Their website says open at 7:30am.Their door shows it opens at 7:30am.I arrived at 7:30. Nothing. No one there. Then, at 7:45, I see someone unlock the doors, so I proceed to enter. Upon entering, the employee stopped me and informed me they open at 8:30. I asked why everything else says 7:30 to which responded, "well were missing some people, so we're waiting till 8:30.If this was a one-time thing, it wouldn't bother me so much, but I frequent this location a bit, always early. Often, resulting in me driving across the street to the Oriellys that opens (and actually does open) at 7:30

The website said it closed at 10:00pm, went there at 8:30pm with about 3 cars pulling up to go into the store too. Turns out as soon as we arrived they turned off the lights and we re closed. Don t put the wrong hours on the website if you can t commit to it.

AutoZone is normally a good shop to go to however at this location all of the staff seems to have little to absolutely zero knowledge of cars the people that helped us we re probably younger than 21 with inch long manicures and had no clue how to search through inventory or do practically anything. The service level was exceptionally poor and they ended up just giving up and telling us a part was out of stock when they just didn t know how to look for it. I could hear them behind the counter talking. Very disappointing.

Very helpful courteous knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond prices are really good and I was amazed at even for a little $4 part they took the time to go out and install it and make sure everything worked and so nothing too big or too small for them they really do a great job

Was surprised how quick they were to offer help for everything. I showed up to get new wipers for my Suburban ended up getting the wrong set and they made it super easy to exchange and their manager even offered to help me install them.

This auto zone was amazing! I was having issues with my horn, went to Oreilys where they weren't helpful, took someone 5 mins here to tell me I need to take my car to the dealership to have them fix the issue. Which I was fine with, made me happy to finally find someone to attempt to help me try to resolve my problem. Highly recommended.

When I walked in, all workers were sitting down behind the counter. Then when I asked the guy working if they had any of what I was looking for, he leaned over and looked at where the product would have been and just said they were out.

I was there today, July 21st 2020 at 2:00 in the afternoon and the three people in front of me, and the guy behind me weren't wearing masks. Even though the bilingual signs on the door clearly demand it. The employees didn't even bat an eye. Not one employee said one word or showed ANY indication that they even cared a little. What gives? How come I have to wear a mask and the rest of your customers get a free pass from completely complacent employees? I'm not going there again. Either enforce this or take those signs off the front doors. You can't have both.

I went in looking for a specific oil filter for my partner s motorcycle. When they didn t have it, the employee told me next time your boyfriend shouldn t send a woman to do a man s job. So yeah, that s cool.

Robert told me on the phone that they had the parts I needed and would reserve them for me. When I showed up a few minutes later to pick them up, Robert was in the bathroom, and no one could find the parts I was looking for. I ended up driving much farther to get my parts from another store.

Came here to get a battery replaced for the first time. The process was quick and simple and both employees were very professional and nice. They did the install for me fast and I was out of there in 15 minutes despite it being busy. Thanks!

Heavy set hispanic employee hit her door into my vehicle while on the phone. She didn t care, just got into her vehicle and left. Management needs to talk to her.

There were two female employees that were not only unfriendly but down right rude. They did not want to stop their personal conversation to even answer my question. All they would say was they will help you at the front counter. Terrible customer service.

I went in to return a dome light bulb, before buying it, someone did check the computer to make sure it was for my truck and that it would fit... unfortunately not. I didn't have a receipt and an employee went to look it up, went to another employee and said that was the bulb listed for my truck, the way she said it kind of made me feel like I was lying. (When I came into the store this employee was behind the desk eating her lunch and didn't seem happy when I asked her for help) ....Anyway, the other employee took over, matched the original bulb from my truck to the one I needed. I had other items to get and I felt like they didn't think I was serious and would point and say 'over there' it wasn't until I pulled out a stack of cash to pay and the attitudes changed real quick. They must have had a lot theft or an off day because I usually get great service from everyone at AutoZone.

