They were absolutely fabulous. They make sure you are taken care of completely. My hood had previous damage from a bad hail repair (different shop) and had parts that had started to rust. They said to be able to do a good job and save my hood they needed to take care of that as well. I fully agreed. They were able to do it for far cheaper than I would have anticipated. The work looked absolutely fabulous.Patricia in particular made sure I was taken care of and was very knowledgeable about all parts of the repair process. They also got me my SUV back a week earlier than expected.They also are rightfully rated as LGBTQ friendly. They asked about my partner when she came in and were incredibly welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will spare you the little details and why this was a nightmare experience in the beginning, all that matters is that Mark made it all right. His work was impeccable, he is a man of his word, had good communication and fixed all the mistakes the other gentleman made that works there. The front desk woman was also great and understood my frustration. After the headache I first experienced I would absolutely go there again because not many men will go to the lengths Mark did to make it right. I'm just not sure they ever want to see my face again

I was sure my car was dead when I got rear ended. These guys took care of me when I had a smash and grab earlier this year, same care, and this time was an even bigger job and she was still returned to me whole. The employees are competent and kind, and my insurance and Enterprise worked seamlessly with them to make the whole accident go smoothly to get me back to my life. I would come here just to hang out with the people behind the desk. I told one of the guys that I hope I never see them again because the damage to my car was quite the annoyance and I don t want to have to come back but Mitch and Brian were such great help and such kind souls that really made me feel very up to date! I was updated along the way and they reassured me with every phone call I had to make in between. Thanks guys! Y all are awesome and I hope I do run into you guys again (Not in these circumstances)

Like anything that s complex, having work done on your car, especially from an accident, is complicated and stressful. While there were some challenges in getting my repairs done - Caliber was great to work with. They were focused on getting things right and helped me work with GEICO to ensure it was handled right in the end. I can t recommend the team at their State Street location enough.

I had a rear end hit to my tailgate and bumper. They said it would take a month with the supply chain the way it was and it was ready in 3 weeks and looked brand new. They would text me every day on the status of the work.. so professional and always pleasant to take to office staff when I would stop by to see vehicle in the stages of repair./ highly recommend Caliber CollisonService: Body & Trim

My car had a dent and scratches, I brought it in after reading the very positive reviews... I was not disappointed! They were very professional and on time! They worked great with my insurance company, so I ended walking out with no money out of pocket! I would definitely have them work on my car again! Very happy customer! Mark, Lisa, Courtney, & team are wonderful! They took my bumper off my Subaru, and didn't put my radar overflow back in. It caused my car to overheat and it was never the same again. Then again this was about 2 years ago, non the less I would never have my insurance take it there ever again!

Every business has an office Karen - you know, the one who knows EVERYTHING and is always right... the one you try to avoid. Well, my experience with Caliver Collision started with its office Karen. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 and I was right on time, my "advisor" was late and, for whatever reason, I had to wait for him. Me: when will he be here? Karen: I DON'T KNOW, he is coming from (some town 45 minutes away)! k, I didn't ask where he is commuting from... I made it to the appointment on time.Next, Caliver Collision's Office Karen wrote down my phone number wrong. My car had been ready for a week and I had no idea because I never received communication from them. For some reason this was my fault according to Karen.Finally, I left work early to pick up my car. I went to pay and CC's Office Karen didn't know how to operate the card reader. Will you please run my card as a credit as I don't remember my PIN? She had no clue how to run her own equipment. She yelled loudly, in front of other customers, "YOUR card was DECLINED!" No, it wasn't declined... I told you to run it as a GD credit.I had to leave and make other payment arrangements... a huge PITA. The actual work Caliber Collision did was fine even though they didn't vacuum up the broken glass in my car and messed with all the setting on my seat. Minor inconvience, I know.Caliber could get 4.5 stars if it could stand up to it's office Karen... put her in the back where she doesn't have a customer facing position. Awful!

Pleasantly surprised. Mitch took great care of us and kept us informed along the way. Mitch handled all of the paperwork and got us on our way earlier than expected.

3-3.5 stars. Their bodywork skills are apparent, my car looks good.They moved around my subwoofer and didn't bother to rewire it.Their communication is sub-par. Several times I was expecting a callback and had to reach back out after several hours to get an answer from them. Several times I was given an ETA and several times they failed to deliver. If you expect quick turnaround, don't. Thankfully, they were kind enough to provide me with a rental car 2 weeks after my insurance budget for a rental car ran out.

Caliber Collision was fabulous! I was very impressed with the courteous way in which I was treated as a customer. I received timely updates on the progress of my car s repair. My car was ready exactly when I requested it actually earlier! The staff was highly professional, friendly and always ready to meet my needs. In particular, Patricia was wonderful! She stayed late and personally drove me to my car rental facility. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!!Service: Body & Trim

I have had a great experience at Everest! Every single employee I interacted with was wonderful. They took my car in on a Tuesday and had it done by Friday, even though the insurance quoted eight days. I was blown away. I will definitely be going through Everest from here on out.

I have so many wonderful things to say - first of all, my car was finished a whole 3 weeks before they said it would be, my car looks brand new (they also cleaned the inside of my car which was so kind) and every person I encountered was wonderful and helpful - BIG BIG shout out to Patricia who is a literal angel on earth. Not only was she informative and beyond helpful, but she was genuine and made sure me, my car, and everything in between were okay and taken care of.Couldn t recommend enough- 10/10!!!

This is the best body shop I ve ever been to. Patricia and the other ladies in the office are the sweetest and know exactly how to take care of you. They make you feel welcome and like you are a priority. Aside from that, the body work on my vehicle was immaculate. My vehicle looked brand new, and even better than before. Not only that, but it was handled in a very timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend!!

