Needed a driver side door window replaced, Got a quote for a little under $400 for installation, rough but inflation is a given. Took my truck in to get the window replaced and they told me I needed a new window regulator because they cant get it to roll down to access the attachment point for the glass. My window regulator works fine they just didn't know how to clear out the glass shards to allow it to roll down. You can literally hear it working and getting caught in glass and getting stuck.For an auto glass replacement company this is absolutely pitiful, Instead of just doing their job and clearing the regulator of glass shards they told me I needed to replace the entire regulator and then bring it back in for them to attach the window, At that point why wouldn't I just do it myself seeing as how I'd be replacing the entire mechanism (Which doesn't need to be replaced and works fine)They also somehow managed to break my built in handle on my door panel, Fantastic, something new to fix too!Going to safelite, This is a terrible auto glass replacement company they have no idea what their doing.

Had mine and my wife s windows tinted here. My wife drives an SUV and I drive a crew cab truck. They did a great job and the ceramic tint makes a big difference with the sun and heat. I would recommend you pay the extra money and do the ceramic tint if you are trying to decide between that and the regular tint. Over all this is a great shop and I would definitely recommend them for any of your auto glass needs.Services: Sun control window tinting, Installation, Vehicle window tinting

I am very happy with the service provided for my Nissan Frontier. The windshield was installed and to my surprise, they fixed my window spray nozzle without even telling me! They were extremely kind and professional. I would recommend them!

Great service! I m always hesitant to go to any auto service shops because I don t know much about cars, but they were very kind and straightforward. Transparent about pricing from the start. I had a windshield replacement and was in and out in just over an hour! Very quick service.

I just had my 2017 VW Jetta in for window tint. I work for a premium auto parts supplier of European automotive repair shops. We have a very discerning clientele, with top notch customer focused business models. I have to say that Julio, and his team at Prime Auto Glass is that type of business. They delivered a flawless result!! The attention to detail, and instructions for maintaining the aperance of my tint. Was very helpful, they even put tape over the window buttons. So that you won't accidentally roll down the window while the tint is cureing. The waiting room is very comfortable and Julio even checked in to offer bottled water. Prices are reasonable, payment by card or cash welcome!Thank you Julio you absolutely % earned my business and admiration!!

Great work performed in a clean and friendly environment. Tara was very helpful and answered all my questions. The work was done in a very timely manner and they communicated throughout the entire process. They advised that my tires were a bit low for a proper calibration, so they inflated them to proper PSI as a courtesy. Julio was also very helpful in educating me about ceramic tint for my vehicle. he was knowledgable about his product and just an overall cool guy. I got a new windshield from these guys back in December. It cracked a few months later. I parked it at my house and woke up to a crack that splits the windshield nearly in two. They don t offer any kind of replacement warranty for this kind of thing where there competition does. I told them I would be buying from the big guys moving forward as they offer a one year replacement for any reason. I also think they use substandard glass. I have never had a windshield crack after just a few months.

Got my windshield replaced at Prime Auto- they were fantastic! Not only was the service fast and at a great prices but he also fixed our jammed windshield wiper at no extra charge!! Thanks for going above and beyond!! Definitely will return for any window work we will need in the future!!

Very honest business with good priced windshields. No add on up-selling like the national brands (although they have a lot of other services besides windshields). Best prices around. Safelite wanted $650 to replace my windshield. Not only did these guys replace it at a fraction of the price, but everyone was so kind and straightforward with me. 12/10 would recommend

Best service and prices! Honestly awesome place, they did my windshield on my truck and I will be back for window tint. Price for my windshield was $249, $60 cheaper than anywhere else I could find!!

My car dealership was connecting me to a big national auto glass company and it was impossible to get an appt close to me. I asked my insurance to use Prime Auto Glass in Riverton and it was so easy. I got a quote confirmation that morning and was able to take my car in same day to get windshield replacement and adas calibration. My insurance was used and everything was very easy and the customer support was phenomenal. Lightning fast response to my early morning call.(8am).Got chip on my windshield in my brand new Honda Pilot. Fernando offered to take me in right away or few hours later. We decided on afternoon.Came in, with customer already inline I was spoken with within 5 minutes and after checking my car and filling out work order, i was quoted 25 or 30 min.....15 minutes later.....it's done!Great job Fernando.Thank you.

PRIME Auto Glass expertly applied XPEL paint protection film (PPF) on my Model 3 Tesla. It looks great (i.e., great finish and can't see it unless if you don't know what to look for). The owner was meticulous about the work and service, and about setting expectations and showing me existing imperfections on my vehicle BEFORE doing the work (that I didn't even notice) so that I would not be disappointed if I noticed them with the PPF on.

I was extremely happy with the service I was provided. They use the square appointment app which was awesome to import to my calendar. The work was done perfectly and quickly. Hopefully I don t crack another windshield but if I do, I know where I am going.

These guys are great! I called the morning of the appointment, got me scheduled right away, and they were done in less than the 2 hours they told me it would take. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

I got a small chip on my windshield and came to Prime Auto glass because it was convenient to my location. I didn t have an appointment and the owner was incredible! Took my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to get the windshield replaced today. Super pleased with the experience. Fernando was extremely professional and helpful. The Pacifica needed calibration because of the lane assist camera and they handled it no problem. Thinking about having them do some tinting on my other car.