Camaron was AWESOME. He was willing to go the extra mile on checking out my car and the air in my tires. He checked my power steering and was very knowledgeable about my concerns. Employee of the month definitely

I was standing in line when I witnessed one of your employees Robert S showing poor customer service. He was assisting an Hispanic family who knew little English, but kept raising his voice and rolling his eyes.

My sister and I went to have battery charged because it had died while working on the car. When picking up, Cameron H. Said that it was bad and couldn't be charged. We asked how it could be bad; it had been working just fine. He said sometimes extreme temperatures can kill them. He said we'd need to replace it. I was about to when my sister stopped me and said we should double check by taking it to OReilly's. They charged it up just fine. I am still in disbelief that an assistant manager would try and take advantage of us, because we're women.

Excellent customer service, they stayed open longer then they were supposed to, they tested my check engine light for free and saved me a bunch of money

The reason for 3 star is they were limited on oil selection and the price tag makes me want to burn my car and get me a horse, i know that its this nightmare of inflation

I took my car battery in to be charged cuz it died while we were trying to fix the ignition. The clerk informed my sister and I that it was bad and we needed to buy a new one. Being my sister she was all for getting a new one however, something wasn't right and I told her we should wait. Well we went across the street to O'Reilly and low and behold there was nothing wrong with the battery and it kept a charge with no issues. Shame on Cameron H. at AutoZone for trying to take advantage of two young women.

Don't call and ask for parts or try to get ahead by doing that also dont expect any one to ask if you need help and be prepared to be treated like a nobody. Seems they go out of there way for that even if you know English and Spanish they are somewhere else and please don't go across the street to Orielys either you will regret it one star got more help at smiths grocery store for my auto needs sad two autozone and orielys shame on them and there poor team players employees and its not because ofProblems on north temple they are just rude and not a clue most of them but need to share this i called 3 times waited 10 min on hold asked for part told me to come down told them be rite there got had to give all info again and waited again then no they don't have it go outside to leave car would not start and they could not give me a jump after dark did not have dl on me so can't lend jumper I was parked rite outside the doors damn a joke thanks guys

I usually have decent service it s just a few times I have had extremely poor service like today. Girl was eating and I asked about a part. She didnt know what it was and insisted it was not in stock. Didn t check and not willing to. I felt so discriminated against I may never back. Second time this has happened to me there in a long time but I totally hate the place. If you can avoid it go to O reilly just around the corner. I am calling the manager too.

Staff was friendly. Didn't need any help with parts ... just found some stuff quickly on my own and checked out.Very often the wait to checkout is kinda long, but it's that way at every AutoZone. Having a dedicated checkout clerk would be nice, but maybe the majority of customers need help looking up and finding parts first, so that's why the employees are always tied up?

I ve gone to this Autozone, and others countless times. Usually a good experience. HOWEVER, I will never return to this location. I tried to return a spark plug, unused, with slightly beat up packaging. One associate started the return for me, then the manager came over and told him not to return it due to the beat up packaging. The associate, thinking I didn t overhear their conversation, proceeded to lie to me about why they couldn t complete my return. Dishonest, incompetent employees. Until this location hires new staff, I d stay away.

I went because I was getting air code on my car. They gave me a device to read the codes and bring back into them for details. The staff was good to tell me how to read the code, but didn't really give instructions on the proper way to turn on the code reader, or to know that I had done it right. My car is a little more complicated, But the general prognosis was to take it to a shop to be fixed.I would definitely go here again, I would just like more details.

They've always had what I've needed and then some. My only issue with AutoZone, and not just this store specifically, but just about every store I've visited, is being stared down, followed, and even dealt with condescending or outright disrespectful attitudes at checkout. Usually the excuse is they look out for shoplifting. Myself and the people I know personally and have met in store under the same circumstances agree that never once have we done anything to give the impression of being a thief. Be vigilant but take it down a notch AutoZone.
