First time using and definitely not the last. They were over the top on customer service and super fast. They held my bikes overnight inside the shop and did awesome work!!

These guys and gals were awesome to work with! They had my bike in and out way faster than shops I ve worked with in the past! They are super friendly knowledgeable and it was a great experience! I will definitely bring my bike back here for future.

I got my bike back yesterday and the sound is amazing. Great work people. I will definitely return here. They had it done a few days early which was a bonus because it's January in Utah. Not that many good enough days to ride. Yesterday was one of those days. Thanks guys it looks awesome!

I ve worked with addictive on almost all of my motorcycles and I won t take my bikes to anyone else now. They are always reasonably priced and they have very helpful staff! Thanks guys!

My cruiser is breathing fire after leaving it in the capable hands of the AB Motor Works crew. It had been worked on by a few other mechanics, and never been quite right, and in the end, gathered a few years of dust in the garage. Now it's back on the road, and with attitude! AB MW went above and beyond by cleaning the entire bike, and even polishing the saddlebags, wow!! Plus, their shop has a really cool vibe, and we really like Brock and the others. Thanks!

I was in an accident in November 2022 and was nervous about getting my bike fixed and how much it would cost. I attempted to do everything by myself buying parts off of Amazon and eBay etc. but unfortunately I came to the conclusion, I m not as capable as I thought I was so I started googling different bike shops and came across addictive behavior.Brock was there when I walked in asking for help, and he was more then happy to help out.We were able to use mostly all the parts I bought third-party and that was nice. Also, after all my repairs were done, I was able to leave the bike in the shop for approximately four weeks because of all the large winter storms we had I had no capabilities of getting my bike so it was super nice of them to be able to let me do that. In talking with him this is his moms shop support local!!! I will definitely be back to support this shop. They were all super friendly and nice to somebody that s just getting into motorcycling so thanks again Brock and Addictive Behaviors, Motor Repairs you all are amazing!!

These people are great.. come to love them more then my luggage.. they have done great work for me and are.always full of good ideas. I enjoy just going by to chat with them and look at all the awesome bikes .. keep up the great job!!

The entire staff are phenomenal. Even when there were difficulties with my bike ('04 Big Dog Pitbull), they worked with me to get it as close to perfect as possible. Can't ask for much more than that. I highly recommend them, and do so to my friends and family, even the ones I like.

I ve been a customer to service my bike for years and I ve recently purchased another bike from there. Amazing experience, great price and service. I would not hesitate wait for them to have a bike I m looking for instead of buying from KSL or other places in the future.I recommend 200% every day.

First off Addictive Behavior sold me my Beautiful Big Dod K-9 chopper. Then I had some work done on it and the shop got me in and done. I m glad in went though them to buy my Bike.

I found a motorcycle I really liked for sale through Addictive Behavior. My husband and I went to look at it and test drive it. Thier sales guy wasn't in the day we went but Brick helped us with everything we needed. Told us everything about the bike and helped us make an arrangement to put the bike on a hold until the following week when we could work with Daryl to do the sale.Daryl was great and we bought the bike. Brock got my husbands bike set up for maintenance.This is a woman/ family owned business and everyone we talked to was super kind and very knowledgeable about motorcycles. We will be bringing the rest of our business, with our bikes, here in the future.Thanks Addictive Behavior the great experience!

Great group of people!!! Amazing section of bikes and accessories. If you're looking to buy a bike, do yourself a favor and go here first. You will be happy you did.Update. Their service department is the best. They found an issue I've been chasing forever. They got my bike running again and just in time for riding season. I can't thank them enough

So my review is going to be different and from afar! I met Darrell a couple years ago when I was purchasing a 2009 Big Dog Wolf. The bike was not his nor was he selling. He did however know the bike and we talked and he told me what a beautiful bike it was. I did purchase it in October of 2020. I never tossed his number. Well bike went in shop for hard starting and regular service; brakes and oil change. Once my guy got into it, the bike simply gave him fits. Truth be told, I ws running out of patience as well with my shop. It s prime riding season in Arizona. I called Darrell exasperated asked for his help/guidance and we chatted. He then suggested I talk to Cody in service and possible coordinate a call between Cody and my mechanic. I talked to Cody and he was more than happy to do so! They figured out the issue over the phone and we ordered parts. My bike is back and it starts, runs, and performs better than ever. I can t thank these guys enough. If you re in SLC, this is the only shop to go to thank you both!

Decent prices and they have some beautiful bikes here for everyone from Harley Davidson to dirt bikes. Tires, helmets, riding gear and more. If you live for 2 wheels you gotta check this place out.

The folks at Additive Behavior provide excellent service, are responsive to special needs and circumstances, and are all-around passionate about what they do. They are a pleasure to engage in conversation and happy to take the time to explain even the most basic things to newcomers to biking. And of course, they are experts addicted to doing great work and taking jobs others won t.Don t hesitate to call on them.

I ve purchased a Harley Davidson from Addictive Behavior and sold a Big Dog Prostreet Chopper (Pitbull) through them on their consignment program. I ve been satisfied on both occasions. They were fair and they delivered what they said they would. This company was honest in my dealings with them and for me that is very important. They deserve the high rating I ve given them. You can deal straight forwardly with them and expect them to be straight forward with you. I didn't receive "the deal of the century" but what I did get was solid, reliable, fair and honest dealings and both were deals that I felt Very good with.

Don't be fooled, these folks can handle an enduro as expertly as a bagger. Brought my '01 Honda XR650L to ABMW on advice of a buddy who has a Suzuki DRZ. Though I rebuilt my carb, life was a no-go. Turns out Brock and team found my tank was full of dirt, which clogged petcock and messed up carb again (and a few other unrelated problems). They found the parts, gave me a realistic schedule and a spot-on estimate. Especially appreciated fact that they wouldn't consider their work complete until they rode it around for quality control . . . noticed a couple of things and fixed those as well. All the while, they communicated often and promptly. Was able to make a ride with the fam that we'd been planning for weeks. Have already recommended them to other dirt-lovers and will bring my Road King to them based on this experience. Thanks to ABMW for the great job!
