I was going from Vegas to Montana and had a major car emergency. They were able to fit me in right away and I got back onto the road the same day! They had very reasonable prices and the gentleman in there were very kind. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that lives in the area.

We ve been going to them for years and are very satisfied. We know they re being honest, giving us a good price, and doing quality work. Most recently, I bought a muffler from the dealer and Master AutoTech put it on for hundreds of dollars less than the dealer would have charged.

Great service and prices. We almost always drop our car off for whenever they'll get to it, but they have a stellar waiting room. They call you once they've assessed your car's needs and run through services and prices and then you decide what to have them do, they do it, and you pick it up and pay. We haven't tried for any simple oil change service or registration renewal here, but they are great at answering phones and letting you know availability and wait times and all that, so whatever you need, you give them a call and they'll work out what's best.

Always a great experience at Master Auto Tech. My car was towed here in the morning and repaired and ready to be picked up by the afternoon. Great customer service with Jay. He is on top of it! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, honest and reliable auto shop.

We ve been taking our vehicles to master auto tech for years. From Jay at the front desk, Ty one of the owners, to the auto technicians you will find them professional, considerate, knowledgeable and responsive. I have always appreciated being kept informed of each step while my vehicle is in their hands. There has rarely been as auto problem they can not handle. We trust and highly recommend master auto!

I worked with Jay and Ty, they were both fantastic! I could tell they knew there stuff. My car had a exhaust leak and they went above and beyond to get it repaired. I have another car that needs exhaust work and will be returning. Thanks you guys.

I had a catylatic converter put in and about 6 months later I heard something rattling underneath so I brought it back in. They looked at it and they found the rattle noise from the resonator, so they removed the resonator for free to fix the sound. They are always very helpful and thorough, Jay is a super cool guy. Definitely bringing my car back next time I need a repair.

Their service was fast and they took care of me. Their website was misleading because I scheduled the appointment online and when I arrived at the appointed time I was told they accept cars on a first come first serve basis. They got me in right away anyway.

Emissions are $45 but we appreciate the free on-the-spot renewal. They are pretty busy but have nice personnel. Jay is great to work with.

I have a modified GTI that has become a huge problem to get fixed, almost any mechanic I take it to charges diagnostics and leaves me without knowing what s wrong, or lead me to a pothole of charges that haven t fixed a problem. I took it to master auto tech, and while my cars not perfect, they have done an amazing job taking car of it and diagnosing problems, I am well impressed with the skills and communication they have.

Master Autotech is by far the best mechanic shop in town. I talked to Jay, he helped me out the whole time. He was straight to the point, and knew what he was talking about. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We took our 2011 Ford Fusion to have a loud muffler inspected and repaired. I called late morning to check availability and Jay advised that if we brought the vehicle in soon they should be able to inspect it and possibly have the repair completed the same day. I had a business meeting soon so we took it in a couple hours later. Before an hour went by I heard back from Jay that they had diagnosed a new muffler was needed and they hoped to have the repair that same day. Sure enough they completed the repair by about 3pm, only two hours after I brought the car in. This has been one of the best customer service experiences we ve had in all ways. They ve earned our business and we highly recommend them to anyone looking needing fast, quality and fairly priced auto repairs. FYI, they have a large list of repairs they do, not just mufflers.

Arrived at Riverton store no appointment muffler hanging. Left vehicle within 15 minutes got a call with solutions, approved repair and cost and in less than a hour was back on the road. Thanks!!!

Don t take your vehicles here. They will rip you off. They lied about what they were putting on my vehicle and marked parts up 100%. Especially Jay. Watch out for him.

I have had work done here in the past. I find them to be reasonable pricing, everything is expensive, but the pricing seems fair. Everything thing is well coordinated and I would reccomend going here. They have my vote
