They do excellent work in a timely manner had my truck back up and running ahead of expected. Even let me plug my shore power in while it was in the shop and plugged it back in when they pulled it out. Only complaint I have and not really their fault as it seams to happen no matter where I go is had grease all over the hood. Outside of that definitely great place to go if your broke down.

Excellent and usually fast work with mechanics who know what they are doing. The company I work for . Western dist. Uses these guys as much as we can and they don't disappoint! My only complaint is that they don't have a driver's lounge but you're usually not there long enough to need a lounge

To begin with I called Kenworth and they couldn't get to me for a day and a half. I call Peterbilt and Josh says come on in. They had my fan and Fan hub replaced the next morning. Then they had to replace my radiator and were finished in 90 minutes. They were amazing fast and efficient. Thanks for the amazing work

We had engine issues with our motor home on our way back to Canada and they were 1st class in helping us get in right away and getting it looked at and fixed so we could get back on the road north. Thanks to Josh and Tyler, both are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend this facility.

My name is Milan and I'm partner in trucking company called BK CARGO, Inc.This guys are great. They accepted us the same day and fix the truck in two hours.The repair was less expensive than we expected.Service menager Mr. Josh Allan and his mechanics did a great job.If every Peterbilt shop is like this then all of our future company trucks will be Peterbilts.

Great shop, got me right in in a matter of minutes, changed my leaming radiator out and had me back on my way in 3 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS! THANK YOU, I'M SOOOOO GRATEFUL!

The mechanics and the service guy we're great to work with got me in quick and got it straightened out quick but it would be really nice if they had a place for the drivers to hang out while they wait for their trucks

I'll go to kenworth next time shop manager a *$@ hole cost a fortune and Jackson group is the only peterbilt shops in utah so they act like no one else can help you. Worst service ever at Jackson group.

So grateful.They finished a day early.I had a bad toothache. Now I can get to the dentist sooner and have an extra days pay to afford the root canal. Lol

No drivers room while truck in shop and your not aloud to have your pet inside or in the truck while in the shop I had y I stand outside with my dog in 25 degree weather and they won't let you know what's going on or how long it will be very bad place I'll never come back here
