Store claims to price match, when questioned about this they make every excuse in the book. Employees here don't know anything about cars and only go by what their computer tells them. Don't waste your time here, just go to Oreilly. Oil here is waaaay overpriced 38.00 for a 5 qt jug when it's 26 at Walmart. Laughable.

Fantastic service with a smile! I had the best of care while finding the parts I needed for my company truck. The manager and associates could not have been more knowledgeable, nor professional.The store is so cleaned and organized it was like walking into a hospital! I was dismayed to find they have only the store manager, who was insanely busy helping customers and directing employees.I wanted to set up a commercial account but decided against it as the Roosevelt Utah store would not be able to meet our needs without a commercial manager & being severly understaffed. They don't even have an assistant manager.However, to be fair. The existing staff, despite its severly limited numbers, was able to assist with our every need.

We have been having a very stressful time with our vehicle's Battery. Jordan, an excellent employee at Autozone, was extremely helpful in discovering the problem and offering us a solution. He provided great service, and was kind, professional and efficient. We will continue as costumers at this location because of workers like Jordan. Thank You.

We blew out a bearing on the way to a rafting trip. We were totally stranded! James helped us for 3 hours trying different solutions. He eventually fixed it for/with us and made it so we could continue on our vacation.Excellent customer service.

The two gentlemen helped me out with getting snow cables. Went above and beyond. They contacted their manager, and she grabbed the merchandise. From the Vernal Autozone. Such awesome customer service!

Very helpful staff. Always making sure you know where things are. What I like about them is that they also know when to back up a little bit. Didn't find anything negative about them. Had what I needed got it here speedily and let me know right when it got there.
