Don t recommend had shorty headers and axel backs put in my mustang they took 2 days to get it done and when it was done my driver side exhaust was rattling after I told them the reason I m putting these in is to stop the rattling I waited to see if it just needed to to break in and it got worse so I called and he didn t even know what I was talking about and said to bring it in but will charge me $100 even though it was there doing of putting the hanger if the exhaust tip right on top of my metal manifold. Don t get here they will rip you off and not even do it rightService: Exhaust

Highly satisfied with my experience at Randy s Tire and Muffler. I called in needing muffler work done on my truck around 1pm on Friday. They were able to get my truck done the same day which was great! When I went to the location, they put my truck up on a lift, took a look at my exhaust, went over options and gave me pricing right then and there. Pricing was very straightforward which I appreciated considering a lot of mechanic shops aren t straightforward these days. I will certainly use this business again for my muffler/tire needs.

I called in for a tire leak and they saw me right away, fixed it within half an hour. Great customer service and good prices!

Took my Cummins in with straight pipe 5" exhaust because it was seriously way too loud and drones. 2 mechanics came out to look, they knew what they were doing, they fixed it right including fixing the emmisions the first time. They talked with me and listened (as a mechanic myself). Very straight forward and done right the first time. Love towing now! Pricing for work and parts were fair, all work looked great!

Randy's has been my trusted mechanic for most of my life. They are my parent's mechanic and I have taken them to be my mechanic as well once I flew the coop. Randy's has quality technicians, fair labor rates, and Shane (the owner) will always take exceptional care of you. I have never had a problem or a concern that they didn't go out of their way to resolve whether it was with the car or the service needed. So long as Shane's family runs this shop, I will be a customer there.

These guys were great! I checked several other places that had rip off prices for what I needed for my truck. More importantly they were very informative, fast and didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. I will definitely be using these guys for all my future mechanic needs and referring all my friends and family. Thanks Randy s!Mitch SargentService: Auto brake replacement

The wife is highly skilled at puncturing tires. Screws, nails, and even scissors. I saw it with my own eyes and I'm still not sure I believe that she was able to puncture a tire by running over scissors. She has incredible aim because it always happens on the outside so it can't be repaired.Called Randy for the first time asking for some help. I was rambling on because I was embarrassed to admit my last tires were purchased at Wal-Mart -- I needed them on a Saturday, don't judge me. He was friendly and asked what size. He didn't try to sell me on more than I needed. He said he had a used tire he could install and the price was fair. He told me if I headed on down he would fit me in quick. At this point, I'm thinking something has to go wrong. It always does. I show up, he changes the tire, and he charges me what he quoted me. Not only that, he happened to have an old stock but unused tire that he gave me instead. The service is real and it is really good. Much respect!

I had a flat, they fixed it, were in too big of a hurry to go home for the day to remount it to my vehicle. I took it to Burt Brothers and they found it had been mounted to the rim backwards and there was no valve stem valve so it wouldn't hold air. Very disappointed at the shoddy rushed service.

Randy s did exhaust work on my truck and stayed on the low end of the price quote. Did excellent work. They completed the job in half the time I was told it might take. I would definitely go back.

We have taken both our vehicles here for a few years now. Shane is not a joke around giggly type for sure. He is short and to the point and has NEVER let us down. He has always called us and discussed prices, parts and labor befor they work on it. The work is always done in a timely manner, and done right. I think its stupid that people put up reviews that are unfair and because they "Googled" better outcomes. This is a Muffler Shop, these guys are good mechanics, they are not there to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, and they are not out to rip people off. I would and do recommend Randy's Muffler to anyone who wants the work done right at an honest price. They have never done us wrong with price or timeliness. Quality work, Honest prices.

Be careful, the mechanics here will take advantage of you if they think they can and charge you substantially for the simplest of fixes. No courtesy here. They tried to charge me $35 to trim an easily accessible piece of plastic. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll do it myself. Also the waiting room is cold and filthy, I didn't even want to sit down. To top it off if you come in even remotely close to their closing time they'll grumble at you.

They may be good mechanics, I dont know... I can only comment on the way I was treated on the one and only call I made to them... My friend recommended me to them, so I called to see when they could see my car, well, I didn't get past the phone call, the gentleman who answered was cutting me off and didn't let me finish a sentence while I tried to explain what was wrong, and then told me that they had no time and that maybe they could look at it later in the week. So yeah, didn't go, went somewhere else.

Had a dead battery, wasn't sure if I had alternator problems too. Got a jump & drive down to Randy's, explained the problem and Shane came out front right away, tested the battery & and alternator both, said the battery was just old & wouldn't hold a charge anymore.A few minutes later he brought it a new battery, swapped it in, and i was back on the road less than 30 minutes later. Fantastic service, wasn't even late to work. :) Thank you!!

