I took my Nissan Sentra to get my tires changed from Winter to Summer Tires. Very pleased with the service I received. They even took the extra work of changing my tire pressure sensor (one of them did not work) with one I brought in without charging me. I always bring my cars at Walmart for both tire work and oil changes and I am very satisfied and grateful. Great crew!

Worst service ever. 4 hours to mount and balance a set of tires with an open bay when I arrived. Asked for a time estimate and received nothing. They also broke one of my lug nuts and didnt replace two vale stem covers when finished. Will never go back.

I've purchased several sets of tires from here, however the last time will be the last. Twice the Incompetent technicians forgot to put back some of the lug nut covers on my wheels. I went back and I asked them to look around for them and they half fast looked and told me sorry that they couldn't find them. I asked for the store manager and got the assistant store manager. I discussed the matter with him and showed him a receipt on my phone that just a few minutes prior I purchased the covers from E-bay for a measly 6 bucks. I asked to be reinversed. The assistant store manager told me I needed to bring in a printed receipt before he could help me be reinversed. So pathetic a store manager can' t take care of a problem his tire center created. To make me dive 5 miles to print out a measly 6 dollar receipt to get paid. There is a lot of great and Competent tire centers that are close by that would deliver a much better service. Dealing with the management and technicians at this Walmart is like dealing with children.

I d give zero of possible. Worst tire center ever. 2 hrs to do a flat repair that should have only taken 15 min. The tech said 30 min and after 2hrs is absolutely absurd. I was the only vehicle there. After which three others came and went before me.

So slow! Ive been 3 times in the last 2 months. Takes them 30 - 40 min just to check your car in! One time zero cars in the bays, 4 guys just standing around chatting it up, while I sit and wait for the only lady that can check you in.. ?! Always a few guys doing nothing, while cars waited to be checked in. They can never make the iPad work for the check in and its 10 minutes of waiting for them to get it to work. Clueless and unaware Management This isn't a employee issues, it management. I'd avoid if you can!

Got my car's oil change for a great price. It took about 1.5 hours, 30 minutes longer than I thought it would. The benches in their service center were awful. If you go planning to spend some time looking around in Walmart and the surrounding stores, it won't be too bad.

Hmmmmmmmmm. I went in around 11AM for a battery replacement (battery was pulling 8 volts so obviously a dead one) Was quoted 2 1/2 hours because they have to verify due to the warranty. Came back around 1:30 PM and the car was in the service center with the hood open. Went and asked the status and was told another 30 minutes nobody was working on it that whole time?Finally got out of there around 3:30.FOUR AND A HALF HOURS TO REPLACE A CAR BATTERY?!? I got there without an appointment and several people gave me mixed advice on how to get my new tires. After waiting for three hours I got my car back. Only to have two low pressure tires that night. I work at night, so you can imagine my frustration wanting to go home at 4:30am and seeing I couldn't drive home due to the tires.

Unfortunately not possible to give negative stars. Sat in my car for an HOUR because they told me to wait to be checked in for an oil change. The only car waiting, no one even bothered to come talk to me. Too busy playing around and joking about in the shop.

They took/lost or broke my Hub cap and are lying about it. Look I know it s just a hub cap, and honestly if they would have said they broke it or lost it I probably would have let it go, but it s the lying that really bugs me. I know what I had when I brought it in. It s my car I drive it everyday. I would have noticed it missing. Just own up to your problems and mistakes instead of telling me I m wrong and doing nothing.

I've taken in my vehicle twice now, to fix a slow leak on my tires. Both times I was waiting for several hours just to get my vehicle fixed, and to this day my slow leak has not been fixed. I have the road hazard warranty and each and every single time, I spend a good half hour trying to get them to find my information despite me having the paperwork in hand.Service: Tires

I was just trying to see how long the wait time was in the tire shop. The call was rolled to a different department. The lady could barely understand me. She then said she cannot transfer to other departments. Called back and got electronic, tried to see if they could transfer me and was hung up on. Very unprofessional guys. Tire department needs to train other people about that department if different departments are answering for tire department!

Oil change took way longer than I expected. About almost 3hours. Weird, especially because I got there at 6:40AM to be the first in line. Guess even that didn't make a difference. When they were finally done, they didn't even reset the Oil light. Definitely don't recommend this place for Oil Change! Probably any other Walmart Auto place but not this one!Service: Oil change

I'm glad the Walmart has opened their service centers up again because their pricing on maintenance for your car is so much better than everywhere else. From filters to oil changes, headlight installation to tires their prices can't be beat. I always always order my tires from Walmart because they offer the biggest brands at cheaper prices than everywhere else AND their warranties are amazing. Definitely recommended.

