These guys saved the day! My car was broke down in a parking garage with low clearance. I called a few other tow companies and no one was able to assist except Action Mobile Repair. Blaze and Jimmy showed up, they had the correct tools, they were extremely professional and quick! The price they quoted over the phone never changed. They didn t charge any surge for late night services. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow.

These guys were great! Our alternator went out while staying in Salt Lake for my grandmother's cancer surgery. She was being discharged the next morning and we needed the car to pick her up. AMR got us fixed up and ready to go in time to pick her up.

I feel robbed charged more than double what other companies quoted. I was charged $350 for a 20 at mile tow at 9 pm. I asked for a breakdown and what is there normal base fee and mileage for a tow, he said we don t have a base it just depends on the tow. I was going to use them for car repairs but not after that tow bill. I would not recommend unless you have no other choice. I guess tow truck drivers now charge the same rate as attorneys. Ridiculous, very disappointed.

Scammers! Stay away from this repair shop. At the end they didn t even fix the issue. Count the mileage if they towing you truck and stay on top of they heads not be scammed by labor time.

The car broke down and we needed to get towed. They came quickly and repaired it in time for us to get home from our trip. They explained in detail and helped try to make sure we got home safely.

Awesome guys! They came to my house fix the car in my driveway. My hood latch wasn t working so I was unable to get the hood up. The mechanic quickly figured out the problem was and resolved it. Excellent towing company. I waited 3 hours for another company. They never showed up called another company. Waited another two and a half hours call this company. They came out within an hour. Excellent job highly recommend this company driver was friendly. Let me know when the vehicle is being picked up. Let me know when he's on his way to the drop off as well as dropping it off.!

Said they would come out and waited for the whole day then never showed up and I texted them and called them ,and after an hour or two they said they could possibly make it out the next day and I never heard back from anyone.Most of the other places never answered,or were booked out for weeks and wanted a deposit to make an appointment,so you have to wait for them once you've paid money to them no matter how long they make you wait!! So no go here or anywhere for that matter! I'm almost convinced that all of them are a scam.

I called Action Mobile Repair for a prepurchase inspection on a vehicle I was 2 states away. I called Jaeden answered the phone and checked it out for me in a timely manor took pictures and saved me a lot of time and money. These guys are awesome! I had a dead battery on New Year's Eve. The window had been rolled down and the key would not come out of the ignition. It was raining and supposed to snow. They were willing to come out, replace the battery and make sure everything was in good working order. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Had an alternator put in and it had gone bad over the warranty. Shane still helped me out and got it replaced only to find that may have not even been the issue. Dealership wanted 4 times the amount and couldn't find the issue with the vehicle without charging me to fix something Shane had already done. Without hesitation Shane took my car back in and spent a good amount of time explaining and showing me first hand how things work and why he had the inclination of the issue. Got my car back on the road and also let me know of some things he had found that may need attention in the future. Extremely grateful for his patience and knowledge! They rescued us when the U-HAUL trailer we were pulling broke and came unhitched. From technician to dispatch to tow truck drivers they were kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

The owner was pleasant and his receptionist was also pleasant. I thought they would come to my house and check out my car. They were willing to come and tow it so I went elsewhere.

Shane at Action Mobile Repairs was extremely helpful. I took my car to him based on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed. He spent at least 30 minutes with me, put my car up on the lift to try and diagnose a problem I was having, and even drove the car with me so I could explain the issue I was having and let him experience it first hand. All this was done without any charge to me. I didn't end up getting the repairs done by him only because I was moving out of state. I wanted to find out if my car would safely make the trip. He said he thought it would get me to my destination safely and recommended I wait to get any repairs until I arrived. So I happily recommend him.

Do not recommend. I wanted some new brake pads installed as the old ones were wearing out, but afterwards the brakes would not stop screeching. Not sure yet what they messed up, but did not do a good job clearly. Second time I went here, they hella overcharged me for a radiator replacement.

After calling over 10 shops and mobile mechanics I finally found one that was willing to do a pre purchase inspection on a shuttle bus I was bidding on locally. They were able to work in the limited amount of time available and got the job done. After purchasing and flying out to get the vehicle they did a quick service on it before I hit the road and made some valuable suggestions on what needs fixing when it gets home.

We were stranded in Salt Lake City and they came in on a Sunday morning to work on the car. My experience was consistent with the majority of the reviews on this site. They did great work and were honest. They didn't try to sell us any unnecessary parts, in fact in only took a few bolts to fix the problem and they only charged me for the time exact time necessary to disassemble and reassemble the issue. Even when I urged them to add a surcharge for coming in on the weekend (seriously!), they only charged me their standard rate for the time. They were exactly what you'd want in a mechanic--honest, knowledgeable, skilled, and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I love this place. It's a little tucked away, but I'm glad I found it. They were so nice, so accommodating. They gave me prices up front and stuck to it. Didn't try to talk me into anything. Luis is fantastic! Put a New motor in my truck. When it started leaking, they took care of it, no questions asked. They are pretty quick and won't BS with you about prices and needed repairs. Love these guys. The towers are fantastic too! They went out of their way to get my truck towed into town.

My wife and I got stranded one night in SLC and needed a tow and we got super lucky when we called these guys. Shane was fantastic. He was always honest and straightforward with us and we really felt like he was doing everything he could to help us out. One of the best experiences I ve had with an auto shop.

Luis saved my sister's weekend. They were stranded in Salt Lake when their car broke down on the way to a friends wedding. He found the issue with their car and was able to fix it, teach them about their car a bit and send them back on their journey home with their car at an extremely fair price. We are so thankful for his help and honesty while we were trying to help them a few states away. Thank you, Luis!

I have used Shane for at least 15 years and he is the only one that I trust to work on my vehicles. Travis was awesome! He quickly and carefully towed my husband s Camaro from the race track. He even messaged to tell us he was driving safe and taking it slow to ensure the car was well taken care of. When he dropped the car off he not only wiped off his finger prints (which wasn t our concern at the moment) but he helped us push it into our shop. He even wanted photos of the Camaro and brought my husband his race time slip.

Called multiple places everywhere was booked up for a week out. Called these guys and they got me in same day and got us back on the road. Our rig had a bad heating core they got us fixed up within a hour and did great work.

Stone-cold crooked clowns. I was in a collision on Friday the 24th of July which is not nor will ever be a legitimate and observed holiday. Keeping to that they sent a truck to tow my busted auto to their yard. When I phoned for observation and release this hard-of-hearing retard insisted that, despite their responding, they were on holiday and I couldn't get to my car and have it towed away from their sespool pit until that Monday, a day upon which the lazy fools wouldn't operate until 9. Way to make a bad situation worse you lowlife jerkoffs.

Good repair, competent and fair prices. Personal experience I had was bad because of delays and miscommunication on pickup time. Nice guys who run the place.
