I am so thankful for this place! I came in for a headlight issue and they helped me find the piece I needed. Not only did they help me identify the piece I needed but they also instructed me on how to install the piece I needed! Fast forward 20 minutes and my issue is resolved. This is the best experience I ve ever had with any auto part shop!

I needed a new battery for my car so I stopped in. The battery given to me did not fit correctly. They said it was an alternative fit, yet, the bracket that holds the battery did not fit correctly and would have bent the bracket and I didn't want to force fit it. The plastic caps were removed because I connected the wires first. I returned the battery and put the plastic caps back on and the kid said that they can not return it because it was installed. After a small talk with an old guy with a beard, who seemed angry, and looked like he absolutely hated his job, (I think he was the manager) decided to give me the correct battery. When I purchased the battery I had a core that I dropped off but because I returned the battery that THEY said would fit, they wanted to charge me a another core charge. I told them I brought a core in the day before. The kid said, "There is nothing I can do we already processed the core that I dropped off before. So in the end I would have to pay another $22 because they don't know what they are doing. Instead of buying a battery and arguing with them I took my buisness somewhere else. You should too! They employed ALOT of unenthusiastic and not knowledgeable kids at this location yet for some reason I stop by every once in a while to see if anything has gotten better due to the convenience of the location. Since going here the employees are bad, the parts have been defective and they actually stole $22 from me.DO NOT GO TO AUTOZONE.

Chris is awesome. It was busy and I could tell he was very busy but he was still very chill with helping me with my car battery replacement. Yes it took awhile, but I understood they were busy.

I had to stop in urgently to ask the staff to help me identify the smell of a mystery fluid as there was a sudden leak inside my car down by the pedals. The fluid soaked my sock and went nowhere else, not on the mat, nothing. This is where I spotlight the staff. Specifically Alia, who was concerned enough that she, with zero hesitation, took my sock out of my hand, and yes, took a whiff to try and identify what fluid it could be. Then, she took it to her manger, Christopher, and he did the same thing with zero hesitation. I was both embarrassed and impressed. Both came out to my car to investigate and they took the time to troubleshoot my brakes and steering functions to look for any leaking. This all went down at the Brickyard location. Highly recommend this location. Top notch.

The people here, actually take care of the customers, and will point you in the right direction. Very polite, it's something you don't see anymore. Thank you for always taking care of me when I need something.

It was easy to purchase online. Only catch is the guy likes to hold ya up a bit. I guess thats his version of customer service. But I just wanted my stuff and to go fix my vehicle. Lol

I went in today for a return. There was two people ahead of me, and 7 behind me. The line was to the door. This customer (brought his dog and his dark started to get nervous and bark) had asked this woman working up at the front register if he could get help being rung up. She said No, there s only one person working on that side. I m working on commercial -she would take a call every couple of minutes, and then go on her phone. I thought it was very unprofessional that she wouldn t prioritize customers. Especially with how long the line was. I felt bad for the guy working along trying to ring all the customers and take calls.

Only one person with 4 customers needing to check out in the store. Besides the wait of 30 min for one customer I still love this store. The associate apologised for the wait and even though he looked tired and maybe a bit stressed he did his job quickly and with a great attitude showing awesome customer service that has been lost to so many other businesses. Love this place.

Roland E. provided a magnificent service to me last Saturday, August 12. After I was told, by the clerk, that the store did not have the battery my car needed, Roland, who was listening to the conversation, went to check at the shelves and found a battery. He not only took the time to check and find it but, he also offered himself to install it in my car. He saved my day! His professionalism was not only amazing but his willingness, and out of this world service were incredible. Please take the time to reward his service. You have a wonderful employee. He is an asset to the company!!!

There s an elder man with a beard working here that s just rude. When we walked up to the counter, he turned around and let out this exasperated sigh and was annoyed from the very beginning. He wasn t helpful and wouldn t check us out but stood next to us as we used the self checkout.

Absolutely appalling customer service, unbelievably rude interaction from a certain staff member. Never again will I give my business to this place.

Terrible experience here. The elderly man with long hair and a beard was incredibly rude, misogynistic, and unhelpful. Avoid this place if you value respectful customer service.Walking into a car place as a young woman is taunting enough. I thought these employees were supposed to be helpful, instead his lack of willingness to help was astounding. I asked for him to simply CHECK MY CAR'S BATTERY and he simply waved me off as if my questions were beneath him.I ended up taking my business to O'Reilly Auto Parts in which I was faced with a very kind and helpful employees. Do not take your business here.

