I have been to many Jiffy Lube locations over the years and have never been more impressed than I am by this location. They work extremely fast and are always very honest about what s going on. Never feel like they are trying to rush me out or up charge on services. Cannot recommend this crew enough!

I was very pleased with the service for my emissions test. I was pressed for time to get back home to take care of a sick family member. The team gave me an honest estimate of the wait time due to the line and were quick and efficient to address all of us in line.

Jiffy Lube always gives us the best service. They are up front, honest and fair. They communicated what was needed to be done with the vehicle and it was done in the time they said it would be done for the price they quoted me.

Highly recommend this location. I had a long list of urgent repairs that the dealership gave me when I simply went in for a battery check. I got a second opinion at this location and to say they took care of me was a understatement. The whole staff was amazing but Jason went above and beyond to test everything and put my mind at ease. They rotated my tires, topped my oil and coolant and stated that nothing actually needed to be done at the time and everything was in great shape. It feels so good to visit a place you can feel is actually looking out for you.

Probably the best managed Jiffy Lube I've been to in 30 years. Good leadership positive attitude just a great experience overall. As we drove away my son rolled down the window and said those guys are really nice.

I went in to quickly renew my vehicle registration. Quickly is an understatement...No emissions were necessary this year, so they had me in and out of there in less than 5 min. That is super impressive! It basically cost me a $10 convenience fee to Jiffy Lube, but that was well worth it to be helped and on my way so quickly...sticker and registration in hand.

This location is great! They will get you in and out without all of the unnecessary upcharges. James definitely made me feel welcome and at ease with my car and my total charge! Thank you for not making this usually anxiety inducing trip an easy 15 minute trip!

Not usually walking out of my oil changes feeling thrilled and 5 star-ed. But I was so impressed with this location, legitimately not fluffing anything they new what I wanted/ what I needed, I was in out in no time despite bays being full when I pulled in. This location. Is am hour from my house. In all my years I can say, even if I wasn't in the area I would commute down to have the experience and ease that I had here. Down to earth crew, positive upbeat attitudes and no B.S, well done you guys, in a business that gets a shady rapport, you guys seamlessly changed my mind and restored my faith!!! I was looking for a rock chip repair service close by and found it here! I got a rock chip in my brand new, 6 day old car and needed it fixed asap. There was no waiting, in and out, didn't even have to leave my car. The manager and staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly; absolutely the best customer service! I definitely will be going back to them as needed.

I have been coming here since 2016. James has helped me almost every time I've gone in for oil changes, windshield cracks, tires. I went to the jiffy lube in Riverton to be able to do the emissions to my car and register it, everything was going well it took about 2 hours and I said good normal there are many customers, when the guy who was taking care of my car arrives and tells me that if I want to change my air filter and refill my refrigerant and I tell him sure, so he told me that it was going to be 250$ and I said fine, let me go and grab my wallet ,but I couldn t find it in my car, and i knew it was there so I ask the guy about my wallet and he told me oh here we have it. My question is why does he had my wallet if I had it stored in the car. I decide not to pay attention to it and I just pay and I leave. Oh surprise that when I leave the tires start to sound so loud ,it was like a screeching sound, so I went back to ask and they say they haven t touched anything on my wheels and that they are not responsible for that. Now I left without 250 dollars, with a bad deal and apart with a new sound in my car.

I came in for a simple emissions test and to renew my registration. Two different technicians brought my air filters and tried to convince me I need new ones even though I just replaced them. The first technician told me my oil and coolant were low and he could top them off for $30. I declined and checked both oil and coolant when I got home and both levels were fine and not actually low. After an hour of waiting they finally finished. I have been going to jiffy lube for years and this was by far the worst experience I have had and it felt like they just wanted to add every charge they could.

These guys were quick to get my RV done, even with the already being 1 RV in front of me. Also the manager here was awesome friendly! I'd over heard him tell another employee who was bragging about not taking a break that he'd been there since 7am and taken no breaks and no lunch. This was about 5:45pm just before they closed down and this manager was still in a great mood with the best attitude you could ever hope am employee to have!

I was so blown away on how friendly everyone was! They got me in and out of there in like 10minutes doing my emissions and registration. They all worked so well with each other too! One was helping me out while the other help ring me up. I have never had a more please t experience getting my car done! Thank you, thank you. I showed up at closing time--right before the big snowstorm of the year--needing a new rear blinker and wiper blade. A little job to them, but a HUGE one for keeping me safe. I appreciate their service--staying open to help me. Thanks SO much.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for almost 2 years. I love them! They are so quick and you can tell they are genuinely happy at work. I never feel pressured into purchasing anything and also know that they are taking care of me. They are by far the fastest jiffy lube I have ever gone to! I use this shop regularly and on this particular day went in for a windshield rock repair. These guys went out of their way by letting me pull into a bay and then they spent five minutes filling the chip and did a great job. James is a great manager and my experiences with all the other guys there have been spot on too!

Even though it was a busy Saturday morning they were pretty quick and efficient to give the best service. I have gone to other jiffy lubes on the weekdays during slow hours and they will not perform their full signature service. I usually don't review businesses, however I have come here for my oil change the past year and have always received exceptional service. The time it takes is quick and efficient and the management is top-notch. Not all jiffy lubes are created equal and I think it has to do with the way that it is managed. This location is honest and friendly and I will not go to another jiffy lube location for as long as I live nearby!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Can't say enough good things about this location. Best car experience I've ever had, every time. They offer services but don't needlessly upsell (I checked with my car guy Dad) and their prices are good. They are so fast I don't even have time to get through a whole article it's crazy. Love these guys!

My wife and daughter took my daughter s Nissan Sentra in to have the oil changed. (We have used Jiffy Lube for years) The technician ask my wife what type of oil she wanted in the vehicle. My wife said, she wasn t sure she thought some type of synthetic the technician told her they would check on it and let her know. Instead of coming in an explaining the differences between the oils along with the cost of each and giving her the option to choose, you guessed it,,,,they were given the most expensive oil and filter $136. After a coupon and strong discussion with James (their customer service extraordinar) my wife paid $106 dollars for an oil change that should have been around $75 with a coupon. I spoke with GreaseMonkey and their full synthetic is $110 without a coupon and a synthetic blend $75 without a coupon.So I don t know if they were just in a hurry to close, because it was near closing time or if they just took advantage of two women that didn t understand. I will let you be the judge, but our next oil change will not be here.Service: Oil change
