Bad attitude and terrible service. Showed up 20 minutes before they opened. Waited to see if they could quickly patch a hole in my tire, offered to pay. They said they were slammed and needed 2 hours. Empty parking lot. No cars in bay. No customers in lot. Don t go here if you need to get somewhere quickly and need an emergency tire patch.

After being a frequent customer at this repair shop for oil changes and other services, I was initially satisfied with their work. However, my trust in them was shattered when their technician broke my filter cover and attempted to shift blame onto me by falsely claiming it was over tightened. Upon inspecting the damage myself, it was evident that the technician had mishandled the situation. Despite their attempt to charge me for the damage, I stood my ground and refused to accept responsibility. The manager begrudgingly offered to cover only half of the repair costs.When a business fails to take accountability for the mistakes of their employees, it erodes the trust between them and their customers. It's clear that this repair shop prioritizes profits over integrity. I urge others to seek out establishments where managers and companies stand behind the quality of their work and hold their employees accountable for their actions. Please avoid this repair shop and instead, choose a place where your vehicle will be treated with care and responsibility

Integrity and quality customer service - Burt Bros on Highland Drive has taken such great care of us over the years! Some accidental damage to my vehicle occurred while it was in their shop, and they replaced the damaged part with a brand new part. They were also so helpful to us when our tire got punctured and needed repair. These guys are neighborly and really care about their customers. We recommend Burt Bros to everyone!

The battery on my 18 year old Miata had discharged and I called to see if the store had one in case I needed a replacement. "Yes" was the answer. Later that day I got the car started and drove to Burt Bros. The place was busy and the man at the counter said "I will get it checked". 5 minutes and he came back with the results--new battery needed. Then he went to the shop and installed the new battery himself. Less than an hour on a very busy day, I had an installed battery. He had a smile for me as he said thanks for visiting Burt Bros.

I m new in town and realized I had a nail in my tire. I pulled in to see if they could help me out. Mark explained the process, how long it would take and when I could expect to pick up my car. He was friendly, honest and professional. The location was super clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car to be repaired. Thanks for the great Utah hospitality!

I like burt brothers because they are very open about what s going on with my car. I however had some issue with their lack of updates while working on shocks and struts with my car. I would have appreciated updates on length of time until my car would be done. They did however find a way to lower the price that I was quoted which I was really happy about!

Lance and his guys were awesome! Really helpful and kept the updates coming. If they didn t know something they immediately got on the phone to find out for me. Phenomenal team, highly recommend these guys!

Rainy Monday and knew something with my car was off . Pulled over & tire was flat. Enter Burt Brothers slowly drove there and was greeted by Mark. Hoping I wouldn t need a new tire and I didn t, and no charge. They were quick to look at it and get me on my way. Super thankful for them.

I left my SUV there for 2 hours to be looked at with very specific instructions as to what was not working. They looked at the back brakes instead of the front brakes, didn t drive it to hear the noise and wanted double what I finally paid at a different repair shop. So 1 star because they were friendly and had a nice waiting area.

This location is awesome. 3 days before Christmas my shocks on my rear tires completely failed due to hitting a serious pothole which left me in a panic trying to find someone to repair before the holiday. Burt brothers immediately accommodated me and completed the work within 24 hours of my first call. Additionally wanted to add that at first I was quoted for an alignment as well, but once they got into the process they realized it wasn t fully necessary and saved me $130. This location has kind, friendly mechanics who won t overcharge you and will do quality work.Thank you again for the quick, friendly, and stellar service! Will be returning to this location in the future for maintenance on my vehicle.

Been going here for 4 years. Always pleased with their service. Honest, friendly, effective, and timely. My favorite part is I just bring my laptop and work in the lobby while they work on my car. Good atmosphere

Avoid them. I took a tire and wheel there off my brand new 2024 truck for warranty with Goodyear due to cracking. They mounted the new tire and then let me know what I owed them without any authorization. Then they went out of their way to dismount it (more cost to them) to prove a point. This really shows their character and how they operate. Take your business elsewhere.