Had the wipers I needed and patient with beginners.I really had a good experience with Autozone today. They found the right size windshield wipers, showed me what my choices were, and when I forgot to remove the wrapper for the blade, they sent a guy out to look at why the new wipers were smearing the water. I will use them again and recommend them highly

I'm a longtime car guy and Auto parts shopper, I consistently come to this AutoZone store because it's completely awesome. The customer service is always great, which more than anything makes me like this store despite that it's a big entity. Thank you to all the guys who do a good job. Today I met Jarrod the manager and it makes sense why everyone is so happy. Thanks

I went into the AutoZone at 3300 S. 1199 E., SLC, UT around 8 pm on Saturday, September 16, 2023 to have a "check auto alert" scanned. Both technicians were free within a minute of me entering, so I asked the younger tech for help since the older tech was chatting with a customer waiting for a part. Suddenly the older tech (Clifford?) interrupted and informed me that this service had to be done by me - the customer - as AutoZone were phasing out this service. His reason? "Sometimes we're slammed with customers and we just don't have time." That was the only reason given. I told him that I'd checked online before coming and confirmed that this service was provided at this location: "AutoZone s free check engine light service can help you identify problems by pulling up your engine s error code and suggesting quality parts to repair that issue." Clifford then said that he'd "had 70 year old women check things with the meter and they had no problem doing it." Apparently if a 70 year old woman can do this, anyone can - because 70 year old women are usually so incompetent - right? So incredibly SEXIST. I told Clifford that I was a 70 year old woman and had never been trained to perform this service like he and the other technicians had - and no other customers were waiting - so couldn't the younger tech who was standing by take care of this? Clifford repeated his stance that if a 70 year old woman could do it, it was easy. Ultimately the younger tech did perform this service but I was placed in a very uncomfortable situation. There was no reason for Clifford to intervene since there weren't any other customers waiting and his insistence that I still perform this service was totally out of line. Two days later, I returned to the same AutoZone to confirm Clifford's name. At that time, I told him that I was very uncomfortable with the way he'd treated me - for no apparent reason - and I resented it. There were no other customers waiting for assistance, which was the stated reason for customers taking over this service. Clifford then claimed that they weren't providing this service because of COVID. He didn't mention COVID on Saturday night and there's nothing on the AutoZone's website regarding this limitation - except for a posting by an AutoZone in Memphis, TN on March 25, 2020 which appeared to be short-term. If COVID does limit techs from performing this well advertised service at all AutoZone locations, it should be clearly stated in writing online and in the store. Women of any age shouldn't be singled out for harassment over this issue - for any reason. How many men has Clifford insisted on performing this service themselves. I've read at least one other review in which it appears that Clifford (same physical description) treated another woman in a sexist manner. I have to ask why he's still employed? I will not return to this location again as long as he is works there.

I had just finished a battery replacement at a Jiffy Lube and they told me I needed to get a few parts to secure my battery to my car. The employees were friendly, and helped me find the right parts and came out to my car to make sure they were the right sizes. I'm not a car person, so they really helped me out and saved me some money by taking the time to come out and take a look for me!

I went in to this store 3762 to buy an air filter for my car. the website gave me wrong filter number. I had to bring old filter in to match correct filter. same price. Sheldon the cashier said i had to wait back in line to do a return as per policy. I simply asked if i could just swap out as they were the same price. Shleldon said i had to wait. He has worst customer service. never coming back to Auto Zone again.

They didn't have the part I needed so they told me the other AutoZone a few miles away had it. I immediately drove to the other store and was disappointed when I was informed that they actually didn't have it. I laughed when they said the next closest AutoZone had it in stock (the store I had just come from) Even though the inventory/computers were not accurate and I had to go to a different parts store to get the part I needed I give them 5 stars for being friendly and for trying to help me. If they had the part in stock I would give 5 stars because of the hard working and friendly people working at the Auto Zones near me!

The store Manager (didn't catch his name) was very rude. Didn't take time to help me out or try to resolve my issue that I had. He pretty much shoved me out of the store. l will not return to this location. I will travel across town before going back.

Terrible customer service! Went in for a battery. They have a big sign in window that says free battery testing. Was told they wouldn't test it. When I asked for prices on batteries for my vehicle he just said there are 3 different sizes. My car was parked right out front and he said he wouldn't even look to see what size it was. Don't go here!

These guys are great! Roland was very helpful and another store manager Mannie from the Taylorsville who just happened to be at the store I went to today to help with inventory, Mannie went above and beyond to help me out. He offered to put on my windshield wipers on for me, which was so awesome because I couldn't have done it without help. It was so nice and refreshing to be treated with such great customer service ....especially in this day and age where that seems to be lost on your average worker. Thank you so much Auto Zone, Mannie and Roland!
