The name says it all. Fast. These guys are fairly quick. Usually 20 minutes to change oil. Everything else is fairly standard. Lobby is super basic and is the same for the last 8 years! Just water to drink but they do have a bathroom.

Recently got emissions done at this location because it was the closest to my house & it was a terrible experience. They took over an hour & a half with hardly any customers there & I left before some of the people that were there before me so I am definitely not the only one who experienced this. It definitely shouldn t take that long for emissions. Weren t very professional with customer service as well. I ll never go back

I came in yesterday, just getting around to writing this but i have to say i've always loved this jiffy lube! I've been coming to this location for a while now and its never disappointed me before but this time when I came in the girl that greeted me was super rude. She gave me a lot of attitude and was acting as if she didn't want to help me. When being in customer service you never want to treat your customers this way. The team did a good job with my car, but I'm not sure I will be coming back to this location because of the way I was treated

I love Jiffy Lube, always have, but this is hands down the best location, best staff, best people all around! They are honest, kind, reliable & helpful- they will not jerk you around or scam you out of your money.Very professional dudes, & even better humans! I am very grateful & appreciative of them.

Came here before to do my emissions and came back for an oil change and coolant flush. These guys were super respectful towards me and took very good care of my car! I will always recommend these guys to anyone!

I will first start by saying that I have always liked and appreciated Jiffy Lube as a C company that gave me a job while I grew up. I have NEVER taken any of my vehicles to anywhere except Jiffy Lube just because of that fact. I worked at Jiffy Lube in Draper, Utah and managed/trained by Joe TunzI back in like 2005-2007 or so. Can t even remember for sure it was so long ago. I m assuming that name has to speak for itself with this company. With how tough and good of a manager he was and how much I hated him as a punk kid lol. This is the reason I decided to always take my entire family s vehicles to Jiffy Lube for all our oil changes. The particular location I m writing this review on does not operate the way that the Jiffy Lube I worked for and have continued to use for my vehicles does not even come close to the standards I thought they cared about. They never even greeted me, when I saw multiple people standing around not doing much. At one point after waiting at least 10-15 min and driving backwards and forwards over the thing that lets people know I pulled up and still not even being greeted. The one that I assume was the manager/leader on shift helping another customer, gave me a give me a minute signal with his hands in a what appeared to be a frustrated way. This was while one of the I m assuming vac tech employees stood next to him with his hands folded. It was at that point that I decided to drive to a different location (13400 s Bangerter) where I know for a fact good old Joe Tunzi used to work a few years ago and where I have typically been going with no issues. I was greeted right away even though they were prob more busy there the other location I was at. I was taken care of asap at what I know to be the Jiffy Lube expectations quality of service.I have never been one to even take the time to post reviews but where this relates to my life and the knowledge of standards Jiffy Lube has (at least used to have while employed there) I could not ignore the situation and trust that they do not put up with such service.I am a business owner myself and aware of the current situation we are all facing with finding and employing people that are willing to get their hands dirty and work hard for their money these days. I just know from hands on experience that I would have been fired or at the very least written up by good old Joe when I worked there growing up. Please expect more from your employees again and especially your management. Customer service does still matter. Otherwise I would simply change the oil on our vehicles myself for a little bit cheaper. I prefer to support a business doing their trade at a professional level then save a few bucks. The same way I hope people will prefer to call me overs saving a few bucks.Very disappointing experience and I hope you guys will address the situation.

Do not take your car here unless you want you vehicle to be treated like trash. I went here for a simple oil change and have been left with a large headache.During their upselling portion, they(technician Amir) tried to explain to me that my cabin air filter was bad and needed replacement. I knew otherwise since I just replaced the cabin air filter the week prior. What they shown me was downright irritating. They poured red oil on my filter and put a bunch of debris on it to make it looked used. After I declined a replacement, they proceeded to put the filter back into my car. During this, all of the debris was dumped all over my passenger side seat and left there.About 3 weeks after my oil change, I was walking to my car from a distance and noticed that the plastic skid plate/cover was hanging off of the bottom of the car. Upon inspection I found that they did not fully affix my skid plate and that I was also missing some of the hardware. I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and Amir met met in the parking lot. I explained the issue to him. He told me that they will fix the error but I needed to wait 45+ minutes for them to fix this, even though there were open bays. I drive off and wait for another day when I have the time. Again, I drive to the Jiffy Lube to get this repaired. This time, technician Zach guides me into the bay and over the pit. He proceeds to go under the vehicle for some time. After he gets out of the pit, he tells me I am good to go, and I drive off. After driving off, I immediately hear scraping sound. I pull over and inspect the under side of the car. It is there where I find that Zach ZIP-TIED my skid plate to hold it up. He even went so far as to not even cut the extra tags off of the zip-tie, which is why I heard the scraping.Now i am left with my car that is missing hardware, zip-tied together, and dirty due to them dumping the debris in my front seat.Save some time and a headache. Go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

