Nate is great! We gave him our vision for our 2" coil over leveling kit, rims and tires and he completely nailed the look we wanted. We trusted his experience and expertise as far as components and sizes and couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks NateBy the way we drove all the way from Davis County to Nate and will keep doing so!

Nate here at Big O is the best! He always gives me a really great competitive price and has always made me feel like I m a VIP customer. I now own and run an auto dealership and a construction company. I get all my tires from him!

There's a lot of tire and auto shops in Utah, and a lot of Big O Tires locations. But there's only one Nate, and he works here at Fort Union location. If you want to be treated like more than just another customer, this is where you go. Nate goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I live on the other side of the valley but I will drive any distance to work with him. I've taken many vehicles here and he's always made sure everything is better than when I dropped it off. Whether it's, brakes, tires, oil changes, or any other service they provide, Nate makes sure they get the same treatment he would give his own vehicles. Always great prices, and especially great service! Thank you!

There are certain Big O Tires that I won t go to because of the awful customer service. This location, however, has always treated me and my family well, especially the manager Nate Nickel. He s the best! I live on the west side and drive all the way to this location just because of the customer service.

If you need tires, this is your spot! Nate N. always takes good care of me. They've got a great selection of tires and keep my Jeep in tip-top shape. They're fast, straight forward, and honest. I highly recommend this location of Big O.

Never trusted anyone with my vehicles until I started taking them to Nate at Big O! He is THE BEST Big O store manager around! Need something they don t currently have and he ll get it fast as possible and make sure his guys do the best quality of work when installing! Haven t left his store disappointed!

Sometimes it hard to find a place you can trust. Big O in Ft union is that place. Nate Nickel the store Manager treats you right and fair. I love the Big O team. They do it right. There have been many time other shops tried to up sell me. I took the same car to Nate at Big O and he would always tell me the truth. Sometimes I really needed to do what the other shops said, but most of the time, I could wait. Or sometimes it didn't need doing at all. There is not a whole lot Big O can't do, when it comes to your car. Their mechanics are top notch especially Scott Johnson. If they can fix something for some reason. It doesn't happen often, but they will refer you to someone reputable, that they trust. I have been doing business with Nate and the big O team for 23 plus years. I won't trust my cars to just anyone. I always refer family and friends to Nate Nickel and his team at the Ft Union Big O. They are the best and fairest in the biz....

Nate Nickel is amazing. Plain and simple. He helped me decide on what tires I should go with on both of my vehicles. He looked out for me and found me the best tire for the money. He made sure to have both of my vehicles checked out before road trips to try and avoid possible car issues. And again made sure he looked out for me to ensure necessary repairs were done but also letting me know what could wait and what could not. Nate I can t thank you enough for all you did for me! I will make sure to always take my cars to Nate! Yer the best Nate!!

As a woman I am always a bit apprehensive of going into auto service places. I purchased 4 new tires for my Tesla. This location offers Excellent customer service. Had all my questions answered. David Olsen and other staff members were respectful , and to the point. Great experience. I highly recommend this location . My car was even vacuumed and washed.

I have been the fleet manager for our business for over 20 years. We have a fleet of 63 vehicles. It has been a constant struggle to find other businesses to partner with to help us manage and maintain our fleet. Until we started doing business with Big O about five years ago . There is no other service provider that I have more confidence in! Nate is the manager and he always goes above and beyond to take care of us. He even answers calls and returns text messages on his day off, whatever it takes to keep us up and going. They are honest and VERY competitive on price. After getting such great service on our fleet, I started taking my personal vehicles to them too. I recommend them to EVERYONE for EVERYTHING! Because of my confidence in them, I know if we have a problem that s outside of their wheelhouse, they ll let me know and refer me to someone else I can have the same confidence in. They are our first stop for everything fleet related!

Not much stresses me out more than car troubles. Luckily I know where to go any time I have an issue or need new tires! I ve been going to this location for well over 15 years, even though it s a good 30 min from my house. There are much closer shops that would be more convenient but it s worth the drive to me to know that I m not going to be taken advantage of and that I m going to be taken care of. All the employees are great but I always ask for Nate. He is honest, knowledgeable, and friendly and makes purchasing tires or auto repairs a little less painful. I will always refer people to Nate at this location!

Let's be honest- buying tires is one of my very least favorite activities.... because I basically know nothing about them. Working with Nate made my latest purchase bearable and dare I say...enjoyable?! He came highly recommended by a friend and I'll never go anywhere else now. He answered all of my questions and was just seriously so nice and professional. I'm sure I'll be back soon... this time for my daughter's vehicle. THANK YOU!

