. Ignorant.

This was the number on the sign of the parking lot that my mom's car disappeared from so I called to ask about my moms car being towed. The guy answered the phone "yeah." I asked him if he had the car and gave him the address it was towed from and a description of the car. I said I needed to know if it was stolen or towed so I can make a police report if it was stolen. He said something over me. I asked "sorry what?" because he spoke while I was talking and he repeated in an annoyed tone "call the cops". He said he wouldn't look for mom's car unless we call the police. I said "ok thanks" and I hung up. My husband has been towed before to a different company and they seemed to want us to pay them. This company, not so much. We called the cops and it was towed by a different company. Lol any guesses why the company changed so abruptly for that parking lot? Probably because of the rude way things are handled here. May we never meet again.

If I could give less than a one star review I would. The first time, they hung up on me and the second time they were incredibly rude and refused to talk to me. They told me I shouldn't have called at 10pm, but online it clearly states that they are open 24 hours a day. In-spite of this I apologized for calling at such a late hour and they hung up on me again before I could finish apologizing. If you aren't going to work at all hours of the day, you shouldn't state that you are open 24 hours a day. And if you're not willing to at least speak with someone with respect and kindness, you shouldn't be answering the phone at all. I would never trust them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am never one to write a bad review but this company was completely unprofessional, rude and a huge scam to make money. After getting my car towed the dispatcher was extremely rude over the phone and in person to me and stated that i had "no common sense". I will neverrrrr do business with this company.

NOT A SALVADGE YARD. I was looking for parts but this company states they "only buy clunker cars" I did read the reviews and was willing to give them a shot. They also state they don't sell cars either so the reviews I read about it being a good place to buy a car must be fake..... They need to change their business on here.

My car was involved in an accident so it had to be towed. BRIDGER TOWING was the company, over the weekend 2 days before Christmas they stole over $400 worth of things and did not get back to me about the tape, SLC police did nothing either