Overpriced, they were supposed to fix my alignment however it was not fixed. Took it back to have them fix it again for free and it still wasn't fixed I will not go back there. It's the one on 2100 South in sugarhouse.*** Update: they have since contacted me, had me take my car back and check the alignment for free. They really wanted to make it right by me and show that they care about my satisfaction. Made me feel appreciated. Will update after the alignments done...

If you re looking for a place that will do an alignment on a European vehicle, take it to Burt Brothers on highland in Holladay. I made an appointment for the next day, took my vehicle in, and they were done with the alignment within 2 hours, and ready for pick up. Way smooth!

Burt Brothers employees were pleasant and prompt. My tire was fixed in under 30 minutes and the employee (wish I had caught his name) answered my questions about the future life of my tires, thoroughly, patiently and honestly. I highly recommend Cottonwood Burt Brothers for all your tires needs.

I have bought tires at Burt Bros for my personal cars and my construction company trucks for years. Always been great until recently. At their recommendation the last time I bought tires they recommended I schedule an appointment online. So that s what i did. Picked out tires and scheduled installation. A day later I missed a phone call and had a message from the local BB store stating we got your order but the time you scheduled online is not available he then listed a few different days and times that were available. For me up to this point it seemed a little strange that you tell me to schedule an appointment online for convenience and then don't honor that time. What s the point of scheduling online. Still, understandable. Here s where it gets unprofessional. Two days later (I haven t called to re-schedule appointment). I get a text from BB reminding me of my appointment for 2:30 that day (a day different from the original one and not one I scheduled). Great I thought. So I ran home from work, grabbed my wife s car and headed over for my appointment. In route the thought popped into my head you should call and verify the appointment so I call and sure enough they have me on the schedule but they tell me the tires did not arrive on their afternoon delivery truck and that I would have to reschedule. They told me they would verify the order and get back to me. I got a call back about two hours later. They found the order and wanted to re-schedule again. I picked a time and day and then she told me I would have to pay a deposit over the phone to schedule. What? I have never had to pre pay for tires. Standard tires that they said they already had. From start to finish the experience I had was very unprofessional, sad and not the Burt brothers quality experience that I ve had for years. I think Burt Brothers has gotten to big. No longer that family run business feel that I loved. Time to try something new.

I have been coming here for more than five years for my tires. Good service, nice benefits (waiting room with coffee and WiFi, free changes winter/summer tires whe you have both on rims and great warranty).

My mechanic of 25 years actually sold his shop to Burt Brothers so I decided to try this location as it is close to my house.Poor experience in communication. My truck has a bad engine that they needed to be diagnosed. I was told the diagnostic fee would be $149. It was not however articulated to me that is $149/hour.The pricing is what it is, but I was presented with what appeared to be a fee for service, $149 to diagnose my issue, not $149/hr until our techs can diagnose.When I went in to pay and arrange to move my truck I commented that I felt they weren t clear on the fee and it being an hourly rate vs a fee for service. I was received with a sorry about that .Any one ok with any bill, house payment, car payment, kids college tuition, being more than double what was quoted to you and then the response of sorry about that ? Needless to say over a few hundred bucks I won t being going back to have any of my four cars serviced there.Beware and get everything in writing!

I have always been impressed with the service and prices from Burt Bros. They refuse to charge me anything for fixing flats, and offer competitive pricing on tires. Everyone is kind and helpful. I m a repeat customer and will continue coming back.

They diagnosed a problem with the pinion bearing and rear end differential on my 1996 truck. They provided a timely quote to correct they problem. Friendly service, too.

Great service. Showed up at 5:15 with a flat tire with a screw in it. In less than 30 minutes, they fixed the flat, took the spare tire off put it back in my car, put my tire on. And no charge. On my way. I'll be back!

when first walking in was set aside for the employees to finish there personal conversation and when getting my quote was told i needed new tires but there only a month old with mabye 100 miles on them, ill take my business to les schwab from now on 10x better customer service and i know i ll actually be getting the right information on what my car needs
