Big O on 3300 S & 2000 E does a lot more than tires. Not only do I get all of my tires here for both my vehicles, but they do full service on the engines as well. They're very honest, skilled, and reasonably priced. I recommend you come in and request Sklar. He's the best in the business!

DAD APPROVED!This Big O Tires location has been my go-to my whole life (I know, I know, I'm young, but still!) My family has taken their cars here for years because of how great they are. I feel comfortable asking questions without judgement and never feel taken advantage of. Great prices and quality service. Highly recommend!

The staff made sure that I was properly taken care of. Even though problems kept creeping up, they were quick to fix it. Love these guys!

I called them to see if they could get me in to do my tires. They said they only had three of the tires and they would have to get the 4th from another location. They said they could have the tires in by 1:00 p.m. I asked if they got started at 1:00 could they have me done in time for me to get off work and they said yes. I told them if they got the tires in earlier please give me a call so I can make sure we're done by the time I get off work. They ended up getting the tires in early but did not call me. I dropped off my car and went back to work. When I got off work they were done with the tires but did not do the alignment. They said for some reason they couldn't do the alignment and I needed to leave my car longer. I'm not sure why they didn't do the alignment as soon as they were done with the tires, my car was sitting in the parking lot when I arrived. I do not live in the area so now I have to have the alignment done somewhere else. I understand timelines don't always work out as planned but at least they could do was call me and communicate. And we could have set up to have the entire process done on another date when they could complete the entire request. I feel like they just told me what I wanted to hear to make sure they got business.

Big o tires fixed a tire that had a razor in it, lickety split, and no charge. They turned a really frustrating situation into positive one. Thankful for this Big O Tires.

I have been coming to this big o for over five years. This will be my last visit. I came here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My headlight bulbs also needed to be replaced. They charged me 40 dollars for EACH bulb. These bulbs cost 5 dollars for a two pack. That s not counting labor. That s just for a bulb. That s price gouging.

Went in right before closing and there wasn t time to fix my flat, and they were super busy. But Skyler went above and beyond and threw on my spare and took my tire to repair so I can pick it up in the morning. I appreciate him helping me out!!

They do good work but charged me full price for an alignment when it was totally in the green.. could have come and told me it doesn t need one and just charged me to check it but instead they waited till the end to tell me and charge me full price for doing unnecessary work

Let me just say I keep getting more and more impressed with each interaction with this entire place!! I big shout out to Skyler for always going above and beyond and for the whole place recognizing and calling us by name!!! Customer service has long been forgotten by many establishments but NOT this BigO!! Thanks for gaining my families trust and you will always have our business MIKE JONES!!!

Big O is best. I had a leak and they pulled my truck right in, got it done and didn't charge me for the service.Great customer service at the Big O Millcreek!

Strutmasters is a company that makes air suspension delete (revert) kits. They gave me this Big O location as a place to call about doing this specific service. While other shops were confused or hesitant about changing a car from air suspension to old school struts, Ron at this Big O said they had done a few Strutmaster installations and he was favorable to the idea. They did a great job and my Jeep rides soooo smooth now. Since then I had Ron and team fix my door actuator. I will gladly go out of my way from Sandy to go to this Big O for all my service needs going forward. Bonus, the breakfast place behind the shop has delicious lemon pancakes!

Huge thanks to Josh for taking care of me when I was running around finding a battery that has a solid 850 crank and excellent warranty. Installation was for a Interstate MTX-94R/H7. Highly recommend this Big O Tires location with outstanding customer service. Thank you

These guys are good. They installed a magnetic ride suspension conversion kit on my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali. They did what the said they would do, in the time they said at the price they said. No problems and got it done. They know what they are doing. I will be back. I trust them. Thank you Big O Tires Rich

Quick work and their repair seems to be holding. For the love of God, stop over tightening lug nuts. You're a tire shop do you not know how to tighten to spec? 4 stars8/15/23 Update: (3 stars) This happened again (over-torque) on another visit and this time it resulted in a broken lug. The service was quick and they immediately fixed their error by replacing the lug. Thank you for the prompt repair. Please fix this recurring issue in your procedures.11/27/23 Update: (2 stars) This shop continues to overtighten lug nuts. They are the reason my studs are breaking. Today, they replaced a broken stud. I requested they not overtighten the lugs when reinstalling the wheel. Before leaving the lot, I checked with my split beam torque wrench and it didn't click until 115 ft lbs. They know the spec is 90 ft lbs but continue to use their pneumatic torque wrench despite my requests. To their credit, they replaced a second stud free of charge upon discovering it was broken when checking their final torque spec.Big O consistently prioritizes quantity over quality of work.

