Alisa at alpine knocked it out of the park! She made sure to communicate promptly during the whole repair process and make sure everything was billed properly. Alpine truly has a gem of an employee with her! Jason did amazing painting the entire front end of my mini to freshen it up! Couldn't be happier!

Communication is a 0 with this organization. Previously Alpine has provided many communications through what I believed is a business text messaging service, as I had no information from their organization otherwise. When I reached out Saturday evening the moment I had a break from work after a 12 - 10 hour days in a row, regarding ongoing non-communication concerns and non-existent status updates - after having been promised (in writing) an update last week, which never happened. I assumed at that time that I was texting an acceptable contact number, as most businesses, such as pharmacies, doctors offices, car dealerships, dental offices, etc. don t monitor their text lines until their normal business hours. Instead, I was crucified personally and unprofessionally for using the text communication line I was provided. Indeed, my communication outside of business hours, when I was available from work. Without having been advised at any point, how was I to know this was not a business or office contact since it was a regular source of communication during the prior 8 months of my experience with this business? Clearly Alpine has a long way to go in this area and my insurance company was correct in trying to steer me clear from this business for my auto repairs. I know they have quality work and repairs, but at what cost to someone s mental well-being? Choose a business that can be professional and courteous and respectful before making a commitment.

Sam & team have been an absolute joy to work with. I was in an accident with my 2015 BMW X5 & Sam guided me through the insurance process at every step. He & the team were immediately responsive, spent a ton of time on the phone walking through ideas and next steps, and were the most supportive/engaged of any party I worked with on the accident reimbursement. The car was unfortunately totaled & Sam helped me with the clean out and advice on finding a replacement. Could not recommend this group more!

My experience with this auto body shop was far from what I expected. I had very high hopes for this shop. After an unfortunate accident, I reached out to them for an estimate on repairing my Audi A4. The initial interactions seemed promising as they agreed to schedule me for the week of October 9th. This is where the trouble began.Despite a discussion about the appointment date and my insistence on the week of October 9th, no confirmation was provided in writing. When I called to reconfirm, I was told I wasn't in their scheduling book. I had also reached out on October 12th, well within the week we discussed, for further reassurance. And was told they are now booking in December. They busy and have a good representation for their work. My complaint is more around communication.The miscommunication led me to believe the appointment was set, causing significant inconvenience when I was informed that they had no record of it. Furthermore, this repair isn t a request that the shop can accommodate within the original time frame. The lack of a clear appointment record resulted miscommunication.The workers that I spoke to seemed very friendly. It is just difficult to move past waiting so long to get in, being on a cancellation list with no call back, and then being told the appointment didn t exist. Depending on your circumstance, I cannot recommend this facility unless you re willing to wait and make sure that the appointment confirmation is scheduled on an actual date instead of an estimate. I would suggest looking into alternative repair shops. While my initial experience was hopeful, the subsequent miscommunication and service have left me dissatisfied.

Alpine is the place to take your BMW or any vehicle for that matter. The end result was that the car looked just like new! Sam and Alyssa are fantastic! Great customer service, as they were always willing to help and answer questions. For me, the estimate process was all via email. This saved me a lot of time not having to go to the shop. Sam is a top-notch service consultant at Alpine. He was extremely courteous and helpful accommodating my needs as best as possible with their extremely busy schedule. Sam kept me always informed of my vehicle s progress. Alpine exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional service to my BMW M850ix coupe. Sam is a professional and a great asset to the company. I would recommend Alpine to anyone.

Cannot say enough good things about Alpine and their staff. Someone rear ended me a few weeks ago and I was dreading having to take my car into any shop. I had contacted a few body shops in the area before contacting Alpine, and was told that my car would be in the shop for a month at another shop and was told I d have to wait weeks before even being able to drop it off. After calling Alpine and speaking with Sam, I knew this was the shop I was going to take my car into. He addressed my concerns and never spoke to me in a condescending matter, but rather explained the process in easy to understand terms to me (someone who doesn t have a lot of knowledge about car repairs). After dropping off my car, Sam was in constant communication providing updates and sending photos during the repair process. I got my car back quickly and looking good as new. last week my BMW got hit and totaled by another car while it was parked after I decided to sell it. SUCKS! As you can say I am not happy that day. Once I got a hold of someone over at Alpine. Sam Plumb is who i talked to and who was going to take care of me in the process. I never had a better experience dealing with such amazing human. Sam you are awesome and deserve a raise. Thank you taking care of me. And this is not just a shout out to Sam, I know his whole team at Alpine is part of this. Thank you guys. You do great work and you communicate well. Something most car places need ! Highly recommend if you have a BMW

One of the best auto shops I have been to for not only quality of work but also customer service. Sam in the front is extremely courteous and patient when explaining the work required. He is extremely easy to work with. I had a check engine light pop up a few days after I had gotten some body work on my BMW done by them and he diagnosed the issue without any charges and recommended an easy and cheap solution that fixed the problem. Also, they are authorized by BMW and Porche so that should tell you about the quality of work Alpine does. I would highly recommend these guys!

