Very nice, but not much help. I went in in the afternoon, looking for a hose clamp. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I felt welcome. I needed a hose clamp, and the kid pointed me to some clamps hanging at the end of a row of shelves behind the registers, and then he walked away to continue with what he was doing. I couldn't find one that matched the broken one I had and wasn't sure if I could use any of the clamps hanging there. I left without the part I needed.

Worst visit out of all the times I was here. I got put on hold for 20 mins then they hung up on me. I then call again and spoke to someone named dragon, and he told me he had the part in stock, I then come into the store and the guy that helped me andre, wasn t listening to me, and then dragon was on his personal phone and I sat there for 5 mins before Andre came to help me. I have now been in the store for 15 mins and they just now told me they don t have the part after he told me he had it. Then dragon and Andre are just swearing up at the front talking to each other and then they are bashing someone named Sandra. Completely terrible visit. The manager or the owner needs to take care of this.

Really great staff working here. Sergio helped us diagnose and fix a battery issue and was fantastic! He was super personable and went above and beyond to make sure we could finish our road trip safely. Thank you!!

Leo at the 939 S state street location in salt lake went above and beyond to ensure my replacement wiper blade fit my vehicle. We took multiple trips outside to the car to try different options and he was above satisfactory. Highly recommend this location and working with Leo P. Thanks for your help today Leo!

Best auto parts store in the valley - Leo in particular is always incredibly helpful and truly goes above and beyond to ensure nothing is missed and you leave feeling great and well informed. Definitely worth it to come here and save vs mechanic charges. And you can learn more about your car in the process. Thanks Leo!

Was told to go pay a mechanic when asked how to remove an electrical plug. "A mechanic is going to be your best option to remove a plastic plug, we are unable to help you find any tools to use we are not insured to help"This location picks favorite customers to EVEN FIND THINGS TO BUY.This location and employees don't deserve your money or time. Worst location in the state

I had Leo P changed my car battery today. He offered an outstanding customer service and support. He was very diligent, meticulous and patient. I really appreciated what he did and the time he spent taking care of my car.

I wish I could remember the guy s name who helped me he had long hair and was so sweet, nice to know I could go find him for parts and a bit of guidance and direction without getting scammed or mansplained. He was very patient with me and all of my questions and he treated me no differently than my two male friends who were helping me replace my brake pads and rotors.

My mom bought me wiper blades in Price, then we realized they were the wrong size. Leo helped me tons and took a *considerable* amount of time helping me get them returned. He also found me the right wiper blades and was very patient, I appreciate AutoZone s amazing customer service. :)

Knew what I needed so it was a quick in-and-out. But I also needed a diagnosis on my truck which they offer for free. The staff took the time to use the computer thing and we went back inside and he printed the diagnosis sheet off with the codes for me to reference.

One of my low beams went out in my car and Leo helped me out by picking a light bulb that fit in my car and installed it for me. Great service and great prices! Highly recommend!

Got a screw in my tire and was incredibly stressed about repairing the hole. The employees were incredibly helpful and I got the hole repaired with tools from the shop and workers advice and back on the road! A+++ service!!!

Tried to use AZ for my commercial account. Everything I ve ordered from there, gets cancelled without a reason and no phone call to inform me. I ll stick to O Reilly and WorldPac. AZ is trash.

They helped me read the code from my cars OBD port. I forget the woman's name, but she was so helpful! It turned out to be a bigger problem than a few AutoZone parts could fix, but it was still very helpful. Thanks AutoZone!

I came in this morning needing a headlight, Leo was super helpful and he showed me that I was trying to replace the wrong headlight, and he was able to save me $$ and helped install the item needed. Give that man a raise!!

Normally I've had very good help at this store which is why I make a point of returning here. Today I came in looking for some parts and tools. I forgot the size socket I needed and asked an employee for help. This guy just stares at me blankly for a while then just points me back to the tool aisle. While I'm looking up the socket size I needed, I can overhear him talking smack about me to a co-worker with something to the effect of "he doesn't know what he's doing". If you're going to judge me and be generally unhelpful, at least wait until I've left the store to make fun of me behind my back :)

We needed new windshield wipers a while back and Rich helped us pick out the right ones and even went the extra mile to install them as we couldn t figure it out. Went back a couple months later because we thought our battery was going bad and we were lucky enough to have Rich help us again. He didn t hesitate to check it. Really nice guy, very professional. Super grateful for the customer service here. I had a battery that I was pretty sure needed replacing so I asked if they could test it and sure enough, it was old. Connor T was great and helped me choose a new one as well as install it. Considering this was 2 days before Christmas, they were short-staffed, and it was below freezing outside, the whole experience only took about 25 minutes. Awesome service, thanks Connor!!