These are good people. I was in a pinch and we made a fee schedule to have one of their guys follow me to a car and put on a spare. Super quick, super efficient. Would recommendService: TiresService: Tires

I was really blown away yesterday by my experience at Randy's Tire and Muffler. I have had my Nissan 200sx for 19 years! Bought it new off the lot. About a month ago it started making a terrible noise...like the muffler had fallen off. My husband peeked under the car and thought that the whole exhaust system was basically rusted through and would need to be replaced. He googled it and thought it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix. On a whim one day, I decide I'll take it someplace and get an estimate. I google "muffler" and Randy's pops up. Doesn't have the best reviews...but I call them. Over the phone he says part 'a' probably needs to be replaced, $150.00 and maybe part 'b' which would be another $150.00. Already he is in way under what my husband thought. He says I can bring it over right away. I drop it off. He says he'll call if there is a problem. I am expecting a call. I get a call. Guess what, it is to tell me that the parts I have are the finest ones around, made from stainless steel. The weld is broken. He can just re-weld it and it will cost $75.00. He could replace it, but what he has isn't as nice of quality as what is already there. WOW!! So, he welds it. I pick it up and sure enough, it is totally fixed!! Now, he isn't the cheeriest fellow. I tried joking around with him and he wanted none of that. But what you want in a car mechanic is honesty, smarts, and efficiency. I got all of that. And what about my Nissan!!! Best car ever!

I had issues with driving noisy I guess my wheel bearings were bad so they were able to take it in the same day and get it fixed the next. Super nice guys and very professional, I highly recommend !! I love that my Toyota Corolla is no longer noisy on the road

I had a great experience here. I needed my CV axles replaced and they were very transparent about the issues I had and showed me exactly what the problem was. They were professional and gained my trust. I would do business here again in a heartbeat!

It's been awhile, but every time I drive by I tell myself I'm going to leave a review with my experience. My Jeep Wrangler was stolen right from their lot. I dropped it off and they said it'd be a couple days for repair. The next day, it was gone. They had left the Jeep unlocked with the keys in it overnight in front of their shop, right off of Redwood Road. I was pretty disappointed and went in to talk to them and they were really rude about it- and took no responsibility for the negligence. My wife had to got in a week later to talk to them and they were even more rude to her. Luckily, the police found the Jeep a few weeks later in Delta, but I was really surprised at the staff at Randy's. We used to go to these guys all the time, but we haven't returned since and we warn everyone we know not to go. Mistakes happen, I get that, but they never took one bit of responsibility and treated us very poorly.

These guys did some work for me on my Ford raptor. They replaced both manifolds and a little bit of aftermarket exhaust work. They did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them!

I am someone who shops around and spends time reading reviews before I spend my hard earned cash. The other reviews were promising enough that I sent my business to them, but my experience today was not a good one and cost me much more than what I was quoted. I had an alternator that went out and so I started calling around for prices. The part with a core exchange was about $150, but I was too busy to deal with the hastle of fixing it myself and so I called around to a couple of mechanics to have it fixed. When I called Randy to give me an estimate for parts and labor, he gave me a quote that was about $120 more than just buying the part. No problem, I thought, It was worth the extra money just to have it taken care of. I dropped it off and my wife called this morning to find out it was $420 instead of $270 to fix. Really? Oh, and the work was done. I was clearly upset and called them, but no one answered and I got the answering machine. When I went in, they said it must have been a misunderstanding and that the $270 was parts only. I told them that was twice the amount from NAPA. "Oh, we don't use NAPA auto parts. We don't want you to have problems in a couple of years." So they make the decision to buy the most expensive parts out there for the car that has 160K miles? Where is the conversation that a mechanic has with an owner telling him that there are less expensive options available? I asked them that if it included the credit for the core. Without even looking they told me that it did. "Can I see your receipt then?" They couldn't find it (it must have been a couple of hours ago that they got the paperwork, but the desk was filled with so many papers that they were either lying or can't keep paperwork strait for more than 30 min). I was told that I would have to talk with someone else about that, and by the way they were not there. At the end of the day, I paid and left I thought that I was finding someone good to then find out that they lack terribly on communication, organization, and just plain professionalism. I would not recommend them. I give them two stars instead of one because their labor rates were at least reasonable.

I've been very happy with Randy's each time I've gone in. I've had exhaust systems replaced and various other services done. Their prices are competitive and they are always willing to work with you.

When owned by Randy and his son we went here ALL the time! Honest, knowledgeable and superb customer service. Randy stopped coming in, his son's heart was no longer in it and it was sold. New owner had no sense of customer service. We gave up on the place and only now see that it's closed - I know why! Too bad.
