They got my vehicle back to me a week sooner than scheduled!Detailed the interior and exterior of the vehicle!Also, helped me out when we noticed a weird patch on my driver door. Recommend a good detail shop!

My experience with these guys so far in is far better than what you can find any where else. Working with Jake has been super easy, super smooth and the guy has tons of experience at what he does, despite American car manufacturers having a hard time with parts, Jake still never fails to give you some peace of mind. For anyone looking at this review, I ll tell you very transparently that you could either take it to Jake and have a very solid and easy process with great quality or you could go somewhere else to either get a low quality repair, poor customer service, better yet thrown overboard and totaled out. You choose! Thank you again Jake!

Really great experience working with Caliber. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle almost daily via text. I received my car back earlier than expected. Anthony went above and beyond to assist me, and I was really happy with the work.

We had used Caliber Collision in Las Vegas a few times and decided this was the place to work with again. The insurance sent over the claim and they were fantastic. Great customer service too. This was a great place to take my Mustang. They didn't keep it too long and did a great job.

I went to this place because it was the one my auto insurance recommended.They changed my front bumper but as time went by the details started to come out. The parts began to fall out on their own, missing screws, missing fasteners, they put pieces upside down. I went to talk to them and they did not want to take responsibility, they just gave me many excuses not to fix it.Bad service from the start.

I m so happy I chose them to do my vehicle repair! I was happy with the turnaround time! It was done a day earlier! The customer service was amazing! They gave me daily updates and kept me informed! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! I will gladly use them in the future if I am in need of their services!

Customer service was great! Rick was my case manager and he was able to answer all of my questions very professionally. Additionally, he was great at providing updates on my vehicles and was very responsive. I will definitely be using them in the future for any repairs.

Shear arrogance. Asked if I had an appoint I said "no". Asked me if "I had an open case'. I said it was not an insurance claim. He told me they were not prioritizing non insurance repairs. Told me 'we cant get you in until the end of April'. 'I said okay, when?' He said 'May 3rd'. I am thinking that's a long time but I guess I'll just wait for the repair because they are convenient to my business. He was talking about the date of the estimate! How out of touch do you have to be to think you can say to people "your non insurance work is not a priority so we wont even look at your car for over a month.' it would have been more honest and sincere for them to say 'we just dont want your business.' I told them it was a ridiculous to wait that long for an estimate.' He told me to 'have a nice day".

Caliber Collision was fantastic throughout the entire process. They were great at communicating updates over the entire time my vehicle was in their shop. The craftsmanship of the repairs made is great quality, & they delt with the insurance company for payment. Hopefully I don't need their services again, but I won't hesitate to use them if I do.

I'm from the south and my car was wrecked before coming up north to work. Once I was here the insurance company provided me with this place for the repairs. They communicated excellent throughout the process. They are very nice and friendly. Clean work environment. Car was completed 3 or 4 days ahead of time. And my car was clean like they had washed and vacuumed it. Thanks you guys

THIS location and company went above and beyond for me. From Rick as my case manager to Daniel the shuttle driver, they were so helpful.. it wasn t Olive Garden but when I was there I felt like family!!!! Also most importantly my car looks perfect again.

Kept me informed on my malibu was in car accident. Other person fault and they backed up into my and broke my headlights Cody kept me updated thru text messages finished early then expected date. The customer service was top notch. Jake, Mckayla (sp?) and Jenn were very welcoming, friendly and communicative. Super easy, stress free experience and my car was returned good as new with no issues. I appreciate the extra touches such as cleaning the inside and going the extra mile to clean the outside - including the baked on dead bugs on the grill that a car wash doesn't take off. I scheduled to drop my car off for an insurance repair, but they had me down for only an estimate. Waited three days for the wrong appointment. Repair took three times as long as projected, color mismatched, and car reeked of BO when returned.

I went into get my front bumper to be fixed and I got robbed for my back bumper. I wouldn't recommend it for anybody that I know And if you do go in there make sure you take pictures of everything.

I took my car to Caliber Collision (West Valley) They did such an amazing job! My car was done in a fast and efficient manner. Jake was a huge help and updated me through the whole repair process. The front desk person apparently doesnt take any info for when setting up appointments and the other guy working wasnt any help after telling them my insurance had already called them and they said they talked and got the info to set an appointment. But he said he didnt have any of my info. I actually got off work early to be on time and still wasnt able to get an estimate for the damage on my car. I would recommend going somewhere that will actually help you