Seriously have never had such a wonderful experience ever, with any business, much less any auto-related business. I took my BMW (after being referred by BMW dealership) here for some auto body work after an accident. The main office guy - Sam is the most customer-service-oriented, professional, efficient, kind, awesome office/customer service person I ve ever dealt with and I hope he s being paid six figures cause he deserves it. They went above & beyond to help & to ensure my car got taken care of impeccably. I will never go anywhere else and am seriously grateful I was able to work with these guys. Don t even consider taking your vehicle elsewhere.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

As long as I worked at Porsche, I always referred my customers needing body work done to Alpine. But now I ve had to work directly with them to tag team a Mercedes, and they were so efficient, courteous, and just down right good. Their work is second to none. I initiallybrought my old BMW to Alpine with the hopes that they could Bring the car back to its former glory. At first they agreed to work on my car. After leaving the car with them for about two weeks. and not receiving any updates I finally gave them a call asking for an update ,for them to tell me that the parts guy wasn t able to order the parts. To which I decided that I would order the parts myself which took me 15 minutes. When parts came in from Germany I gave them a call to tell them I have the parts. This time they told me that all the parts had to be brand new. And with a car this old a lot of things are no longer available. Theynever told me this from the beginning. I went in and spoke with the owner layne directly and he said he would make an exception. He said he would give me a call. I waited a week and never heard back from layne. I finally called using a different phone and someone finally picked up and i Asked what the update was. To which the person said that none of the body shop personnel wanted to take on the job. This place just wants your money and doesn t care about the customer They work on commission based on how many cars they paint. Fortunately I will take my business elsewhere were my business is appreciated

I have worked with Alpine for several years and its reassuring to know that for years to come this will always be the place to take your bimmer. Sam is doing an amazing job, picking up the reigns and really running with it. He was great to work with my wife and I on her car. He even went so far as to help me get my headlight aligned on my car. That's where David came in. Talk about a savant! I mean that in the best of ways. He diagnosed - on the spot - that my bulb was in upside down and the bezel was broken. Of coursed he fixed it right there, refusing a tip.

Alpine did an amazing job with my 911 Turbo S my consultant was Sam and he took really good care of me, I highly recommend their shop if you need body work or any body repairs, they have great experience and very knowledgeable with most high end makes and models. Their prices are very competitive and very straight forward I was very satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

I have used Apine several times over the years and each time I am totally amazed at how professional and thorough they are with my vehicle. The staff there go above and beyond to make sure everything is to factory specs and have done additional work that I didn't even ask them to do. A++++++++

I personally saw the quality of work these guys did 10+years ago and unfortunately both vehicles had incidents this year that required their work. They did a perfect job on both of our vehicles and I now have two cars that show no evidence of any body work done and perfect paint blending! They look brand new! These guys are the best in Salt Lake if you want a perfect paint job! I had always recommended them before, and they will continue to be the only ones I recommend in the future!

I have been doing business with Alpine for nearly 10 years and am always impressed with their quality of work. They are extremely professional, punctual and get the repairs done correctly. They will also go to battle with your insurance to ensure that your vehicle is repaired to factory standards. I would never take my BMW anywhere other than Alpine.

Unfortunately, I have used their services many times. They impress from the minute you walk in the door. They are very helpful and love to talk cars. Take a peek into the shop and you will see that they are the shop to take your European car. Whether its a brand new Ferrari or Porsche, or an older Mercedes or Audi, Lane and company will get you taken care of.Certainly a bit pricier than some of the alternatives, but I am looking to have these kind of jobs done correctly, not cheaply.

I had my Audi for 2 days when someone scratched the side in a parking lot. I stopped by Alpine to have the scratches looked at. They came out looked at the scratches and said they could buff them out. They took the car back and buffed them out in 10 minutes. These guys are great. Best service and experience I have ever had at a car body shop. I give them my highest recommendation!