Don't show up unless you have an appointment or it's an emergency. I called in to see if it was busy and if I could get some stuff done on my car. They said they weren't busy and I could bring it by. I drove over. The guy at the counter then told me he couldn't get to it until the following morning. Moral of the story don't bother calling just schedule an appointment. And don't try to do a walk in.

I had an excellent experience at this Big O Tires. Service was honest, upfront, and fast. I needed a few things done to my car and the result was better than expected. I called initially to see if they were able to help and was greeted by a friendly service member. When I arrived I was met with professionalism and honest answers. I will certainly go back here for my car needs.

Initial tire installation was fine but beware of the Big O rebate program. I bought a set of 4 Michelin tires in January 2023 partly because the sales person hyped the rebate programs available. I had no problem with the Michelin rebate and it came in a couple of weeks. The matching Big O rebate has been a disaster. I emailed the rebate administrator multiple times to follow up and was told everything was fine. Then I got a response that there was an issue with the payments. It's been 3 months now and I'm confident I won't see a rebate. I've emailed the corporate office and this particular store but haven't received a response. It's obvious nobody cares so I'll get my next set of tires somewhere else.

My tire blew out on the freeway. I was able to go down the next day and they found the perfect replacements at a sale price and had me out the door within 20 minutes with my new tires!!!! They were friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you!

So grateful for these guys. My battery died with no warning, and I was trying to get to my sons baseball game out of town. Most tire places I stopped at were several hour waits due to the timing (right after Memorial Day weekend). These guys got everything tested, replaced and cashed out in no time, and it was really a blessing to an otherwise chaotic day.

Got a non repairable flat on my wife's Subaru Outback. We got the tire at a Murray big-o... where that salesman tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires because it's an AWD. I asked if Ishmael still worked there, he said no, they moved him to Tooele. I said ok, well he told me one of your location (Millcreek) has a tire shaver. The salesman was very disappointed I knew about the secret tire shaver. That allowed us to get our tire replaced because of the tire protection we bought.Ron here at Millcreek Big-0 was very professional, glad to help get us back in the road and saved us $$$$ not having to buy 3 other tires.Thanks Ron!!!

Friendliest mechanic staff ever! Ron runs an amazing shop. They went above and beyond to figure out an issue for my car and ordered a special part in 10x quicker than any other place could.

Until my last service there, this location has been a good place to go for my alignments and tires. My most recent visit unfortunately resulted in my purchasing a $175 alignment package that I didn't need yet and they were unwilling to resolve. I don't like to think they knowingly sold me a service I didn't need yet, but seems they did. I will need to go to headquarters I guess. $175 is more than I can spare at any given time.

This location is a class act all around. I could not recommend Skyler more, he was extremely helpful and genuine. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, walk through multiple scenarios and directions we could go with my tire issue, and ultimately helped me come to an educated decision. This place should be a go to for anyone looking for top notch customer service, you will not be disappointed!

I've been skeptical of tire chain stores . But, this store was convenient, and we've had excellent experience here with tires, alignments, and other related work. Employees have been knowledgeable and patient.

They were great! I walked in and told Josh what I needed and he got me in right away. I always went to the Big O Tires in Jefferson City, Missouri when I lived there and always had great service and prices. I was super excited to find them here in Utah. They did not disappoint. Thanks for kicking off my holiday weekend with getting Dory road ready and sounding like she should. (She was starting to sound like Darth Vader! LOL!) I recommend having all your car service done here. I know will be the next time my car needs anything.

Great experience here. Guys at the front desk helped me select all terrain tires for the winter and install a lift kit. Walked me through purchasing the right tires for the right reasons. Very affordable. Very helpful. Will return for other servicing needs when they pop up.

I've been told that all Big O tire stores are good, but I know for sure that this one is GREAT!. Always great service with helpful employees.
