TERRIBLE. Do NOT come here. Horrible service. The product count is a lie. If they say they have it in stock they do not that means they may have it at a different location. No part store in America works like this. Rude staff. Staff doesn t know about parts. Staff wants me to get a cheap alternative for my high end car instead of what is recommended. Avoid this place at all cost.Please shop else ware. Advanced auto parts is right down the street and they are much more friendly, way better prices, and actually care to help. This place does not. Autozone is also right down the street and they are much betterI wish I could give 0 stars but I cannot. Please do not come here or believe anything the website stock says.

I'd like to first say the staff here are incredibly friendly and do their best to be as helpful as possible. I greatly appreciate the extra lengths they've gone to help in a few situations. Problem is a lot of that extra effort was to correct mistakes. They happened pretty frequently with my orders, giving me the wrong parts, displaying something as in stock when it's actually not, ordering parts from another location has had it's issues, item descriptions not matching what is sold, many of these things are likely outside their control for the most part I imagine, but it's still been a lot of headache to deal with. Lastly their pricing, I know they're "genuine parts" which I agree should come with a slightly higher price tag, but only slightly. When I can get on ebay and buy a kit containing a main control arm, ball joint, tie rod ends, and sway link bars for BOTH the driver and passenger side for less than ONE main control arm here, that's a lot more pricey than I'd like and if I could have afforded to wait the 4 days to have it shipped I would absolutely have gone with the other package.

Super helpful staff. They've been able to get me parts for my car, motorcycle, and even some stuff for maintenance on some semi trucks. A one stop shop!

Great customer service. Exchanged my broken hand tools with no questions asked and no receipt for new tools and the 2 they didn't have in stock, they ordered them for me for free and I'll be able to pick those up with in 24 hours. Very pleased to have no trouble exchanging my tools with no hassle

Being a female with very little experience with car parts and needing some, and not wanting to be treated like an idiot, this place was awesome. One of the employees, Jim (an older fella), was very helpful and funny. He obviously knew I didn't know anything and helped me out :). This is my first experience with an auto parts store and it was great. I don't know if it is always that great, but I will continue to go back.

Ask for Josh! He was so helpful with checking my battery and explaining to me (explaining, not mansplaining) what I needed to get. I typically don't like going into car places because I only know as much as videos on YouTube teach me, so it is intimidating, even for something simple like a car battery. This store and Josh were so friendly and helpful.

I had purchased 2 RV batteries in another city, 200 miles from Salt Lake, which were different than the correct ones I was invoiced for. 8 volt instead of 6 volt. Needless to say they failed as my system is 12 volt. The original Dealer wanted to prorate the failure even though he admitted it was an honest mistake on his part. I returned the batteries to Riverton NAPA expecting to pay for 1 of the 2 batteries. When I explained the situation to Joshua and the store manager, he could see the other dealers mistake and warranted both batteries for me. Clearly customer service above and beyond what the original dealer was willing to do. I would recommend this store to everyone.

They were recommended by the neighbors and ended up being very helpful. They helped me find the best battery for the car and taught me how to make sure it doesn't go bad while my son is deployed and his car just sits.

This place is the best. Went to find some metri-pack connector pins, H4 headlight socket connectors, and some miscellaneous electrical lugs. If you cannot find it on the shelf, they will have it in the back. I haven't been turned away yet, and I'm usually looking for things that the O'Reilly's and Autozone's just give you blank stares for. This is a great store, and they are very helpful. From a guy that spends as much time as possible in a home shop building cars, this is my go to when I need something quick.

Bought a brand new battery from Napa and used it twice for trolling. Only lasted 3ish hrs both time going completely dead, and took 5 days to charge fully each time. Took it in simply to exchange. Manager said his tester said its fine and can't help me. I'm stuck with a $130 very poor functioning new battery. Napa has seriously lost any future business from me.

I was given the wrong parts for a brake job I was doing, which I didn t realize until the car was already torn down. I went back to exchange them and was told they didn t have what I needed but would have it from the warehouse within the hour (mind you to and from this location takes about 40 mins round trip from my house). The hour came and went, so I called and was told their driver still hadn t left the warehouse (i.e. at least another hour wait). I go to Napa because I get a discount on parts from my employer; however, the 2 + hours of my day that have been waisted may not be worth it in the future...

Very knowledgeable on all parts sold. They even give you helpful tips on removing and replacing parts for cars, trucks, motorhomes and motorcycles. Will do all my parts shopping here from now on.

I really like this place they have very specialized service technicians there that will help you find anything you need and bring it in as quickly as possible for being a brick and mortar it's far superior to the other auto parts stores.

This location is amazing. they carry products that i have a hard time finding anywhere in the valley . you must visit this one always left satisfied.
