Bought 4 new snow tires from this location. SERJ hook it up. A really intelligent individual was able to answer any questions I have. Gave you options to choose from. Go see this guy if you're ever there. Technician that help put my tires on make sure they put that burt Brother love to it and treated my vehicle as their own. From start to finished the boys at Burt Brothers at this location care about their customers. Great job, you guys. Keep up the excellent work.

I am happy that Burt brothers opened a location close to my home in business. Their entire staff was warm and friendly, and gave me expert advice. I am looking forward to continuing to do business with them for service on all of our cars.

Just rolled into Salt Lake City from Denver and suspected the tire with a recent patch started to leak again so stopped by 2 tire shops and they were packed. The tech recommended this store and they had open bay to fix the tire immediately... and for free! So awesome! They filled the tire to my specific request as well, and not per manufacture's rec. The staffs were very friendly, and the store was kept clean. Hope you guys will get more busy as summer travel season is coming soon.

Great total car care service. We saw Burt Brothers for a pre-sale auto inspection and they were extremely helpful and prompt. They let us know possible issues, possible costs down the road, and time frames in which we may have to worry about issues. Ultimately we were able to confidentiality purchase my sisters first car due to their recommendations. Thank you!

My car was scheduled for an oil change & wheel rotation immediately. Service was completed in less than an hour! I did receive my $20.00 discount coupon in the mail. However, I couldn't find it until afterwards. I'd really appreciate it if I can still use it towards my oil change. I'm a loyal customer & this will expire in April 2024! Thank you for your service & help with this request.

I m not a SLC local but after visiting this shop, I wish I was, the attention was superb! Quality service, full synthetic decently priced oil change, free tire rotation AND BALANCED??? the world of automotive service could learn so much from y all. Absolutely amazing!

Went to this place to see why my motor blower was not working. They wanted $175 diagnostic fee. And then told me it would be $550 to replace it.I told them I'm not paying any of that. And I looked at it my self. The wire had just come loose. I plugged it back in and it works again.. don't trust this place

Woke up to a flat tire on my car on Monday. Didn t have time to get it in until today Friday the 5th of January. Was having to carry a tire to ump in my car and fill the tire twice a day to get and from work. John was great. Got me in right at 8 am. Only had the car for about an hour and a half. Was able to repair the tire and get me going again without me having to miss work or be out of my car for a whole day. Amazing shop, great people.

Burt Bros.Tire, has been very, very helpful in solving a leaky tire that was brand new, and not even purchased through them. They will get all my business & my family s too, that live around the Valley. My niece already has done major work with Burt Bros. on my recommendation. I've been going to this same auto shop since it was a Big O Tires, through the Point S era, and now since it's been a Burt Brothers. The team has always been super helpful, the service is great, and they're usually speedy and not too expensive with their repairs. Great shop overall.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I had gone to two other Burt Brothers Tire and Service, but they were too busy.This Burt Bros Tires on State Street took me in immediately -- fixed my tire,And DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING.Telling me it was free, and to see them when I needed new tires. HELLODo people still do business like this??Well, this Burt Bros does. What a delightful experience the guy and gal working were superior in their service.Next time I need new tires I WILL GO TO BURT BROTHERS TIRE AND SERVICE

I can only speak of the location at 30th S and State, but that being said I m so grateful to this team. Went to get repairs that were supposed to be covered under warranty, but- of course- the warranty company backed out. I still needed the repairs either way; they didn t pressure me at all, just informed me of the needs (which were all honest), and gave me time to decide whether to go ahead at my own expense.Of course repairs are costly, but compared to every other company I ve worked with in 20 years this bill was significantly less than it could have been. Their rates seem competitive and then some.The work they did must have been performed very well. When I dropped off my vehicle I didn t realize just how much of a difference it would make; now it s driving like it s brand new.I actually suspect that they may have done more work on it than they charged me for.Their professionalism is unmatched compared to my past experiences. I would leave specific names but honestly everyone I spoke with was fantastic. They were patient with me through the whole process, very communicative, and completed the work (a multiple-day job) earlier than expected.They were extremely kind and understanding given the situation with the stupid warranty company, and ultimately left me feeling extremely grateful and happy with the whole experience.I had received a referral to them from a shop that didn t do the kind of work I needed. I have to say I couldn t be more thankful because this could have been a nightmare with certain other companies.Thank you Burt Brothers at 30th and State. You turned a very stressful situation into a very positive outcome, and made it as comfortable as possible. I will definitely return as needed, and I ll be referring anyone who asks about service as well.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. John was a superstar! We needed a used car inspection, and he walked us through every step. These guys are amazing, Super honest, they even took me back to the bay and showed me what was going on with my car by letting me look underneath it with them. Highly recommend, as it s hard to find honest people in this industry. These guys love taking care of the customer and are super awesome people!

I stopped by Burt Brothers to have a slow leaking tire looked at. Within 5 minutes, they had my vehicle in the shop. They removed the item that caused the problem. They were so very friendly and helpful to me. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again Burt Brothers, you re awesome!!

On Saturday I took my girlfriend s car to have the tires switched out. We did this Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the tire was flat. Not a problem things like this happen. Couldn t take it in on Sunday since they were closed, so we waited until today. We get there in the morning and the gentlemen at the counter tells us they don t have the tire in stock, but they will be able to have the tire for us sometime in the afternoon. I wait a couple of hours and get a call saying they have the tire at the shop. I take my girlfriend s car back to the shop and wait as they take the car back. A few minutes pass and the guy comes out and says hey I ordered the wrong tire . Unfortunately a lot of time was wasted and I ended up having to miss a couple hours of work today, just to be told they didn t even order the correct tire. And unfortunately I will have to miss more work tomorrow getting the tire changed at a different shop.

Great service really nice staff! John was very professional. Serj and yippee had it done fast! They didn't even need an impact pretty sure they removed the lugs with their teeth. Would recommend every time.They fit us in for a last minute repair and tackled it like a Nascar pit crew."If you aint first, you're last."

Great service every time! I m never hassled about extra services or things I don t need. The staff is friendly and fast. Never really spend more than 30 min for anything. They take my car into the shop within 5-10 min of me getting there

Contacted multiple tire places in the area to get winter tires before a Thanksgiving road trip. Heard from Burt Brothers on the Monday after my weekend inquiry - they got my car in on Tuesday & took only about an hour. paid less than anticipated and tires sooner than I had thought possible! Sergio was helpful and friendly.

This place is a lifesaver! Got a flat from a nail, and John helped me out. Brought my tire in, they patched it up for free, and did it speedy. They've got the works water, coffee, hot chocolate and the place is super clean. Everyone was very friendly. Saved me from buying a new tire. I totally recommend to anyone!

Oil change and tire rotation. Quick service. Price is average. Tire rotation - bill said they rotated and checked the air pressure but the air pressure was very different for the tires - so they really didn t check it. I d rather they be thorough than speedy.
