Worked with Jack in getting my car repaired after I was in an accident. Jack was a friendly and honest dude. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond in helping me. I would highly recommend this shop. I came in for an estimate on a small issue and he said I should wait and did some minor fixes free of charge. I definitely felt like I was getting excellent advice without an ulterior motive to sell me anything. The place can seem intimidating at first, but everyone is v helpful.

I'm not one to write Google reviews but Jack and the team at A&T Auto Body greatly exceeded my expectations.This was my first experience sourcing a body shop outside auto insurance, and from the start, Jack was considerate, detail-oriented and expeditious. He was able to fit me in for an estimate 'any time' as opposed to Ken Garff which had a 2 week wait. He walked me through the work needed and even pointed out places where the previous body shop I used failed to meet his standards. The work was executed swiftly and flawlessly. My car looked better than it did before my run in with a deer.There's a reason this shop has all 5 star reviews.Thank you Jack!Service: Body & Trim

Jack and his crew at A&T recently helped me with some paint and body work on an Audi Q5. They are especially polite and professional and do excellent work. I brought my car in for a consultation and Jack helped me with my insurance company and they were able to cover the whole cost of all the work. Despite a busy schedule Jack was able to get me in within a few days and I was amazed when he called me to tell me that my car was ready for pickup. The A&T team got me in and out ahead of any expectation I could have had, way ahead of schedule and when I picked up the car it looked better than new. I was actually amazed at the quality and perfection of the work. I will not go to any other shop for body work in the future, A&T is exceptional and I would highly recommend their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Currently in the process of buying a car from Jack. I was wary of buying a car reported at a total loss earlier, but Jack has done some incredible work. The car is basically back to brand new. Jack stands behind and guarantees his work which is a big deal for us when buying a car. Fair pricing and complete transparency on his part. Jack made a normally stressful experience easy and fluid. As long as we are in the area he ll have our business and we highly recommend him and his team.

Jack is really great to work with. We got a great deal on our car. I would highly recommend these guys!! Super honest and easy to work with. We had a clear coat issue that surfaced about 6 months later. We finally got around to calling Jack a year and a half later, and he fixed it for free. He is very thorough, honest and willing to help!

Couldn't have asked for better quality work or customer service! Jack did an amazing job with making sure I was aware of everything going on and he even did everything he could to make sure everything went smoothly with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs. I bought a car from Jack here 3 years ago. This car has honestly been a headache for both of us. Jack has spent a lot of time and effort on it at little to no cost to me. Has always been honest about the issues that ariesed. I highly reccomend them.

The bumper on my car was damaged and needed to be replaced, along with bumper add-on parts. Jack gave me a fair bid on Thursday and said he could begin repairs on Monday the next week. The car was ready on Tuesday, which surpassed my expectations. Most impressive was that Jack painted a fender that was not part of the bid, but needed some minor bodywork and paint, which amounted to an extra-mile effort. I give A&T Audo Body a 5 out of 5 stars. Jack is phenomenal to work with. He quoted me a reasonable price to fix and repaint my hood and went BEYOND my expectations. The paint match was spot on. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your auto body needs. Jacks expertise in the end product shows.

My experience with them, which was for a few cosmetic fixes, was very good. They take great pride in their work and Jack work's effectively on your behalf when it comes to insurers / adjusters too. Would use them again--particularly for cosmetic stuff as I'm confident it would come out great.

I have used Jack and What since I first wrecked my dad's car and didn't want him to find out. I will literally drive my car across the country to get it to Jack- and this is not unusual for him. This team is HONEST, fair priced and he watches over me and my family exclusively. I refuse to use anyone else and our loyalty has saved us thousands of dollars over the many years we have come to him. He is the number one guy/team in Utah and he has contracts with all the insurance companies to handle wrecks and restore vehicles. Believe me he is worth it. And then some.I am blessed to have him as my mechanic and honored to call them all family friends after all these years.

I was considering buying a branded title from a local dealership. I took the car to Jack and had him look over the car to see if there was any structural damage I should be aware of. He was far more thorough than I expected, identified several potential issues and then gave some advice for negotiating with that particular dealership. Jack was awesome and extremely helpful. This shop will always have my business if I need any body work done.

Jack and his team are awesome! They care about the work they do and care about getting it done right. They have equipment to be able to repair aluminum bodies on all vehicles. I just got a 2018 F150 repaired by them and they did a great job. A & T stands behind their work and puts attention on the details.

Jack was very honest and helpful. I went there to get an estimate for painting an area on my suv where the clear coat was starting to peel. Jack inspected it and pointed out right away that this area of my suv had been painted before. He then took time to give me a detailed, fair estimate for painting at his shop, but strongly suggested I look in to whether the paint job from ten years ago was still under warranty at the shop that painted it. It was, so I got the area repainted for free at the shop that painted it ten years ago. So Jack saved me a ton of money! I went back to pay Jack some money for his time and valuable advice, but he would not accept any money.Service: Painting

Jack was so knowledgeable, kind, honest, and prompt! It took him less than 2 minutes to know exactly what I needed and give me a more than reasonable quote. He stayed in communication with me during the entire process and had a genuine interest in fixing my broken part. I would trust him again with anything I needed in the future (but hopefully won't need to return, haha).

I cannot say enough about how good A&T Auto Body was to work with. My Wife was in a car accident and the insurance was not going to cover it. realizing that it was going to be an out of pocket job Jack took the time to find a used door that was in great condition to help with the cost. We got estimates from 4 other shops and none even came close to his price. Not to mention all of them said that there were no doors available in utah. I have already recommended several friends and family to go through A&T Auto. Our car looks great and the repair was very timely.

We were driving across county and our sunroof became misaligned. We stopped here knowing we couldn t wait for a repair of the broken part but needed help to get it closed. They got it closed in about minute and we were on our way. Super kind and helpful when the Toyota maintenance department wouldn t even look at it.If we lived in SLC, we d be loyal customers of A&T.

Had some damage to my my bumper and side panel. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and didn't charge me. They seem like good guys. Would come back with any body auto trouble

The best body shop experience I've ever had!! It was painless, quick, and Jack came in MUCH cheaper (we're talking hundreds $) then any other shop on price. If need any work done, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Thank you Jack and A&T Body team!!!

The Karl Malone Toyota auto body shop told us the bumper bracket is broken and need to be replaced cost $130.00. We took the car to A&T to get an estimate, the mechanic guy at A&T here just pushed the car bumper to snap to the bracket in without any cost and he said the bracket is not broken. This auto body shop is the best, they do not ripped us off like others Karl Malone Toyota auto body shop.
