I needed my 100,000 mile timing belts and water pump replacement, and full tune up, for my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. I brought it in on a Thursday morning, the work was completed Friday afternoon. His crew did above and beyond, they found a defective motor mount, which they replaced. They were over $1300 less than the local Honda service dealer. I recommend Kirk's Auto to everyone.

This shop did regular maintenance for the intoxalock device. They were really professional and quick to install, no problems every 60-day for maintenance, and required no appointment for this. Install and removal no problems what so ever. We switched this to this company and Kirk's car care, and they were awesome through the entire process! The friendly dog was a plus also!

We are so glad we found Kirk's when we moved to the area 12 years ago. They have been so patient with some of the toughest problems to diagnose. They take the time to help ME understand the problem at my level. I feel like I have a friend I can always trust my car to. You can't find good old fashion trust like this in many places anymore. Give these guys a try and you won't be disappointed.

This should actually be no rating at all. I'm just trying to be nice to the public. Steer clear of these crooks. Warning!!! I took my vehicle to them in a desperate situation. They installed a device. According to the real mechanic that removed the device. It was installed completely wrong. The provided instructions from the company for installation wasn't even followed. They hacked into my wiring harness to hook into my starter. This may void my warrant?? I even had to pay for this service and wait 2 hrs after they told before my vehicle was done. Good job guys!! Beware!! I do have pictures of their professional work.

My family has been using kirk's auto care for a number of years and they have always been professional and honest. And we have been satisfied of the work that they perform . Awesome service. First thing they did great in my book was listen to what i needed them to do. On top of that after they did the maintenance check they called before work was done and gave me the list of what needed to happen plus services that were needed, that they could provide and gave me the exact cost of the work to come. The car was fixed up and back to me within 48 hrs and running great and everything done that i asked for. Highly recommend Kirks Car Care hands down.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The dude acted entitled to being able to tow my vehicle like he was God or something, and he did me a favor, straight trash, and absolutely unprofessional.

Kirk's Car Care has had my business for over 20 years. Kirk goes out of his way to take good care of his customers. He tells you up front what service is needed and the cost of repairs. He is honest, fair, friendly and reliable.

I have taken my Dodge diesel truck and Volkswagen Jetta to Kirks several times. He has always been up front about pricing and has explained in detail what the problems my vehicles were having. His work is top notch and I have always been impressed with the repairs he has done for me. Great customer service as well, he has stayed late to get our vehicle back to us. I would highly recommend Kirks Car Care!!!Thanks Everyone at Kirks! You Guys are awesome :)

UPDATE: Kirk called me personally and apologized for the oversight on the screw that was left loose. He reimbursed the entire amount it took to fix it by my local shop. I love a shop with integrity. Thank you.Had an emergency on the freeway coming home. Dropped my car off for a simple alternator change. The work seemed good but by the time I got home all the wires on the alternator had come loose and completely arched and melted together. Go somewhere else.

Took 3 weeks for vehicle to be fixed.. Part installed failed after 5K miles because OEM part was replaced with Dorman part. Was charged OEM price. NAPA Autocare would not transfer warranty to shop I preferred although it was on their list.

The mechanic Jeff is very good he fixed my car better than expected friendly fast service I recommend you to go to him if you want your vehicle done right his attitude is very funny can make you laugh while your in a funky mood when you meet him your mood changes lol

Not impressed... Okay Customer Service... Not a very good seating area... and willing to overcharge for simple fixes. $18 for tire rotation(can get for 15 at sam's club including a balance/alignment) and $170 for an exhaust patch($129 at master muffler in ogden) not impressed... Nice people, but it's just a little too pricey

Been going to Kirk's for 8+ years now, they do a fantastic job on repairing your vehicle and they don't do unnecessary repairs or make up something just to charge you more. I used to be a mechanic so I know it's important to find a shop you can trust.

These guys are a bunch of liars. They hand out cards with prices but then when you get to their shop their prices are all of the sudden double that and they refuse to honor the prices on their cards. I highly advise not to ever use these worthless liars!!!!

poor customer service and a huge rip off!never again!!! They dug to fix problems that i did not take my car in for. A thousand dollars poorer and still same code showing up i told them about. I went to another place and they fixed the problem for $300...far cry from Kirts fixing things not necessary!

Wanted $45 dollars to tow a car a total of probably four blocks from their shop. We lived right next to them and needed it towed to the shop that was only two blocks from our house.