We've gone here for over ten years, but sadly things have changed. I would consider them for tires, but if you need a mechanic, go elsewhere. The people in the front are super polite and friendly, but repair prices have skyrocketed.I discovered that their former mechanic started his own shop and I can't say enough good things about Cottonwood Garage. Scott fixed my car for half the price Big O quoted me, and he was polite and transparent throughout the entire process. I felt like I got the runaround from Big O after leaving my car with them for multiple hours over two days. There's more to the story, but I don't want to get petty on here. My advice is to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs here.

Best place to go for car repairs, tires and oil changes. They get you in quick and do a great service on your car! They are kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!I like to work with Nate Nichol at Fort Union because I really know I can trust him. He has been able to diagnose my car problems and is honest and fair. I really do not want to go anywhere else because I know Nate will take the best care of our cars! He gets our cars in and out quick with excellent service. I drive in from South Jordan because I know Nate will take the best car of my car! He is knowledgeable and experienced and we are very thankful for him and the service he provides at Big O!!

Best tire shop in the state! Their prices are always straightforward and fair, but above all their customer service is outstanding. Nate Nickel always goes above and beyond. Just got a nail in my sidewall and stopped in 30 min before closing. Nate sent a guy to pick up the tire from another store and had it replaced and fully covered within minutes. Amazingly! I drive down from Heber for all my tires because Nate and his shop are truly the best.

I have many issues with this store and its owner/previous owner. We have been taking our truck here for regular service and tires for the past few years.The final straw was when we went in for a wheel speed sensor and then overcharged us by $100+. When we asked about it, including discussing the exact part#, it was $60 not the $165 we were charged. They gave us a measly $50 credit and we told them we were never coming back.Unfortunately we took our car to a dealership for repairs and they are now quoting us $14k on repair costs . 2 days before Christmas. They said it seems like Big-O did all the easiest repairs and left the others. Our truck is now un-drivable because it would cause a fire. I have 3 kids and now are unsure how to pay for their Christmas or our truck. This store is dangerous and should not be in business. I will be telling all my friends and family to never do business with any Big O chain.

We have been coming to this location for over 15 years. We live closer to other Big Os, however Nate is what brings us back to this location. His honesty and integrity are top notch. We bring all of our cars for all of our needs to Nate. Our Boat, trailer and ATVs are all serviced at this location. When we were looking at used cars to purchase for our children, we had Nate look them over. If we needed advice on a car or tire situation, we called Nate. Could not recommend this location more!! You will not find a more honest tire shop/service station around!! Highly Recommend!

These guys always do a wonderful job for us. We run a lot of trucks through them with our fleet and my personal vehicles and couldn t be happier. Nate is amazing to work with and always takes care of us. Always feels good to have an auto mechanic that you can trust.

I recently moved from Florida to Utah and this Big O was recommended by my family. I have only used them to replace windshield wipers and today an oil change. They are always pleasant and never push any other services on you and prices are great! I will need winter tires soon so I will definitely be returning again.Thank you!!

I ve been taking all of my vehicles to this big O for the past several years. I don t live near cottonwood heights but I needed an honest mechanic shop and a friend told me of the great experience he had so I decided to give it a try. The service is always great and never feel like they are trying to sell me on services I don t need. I have worked with Nate Nickel the last several times and he goes out of his way to explain things to me go over the cost of services prior to any work being done. I won t go anywhere else

Nobody likes car maintenance and car troubles! One thing that makes it better is knowing that you can trust the person that is taking care of you. I have always been taken care of at this Big O. The manager, Nate Nickel, has always gone above and beyond! He is knowledgeable, fair with pricing and accommodating to help you get on your way. He genuinely cares about helping. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!!

Our family has been going to Big O for probably 20 years. From purchasing beefy tires for my kids Jeeps to luxury tires for our cars - Nate Nickel has been there for our family. He is happy to help, giving us great advice on what tires would be best for our vehicles. Nate even came to my home to get my snow tires with rims as they were so heavy for me to lift.Nate offers you the best deal and wants you to be happy with your choice. Nate and the staff are absolutely amazing. They always have a solution for my car needs. Not only are they quick and efficient, but they will do whatever they can to take care of me as a customer and make my experience 10/10. I have another tire shop right around the corner from me, but I choose to drive the extra 25 minutes because I know I can trust Nate and the team! Thanks Nate!

I grew up around this Big O and they have always done good work. I now live further away and still come here. Nate is the best guy I ve met at any shop. He s always good to talk to while working through options and always gets the job done quick and clean.

I have been taking my families vehicles to This Big O location for years. Nate and his team are always very helpful and quick. Recently I needed new wheels and tires for my wife's new Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, the wheels she wanted were being discontinued by the manufacturer and I was having a difficult time locating enough for a full set. Nate went out of his way to track down the wheels from various supply houses. I really appreciate the extra time he put in to make it work out. Will definitely continue to take my business to Nate.
