This is such a quality location with some of the best customer service I have experienced in quite a while. Chris Kevern was so helpful and he helped turn my very stressful day into a positive experience. I was taking my son to school and ended up getting a flat tire. nobody plans on that and it was a rough start to an already stressful feeling day. He was able to have a driver take me to my house to get the tires I was already wanting to use, they also dropped my son off so he wasn t stuck waiting which any parent can probably appreciate! I didnt get charged an arm and a leg like I was afraid of and that was quite a relief in itself. I highly recommend this location specifically for any issues or maintenance you may find yourself needing. Thanks again for taking care of my car so that I can get where I need to go safely!

Big O Tires in Millcreek never disappoints! I always trust them to do any work on my vehicle because I know that they have mine, and my vehicles, best interest at heart. Special shout-out to Chris! Thank you for everything you did for me today! Above and beyond! It is very much appreciated!

Love love Big O Tires! I've been going to their locations for years, and they have always treated me with respect and fairness! My tire caught some tie for a trailer lock or something in it while going down the road to an appointment in their area. After the appointment I felt I shouldn't risk driving back across the valley to go to a shop closer to my house, so I pulled in here and they fixed my tire, checked the alignment within an hour and no charge! This lady was thrilled for their help and kindness! Definitely recommend!

As I purchased tires today, Chris is very helpful and getting me sorted out fast and efficiently with a little bit of polite conversation. This particular big O has always seemed to take pretty good care of me.

I went in for some routine service today, and was very impressed by the entire team. Everyone was very friendly and very engaging from the front desk to the back bay.Chris Kevern was who helped me up front, he was quite exceptional. He did everything possible to help me in my predicament. Iam so grateful he was there. I will be using this location solely.

Went in to patch a flat (which they did for free) and they ended up doing a complimentary all-over check on my car. Thank goodness they did because boy did it need some help! It took no time at all. Chris was great and very thorough with walking me through everything. Willing to help me out, and overall nice guy!

I had a great experience at this location. Chris Kevern was able to help me get an oil change quickly. While I was there he let me know about some things my car would need done soon, but didn't pressure me to do them now and spend more money. Instead he gave me a list that I could chip away at over time. This was great. Sometimes I get nervous going to mechanics because there always seems to be a hundred things my car needs that I can't pay for. But he made this stress free and the list felt like a plan I could do over time rather than paying for everything at once. Thanks Chris!

I don't like to leave negative reviews as sometimes things happen however... I had Big O do my 60k service on my tacoma which was about $1,500. Then shortly after I had oil and transmission leaking (they drained both), Was told both gaskets are cracked and I also need to have both drained again which would be another $1,200 - They swore they didn't touch this part of the engine so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Even though I was pissed about it... Then just yesterday the engine was idling very loud so i pop the hood when I get home and the air filter wasn't connected and the oil cap wasn't even put on! (luckily it was in the engine bay). Really guys?? Needless to say I won't be back here.

Tyler and the rest of the staff at this Big O location are amazing! I came in 45 minutes before closing, and they helped take of me no problem. They fixed my tire from having a screw stuck in it and fixed my door that was not closing properly. Great communication and outstanding customer service 1000%.

I went to get my brake pads replaced but was quoted for brake pads AND rotors (almost $1000). I was pretty sure I didn't need new rotors (my brakes are checked throughout the year by my regular mechanic) but figured I guess it could be possible. At the same time, I figured it was unlikely I'd need all 4. They told me they'd call if I did need any of the rotors replaced but that they would still get the rotors ordered in just in case. When I picked up my car, I learned that they replaced all 4 of them even though I never got a call to give the okay. At that point I didn't really have a choice but to pay since it had already been done. I've never been to a repair shop where they haven't called to keep me updated and to ask before doing additional work. People should be given the option to decline repairs if they choose, or at the very least know why the repairs are necessary. Had they called me, I probably still would've gotten them replaced if that was needed. A heads up is the respectful thing to do though. There just seems to be a lack of transparency which is disappointing.They also replaced my windshield wipers (I did request that) and they're the worst wipers I've ever had. Now I have to replace them again. Just overall a disappointing experience.

