Guys really helped me out over thanksgiving. I was traveling from out of state visiting for thanksgiving when our transmission went out. Diagnosed and rebuilt it for us for a great price. Thank you!

Took my 2013 Honda Civic into Brothers to have a leak on the transmission checked out. They said it is a small insufficient leak and not to worry about it. They didn t think it was worth thousands of $$$ to pull the transmission out to fix it. I appreciate their honesty.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Very honest! Super fast and reliable service. I have taken my Jeep to the dealership before for other services and was so happy with Brothers, I won't be back to the dealership. Brothers saw me immediately when I was having issues, took the time to show and explain to me the issues on the car, and I never felt they were trying to oversell me anything. They look after their customers best interest. They have been more than reasonable with prices. I would highly recommend.

Have been taking my cars in for repairs for about 4 or 5 years now. I have always been treated fairly and they do good work. Every time they actually show me the broken or worn part so I can see for myself what is wrong. Also, they have a guy who is expert at diagnosing electrical problems. I had taken my van to another shop and was quoted $1200 for a new computer. Brothers diagnosed it and corrected a wiring issue for less than $200. They run a clean shop and do excellent

These guys are awesome. They rebuilt my transmission on my Acadia and then it came back in for a transmission temp sensor that was faulty. They fixed that at no cost. They do great work and they back it up. Would recommend them to anyone.

The transmission they put in for me lasted just long enough for the warranty to expire then failed miserably!!! Took it back to them and they said it needs a new one and the prices have gone up a third more from a little over a year, you tell me does that kind of service deserve more than one star?

Best service!! My mechanic name is Porfirio or his nickname is "Pollo" he is the best, he is honest and won't charge you more than what is fair! It's the only place I take my cars and trust him! I recommend him 1000%

I came in from out of town with a transmission failure expecting the worst. I called several transmission shops to be told shocking quotes until I called Brothers. I was quoted a price I knew was inline with the repair needed and the work was top quality and service was prompt and well above what I hoped for. I would recommend Brothers like any of the shops I use in Phoenix as they are an excellent place of business.

Two major complaints: no one was wearing a face-covering at all(not ok at all in a pandemic) and they didn t ask for my phone number to tell me when my car was done. Other than that, everything was done as I wanted it.

Dont even waste your time they are the biggest rip off trying to charge 4000 dollars to rebuild 2002 jeep transmission when everyone else in town qoute 1400.

Last week on our way from MN to CA our RV died on Interstate 15 in SLC during rush hour traffic. I got it towed off and searched for anyone who could diagnose and fix the problem (quickly). After calling and talking with various shops (without luck) I talked with Rolando at Azteca Auto Repair and he said it sounded like a fuel pump problem. He couldnt do the work due to the size of the RV but he called his friend, Beto, at Brother's Transmission. Beto understood the problem and said they could do the job. He asked me to bring the new fuel pump and they would install it. Beto pulled a man off one job to do this work because he knew I needed to get my family back on the road to CA. I really appreciated that effort and couldnt thank him and his crew enough for getting the job done and in good time. I also thank Rolando at Azteca for reaching out to his contacts!
