I recently visited this shop for a brake issue, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. The staff was friendly, the mechanics were quick to diagnose the problem, and they had my car back on the road the same day. Fair pricing and great communication throughout. Probably one of the worst services i ve ever gotten! I paid over 7k in repairs and replacements. I had gotten a new engine for my BMW, once I got it back home it started leaking oil heavily keep in mind my car has never had an oil leak like that. brought it back to the shop to get it fixed, they said there was no oil leak.. they ended up telling me I needed my coolant fixed and new shutters, I had the coolant fixed, brought it back home and boom huge oil spill once again. took it back to the place and they were super rude and unprofessional, I paid to have my car fixed not for it to be back at the shop every week. I had them fix the oil leak and brought it back home, at this point I was done with all the lousy work they have done to my car, a week later my coolant hose bursted while driving on the freeway, keep in mind they had fixed it this place just wants to take your money and charge you over and over for different things each time, they don t have a price estimate on the services. i ll never be back to this place and I advise everyone else to stay away from this place!!! they also left my car all muddy from the inside and left screws in my cup holder compartment. Like seriously I would expect better from a mechanic shop. super unprofessional, dishonest people!!!

We were in for holidays and broke down at Evo Hotel across the street. These guys took great care of us and we would recommend them to anyone. Great customer communication and options.

Great guys! They were able to find a belt for me on short notice, come pull me to their lot, and get the car fixed all within a couple hours - at closing time. I ll definitely be keeping them in mind next time I need work done.

Seriously Jose and his team are the most honest mechanics-EVER!I ve gone to him for many years now different vehicles. When my car gets fixed it STAYS fixed. As a female I know I ve been taken advantage of before because I didn t know about my vehicle. They have actually spent time educating me. I never have another unrelated problem a week later, or two weeks later. Seriously I m grateful for their honesty and expertise. They try to give you ALL options for prices on parts.They truly are one reason I could never move from Utah.

I brought good runing car and paid twice for repair and finally I was told your engine is going after spending g over $600.00. I k ow other owners whose car are left for Bryan auto after repair and at ladt your engine is gone. If you love your car be careful. I have known Jose Luis (the owner) for about ten years. Not only is he one of the few mechanics I trust implicitly, but he is a good, honest person as well. I consider him a friend, actually. I met him when I owned a towing company and was taking a car to the local junkyard. I owned the largest rollback tow truck in the state of Utah. Think of this thing as a semi-truck with a half-inch steel bed on it that was 30 feet long! It was impressive as hell! Anyway, I blew a hydraulic hose while in the yard at Tear-A-Part, and needed to fix it ASAP. Jose Luis stopped what he was doing, and raced to get a custom hose, and get me going. He also noticed something amiss with my suspension. He told me to bring it back in the evening. We went together to a big rig truck wholesaler who had saved the part for us. He worked on my truck until about 9:30PM. He then charged me about a tenth of what a dealer would have charged. I am a big fan of BMW's and I usually drive an M5. He is the only mechanic in the valley that will work on a $120,000 car and has all the specialty tools, and doesn't try to screw you just because he sees your car, and figures he can. I have referred everyone I know to him. If you drive a BMW, or other European vehicle and take it anywhere else, you're nuts!

This shop is awesome, they ve been good to me. I feel terrible for not knowing her name (front desk gal) but she rocks. They re friendly and they know who I am every time I show up. I trust them with my vehicle, they are fair and square.

They had my sons truck for months they kept telling him he needed more parts.And when they failed it the first time by blowing the heads.. they made is buy new ones and more parts that they messed up. Charging us more than we agreed. Then they put a part in that was the wr6one and charged us to put in the new one.. very rude and hateful.. I would never send anyone to them..

I went to Luis with admittedly a difficult problem to diagnose, a misfire after reaching operating temperature, with good compression, on my '88 Mitsubishi Monetero. At his advice, I purchased a new carburetor and paid him to replace it. This didn't fix the issue, so I brought it back by and left it with him for a few hours. When I came back to pick it up, the woman (his wife?) proceeded to tell me that the second carburetor had a vacuum leak and needed to be replaced again.So I grabbed myself a vacuum test pump, and proceeded to follow the diagnostic flow from the factory service manual. Everything was well within specifications, except the idle mixture and choke, which he had adjusted, were way out of whack.I ended up diagnosing it myself as a failing ignition control module, and replaced it with a 50 dollar part.tl;dr: My issue stumped this guy, and instead of admitting that to me, and keeping my business, he had his wife lie to me.

I've been taking my Bronco and other vehicles to Bryan since 2010.