Took my battery in on a warranty claim. Was in and out v in 15 minutes. Pretty slick and easy! If you have the same issue. That the battery out of the vehicle and bring it in (if you're able). This will save a ton of time and an appointment. Thanks Walmart Auto Care Center.

I hope a store manager sees this. I walked into the tire center ready and willing to buy 4 new tires for my Honda. There were several other people waiting in line to be helped, when one of the employees came out. "okay what are you here for?" he asked the first woman. "I'm here for some new tires" she said. "it's going to be 1 and a half hours" he said. The employee turned to the rest of us. "anyone that's after her is looking at a 2-3 hour wait or longer." Me and 2 other people turned and walked out of the store. It was his tone that got to us. He made it very clear that he didn't want to help, that he didn't care one little bit. As I walked out I saw 3 service center employees standing and talking to each other like there was nothing to do. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that these employees are lazy and that they are trying to scare people away so they can work less. As I write this review, I'm sitting inside Disscount Tire. I know I may have to wait 1-2 hours here, but when I called the man on the phone actually gave me the respect I deserved. He put forward an effort to earn my business. I may have to wait the same amount of time here, but I'm willing to wait because at least they care about earning my business. O and by the way, I'm paying less at Disscount Tire than I would have at Walmart.

I ordered my tires online, and had them delivered to the Riverton Walmart. I knew when I went to have them mounted that it would be a long wait since it had begun to snow and everyone needs new tires. Before I could even get a word out, I was greeted very rudely by Angela. She was quick to yell at me and tell me the wait time was 5 hours. I asked her if I could drop my car off and come pick it up in the evening. She rolled her eyes and told me she didn t want to overwhelm her guys. There was also another worker in the tire center who rolled his eyes at me. Angela then replied see? He just rolled his eyes and told me not to take you guys. I was very unhappy with the service here and the way I was treated. Angela was very very rude and made me feel like my business was a huge burden. I ended up going to the Walmart in south Jordan and they were amazing!

Hands down amazing! They are inexpensive and do a really good job. They are fast and effective and i think people have this stigma, because its Wal-mart, that they wont service very well. They check all my systems and even did some things free of charge for me. I went away spending only $47 bucks and I went shopping while I waited. Totaly wait time was only 30 minutes and they call you when its finished.

Frustrated that this is the second time in as many months that I have purchased a battery for a vehicle and been unable to get it installed. The promise that Wal-Mart will install a battery purchased from them has yet to be fulfilled. The fact that they have not installed them has cost me a significant amount of time returning the old battery to get the core charge refunded.

I sent my son there to have the tires rotated. They made him wait for two hours, then told him that they didn't have a record that they put on the tires, so they wouldn't rotate them at all, not even if we paid the ten dollars for a tire rotation. So they sent him packing. That was the last straw for me in a string of unfortunate incidents including rude personnel, poor service, shoddy tires and overall lack of professionalism.

Normally I just purchase oil from walmart. My sons fiance needed tires for her car. The best value for the money tires were at walmart. GENERAL tires. I was very surprised they were better priced than other online tire merchants. Bottom line we purchased 2 65k tires all 8n for under $200. 50 series at that. Thanks walmart.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. No service at all. They tell you it's a 3 hour wait just to get rid of you. When you pull up no one helps you at all you literally have to walk inside just to be talked to. I have never in my life gone out of my way to leave a bad rating at a place ever. But they did the same thing over and over again and I won't even shop at this location anymore because of it.

Save yourself some time and just go to Les Schwab. I came in with a flat tire that needed to be fixed or replaced and after waiting an hour and a half they called and told me they couldn't do anything about it and I'd need to take it somewhere else. At Les Schwab I was in and out in 20 minutes and they patched it for free.

Trash. Wouldn t patch a tire I already pulled off the vehicle at 5 pm when they close at 7. 3 employees, the little kid told me they were leaving in 15 minutes and didn t have time to do a ten minute patch.

I was the only one here with my 2012 truck. The manger immediately tried to upsell me on everything. After an hour I went out to see why it was taking so long. They hadn t even started on it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I just got tires and an oil change today and I am happy I tried walmart. Crazy cheap for everything. The lady that helped me was friendly and everything was done in about 1.5 hours.

Their system doesn't carry all the tires they sell so they add tires you purchase under a different size that is actually in their system. Then when you have an issue with the tire you bought they can't do anything because the tire in the system doesn't match the tires on the car.