TL;DR�Customer Service was extremely poor. The representatives did not call back when promised or complete requests when needed. There was a lot of confusion over how to coordinate the estimate at the shop and with the insurance company that led to some delays. No option for a walk-in estimate appointment puts Caliber behind competitors. In the end, the bodywork came out pretty well, but the amount of hassle and the delays in time to get service are just not worth it. There are better body shops that will do a great job on your vehicle without giving you a migraine in the process. Details below if interested.~~~~~Caliber Collision is one of three autobody shops in the area that State Farm has authorized�as "Select Service," or a preferred provider. I called Caliber to see if they had availability to do an estimate, but before I could even ask a question, the representative cut me off to tell me I had to select them as my chosen shop through the State Farm website before I could schedule an estimate. It felt abrupt and rude. I was turned off by the interaction but no biggie, Caliber had the best reviews out of the autobody options available, so I went ahead and selected them through the insurance claim. I called Caliber to schedule an appointment but the person who does appointments wasn't there and they said she would follow up with me. Two days went by with no follow-up, so I called again and was told I would have to wait at least two weeks just to schedule an in-person estimate. I immediately�regretted choosing�Caliber for the claim, because that's why I had called them in the first place to ask if they had availability for the estimate, so I wouldn't have to wait.Anyway, I asked if there was a faster option, and was told that I get an online estimate based on pictures of the vehicle - great! I sent in my information and pictures for the estimate. Later in the day, I received an email asking me to submit information and pictures for the estimate. Didn't I just do that? This is starting to feel like Deja Vu... as I'm working on resubmitting the photos and information, I get an email telling me my estimate is ready. Ok. I guess the second email was a mistake.I called State Farm and asked if they had received the estimate from their preferred provider, but it turned out that Caliber had not sent it to them. So I called Caliber AGAIN to ask about it and was met with the fact that they weren't sure whether they could send in an online estimate to State Farm, but they said they would call me back the next day to give me an update. I jumped through a ton of hoops to get State Farm to do an online estimate for me so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get into Caliber. Even the State Farm representative was baffled when I was explaining the situation to her.Finally, I made an appointment to bring my car into the shop to get the work done in two weeks. On the day of, I was told that that appointment was for an ESTIMATE and not for the work! When I tell you I almost died. We decided I would bring my car in the following week. Then, the SAME representative called me back a few hours later to ask if I was still coming in for my appointment that day. She apologized and said it was a busy morning and had forgotten that she had already talked to me. I was losing all hope at this point.I was able to drop-off my car on the day of my appointment. The tear-down took a week rather than the two days promised. Eventually I got some information about the damage to the vehicle, but I was never directly informed of exactly how they were going to fix the rear bumper (repair or replace). I also requested photos that were never sent to me, and had to ask for them in person again when I was picking up the vehicle. The bumper was replaced and the paint job seems fine, although it doesn't perfectly match the vehicle. I was shrugged off when I said this, and told that pain fades and a perfect match isn't possible. That's fine, but I just never felt like I was well-informed at any point during the process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did a good job with repairs necessary to get my vehicle back on the road. The front desk personnel were attentive, caring & respectful to all my concerns, inquiries & suggestions. In case of an accident, I highly recommend Caliber Collision to get your vehicle back to the rhythm of your life

Had my vehicle repaired here after someone rear ended me. The initial estimate was pretty quick and they got me in for repairs timely. It ended up having more damage than initially thought so the repairs took about a week and a half but I m really happy with how it looks and they even cleaned my car! The service was great. Staff is friendly and kept me informed the entire time. All in all a good experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a really wonderful experience at Caliber Collision. Every time I called to either reschedule my appointment or ask about my vehicle I always received a person to talk to on the other end which was quite nice. Very friendly staff, and seemed to have a genuine interest in me and my vehicle. They even put a door panel back on my vehicle which was just a small concern of mine and wasn t even related to the work they were doing, but they were happy to help me out anyway. Just overall pleasant experience working with them.

I came to Caliber Collision expecting to get my back window temporarily repaired, as it was completely shatter along with my irreparable tailgate, bumper and tail light. I was in Salt Lake City for only 3 weeks and every other repair shop was full through March. Instead, Patricia and her team came to the rescue and fixed my car with incredible timing! They were communicative throughout the entire process, have impeccable customer service, to the point that Patricia drove me to the Enterprise for my rental car and even dropped it off after my vehicle was ready. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Caliber Collision and am so grateful for the team here and their hard work! Thank you x1000!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a repair done here last year and paid out of pocket when it was 90% finished but I needed to use my vehicle while waiting for minor parts. It was kind of a bear working with Brennan to get back in to finish it up but Tricia was very helpful when she got involved.Several months later there were lingering issues from the bumper repair and Tricia offered to cover the repair as a warranty job, looked into the prior work done and discovered how to fix things for good. She and Rachelle in the front office are informative and attentive. Brennan was friendly but my second experience was less frustrating since he isn t there anymore.The work done looks very nice and they also legit cleaned my car windows and interior. The bathroom is also very clean and smells great.I feel well taken care of by Caliber Collision.

The office staff there is so nice and so helpful. Patricia was especially helpful as she walked me through the process and made sure I was always informed. They were so amazing and fast and our car was even cleaned and sanitized inside. Vehicle was left undriveable after a hit-and-run collision, but Caliber did a great job repairing multiple parts of the vehicle including the front bumper, fender, and grill. The repair was completed an entire week before originally estimated, which was amazing. The staff was super friendly and communicative at every step of the way.