I have always taken my car to Big O Tires in Millcreek. They are the best! Always letting me know what my car needs are and never pressuring me for more services. Just more informative. Their value is amazing as well as their service. Also, their management staff is always available for any questions or concerns. I really recommend Big O Tires of Millcreek! Ask for Chris, he's the best!

Chris and Tyler are always so helpful, I am thankful that this location is right down the street from my work. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a 27 year old girl coming to my appointments alone, who doesn't know anything about cars. I will always come here for my services.

I have taken my car here for every single problem I've had and they have always been able to fix it. They replaced my alternator once and it went bad a couple weeks later but they replaced it again free of charge so I can't really complain there. Super friendly guys also. A little expensive I'd say but I always leave feeling safe in my car.

I have been going to here for many years and the last 1-2 years they have seemed to get less honest. I went in to get an oil change on my car & they told me that I needed new tires. He said my tires were so bad they were dangerous to drive on.I took my car 2 other places to see if they thought the same thing. The other two places measured my tires and told me they were perfect. Nothing was wrong with them. Me & my family will not be supporting Big O tires anymore.

I have a classic muscle car, 72 Olds 442 W-30 that I needed finishing touches handled. Namely tires and front end alignment done. The guys at the 4500 South 900 East store did an excellent job and treated the car with the utmost care. Thanks again for your efforts.

They got us in last minute for a screw in our tire. Service took less than an hour and when we approached the desk to pay for our service, they comped it for us. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Big O when we need to buy a new set of tires in the coming months.

This place is great! I spoke with Chris over the phone, who helped me choose the right tires for my car, and was helpful in accommodating my busy schedule the day my appointment was scheduled. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

These guys freaking rock. Great service. They got things done quickly. And I asked them to do a couple of random things to fix some issues from a lift kit I put on my vehicle and the work was really affordable. I would for sure recommend these guys.

I called these guys super late into the day for an oil change and they were able to squeeze me into the schedule. I was the last appointment of the day and they were able to make sure I was able to get what I needed and it took no time at all

Chris renewed my faith in Big O. I've been a Big O customer for literally decades going to the same location. Ismael, Danny, Colton, these service writers treated me like I was their next door neighbor. They're not there anymore and this last visit was not so great. The service was fine but I felt like the fella I worked with was trying to get me to buy a new battery. My battery is fine. Still is. But was told they couldn't start my car. I was in for a rotation is all. When I left there was a warning buzzer going off. I went back and showed him and he said the computer sensor had to reset itself. I left, went to a Subaru dealer and they reset the alarm for me. I thought to myself why would the battery be disconnected to have to reset a sensor. I went to another Big O location and met Chris. He put snow tires on my wife's car and today I'm buying a set of new tires for my car. Chris was a straight talker and didn't try to up sell me or try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my new Big O location. And my battery is still just fine.

These guys are like my second family every time, i got something little on my car thats bugging me they take a look even if nothing is even wrong. We have had a couple disagreements before but they ve never turned me down and always been willing to help and listen, especially today 3/16/2024 they fixed my oil leak free and have done several very hard repairs on my bmw e46 they have also cut me several deals because i go there so much good business always no matter the situation

I was desperately in need of 2 tires before winter got into full swing, and wasn't sure if i could afford them. I went to Chris, the manager at the 46th and 9th store and i am convinced that this man is the real Santa Claus! Within 48 hours of talking to him, he was able to get for me, everything my car was actually needing to run safely this winter, and then some!! He referred me to a program for people with "credit like mine" and i was approved in minutes for an amount that both Chris and myself could absolutely do. When i drove off the lot, i had new wheels, tires, brakes, headlight, alignment, and emissions all the way around for a price that i could've copped a theft charge for!! Not only was the price amazing, but the service, quality of work, and the swiftness in which my car was ready was fit for a celebrity!! I'll never go anywhere else for service on my vehicle! Thank you Chris for making me believe in Santa, i mean, service that feels like a miracle!!