This Jeffy lube location is remarkable, I've always had pretty good service, but these individuals have taken it to a new level. Chance helped me not only to get my car serviced but he also helped me purchase a new set of tires which required two different sets/sizes of tires for this particular BMW. He not only saved me money, but he got the job done so fast, and the order placed so soon, I was blown away to be honest.I will differently be going back to this location, and telling everyone I know about it as well. I ve had various experiences here but I showed up a few minutes after they closed, not knowing that they were closed because Google Maps was wrong with the hours. The manager threw me in real quick for a quick change even though I wasn t asking to. Five stars for that dude!

I don t know who it was that helped me but he was awesome. He fixed my tire for me at no cost. And he had no idea how much it meant to me!! I had no clue what was going on with my tire and I was super stressed about it. My dad passed away in January so I don t have an clue what to do when something with my car happens and he made it the best experience I m so grateful for him!

This place was great! I called another nearby Jiffy Lube and they did not have my brake pads in stock but they could get it in 24 hours, this place got them in 15 minutes. I asked them to order my brake pads and after they took off my rims they told me my brakes are still good and didn't need to be changed yet -- after special ordering (buying from a nearby AutoZone) my brake pads and everything! They were pretty quick with my full synthetic oil change and we're helpful and friendly. I've had no problems with my visit and plan to come back to this one next time.

They were super nice and fast. I had my two little one with me and it's hard to entertain then for a long time so then being able to get me in and out was fantastic

Came in for an oil change. I knew it was about time for a tire change, too, but hadn t planned on doing it today. One of the 2 that needed a change was in worse shape than I thought. Cords were showing, it was bald. I explained that I wasn t financially prepared to do it today, and Chance was able to make recommendations and get my total to an amount that was manageable (for a divorced mom w/ modest income, that s no small feat). Highly recommend this location, specifically. The crew is **AMAZING** and you can walk over to Beans and Brews while you wait, but you d better walk fast because this Jiffy Lube will get you in and out very quickly, thus living up to their title. And they re very dog friendly, even though my chihuahua is a bit of a jerk, admittedly

I planned to have the best oil change experience. Nevertheless, I was just the beginning of a nightmare. I went there to only the change the oil of my Kia Sorrento and right after I left the place I start hearing a weird noise at the engine region but I kept driving. Moreover, when I was at I50 my car stopped working and luckily I was close to an exit and I stopped my car at a gas station. I called to Jiffy Lube and they sent a technician from other shop and took my car to the Jiffy Lube from Murray. Furthermore, after almost hour waiting they said that they were not sure about what happened but I asked what do you think happened ? And he said your car was overfilled with oil, which can cause the same problem as when does not has oil . I took some photos of the level of oil and I sent to my private mechanic and he agreed the this action could damage my cars engine.Thus, Jiffy Lube said they would send the car to a different shop to investigate what happened. After, 3 days they assumed that the car was not damaged by the oil change even seeing that the car was over filled. How much coincidence my car have an engine problem right after have it inspected and the oil changed....Now I m by my self trying to solve a huge problem that Jiffy Lube caused to car, a damaged motor, due to overfilling oil.Please never go to Jiffy Lube in Riverton!

The guys did a coolant flush and replaced my cabin filter as well as my air filter.They did a fantastic job and were very professional about everything they had done.They were nice which is pretty awesome!I definitely will come back to them based on how easy they were to talk to and how well they had done on my car.Thanks guys.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I had emissions done and got car registered along with an oil change. As a part of the service, they also checked my tire pressure and all fluid levels. Service was quick, but they overcharged me for a bunch of random stuff (unless they have recently changed the cost of an oil change by $40 or so). I've been to other Jiffy Lube's where they try to upsell you, so I was expecting it, but it was especially bad here. Putting leaves and random junk in someone's air filter to make it look worse isn't ethical, and they really pushed for me to get a lot of services that I don't really need yet. Definitely won't be getting my car serviced here next time.Service: Oil change

Changed oil is good. But they drained all tires to 32 pressure and changed my filter, and I told them not to. They charged me for my filter and now my tires are all low in air. Spent an hour going back and forth buying a filter from auto zone for $20 and coming back to jiffylube to get a refund for my filter that was $42.00. What a waist of F-ing time. I'm going to highly consider going elsewhere from now on!

These guys are incredible, and they have made me a customer for life.I brought in my garbage Chrysler twice because it was hemorrhaging oil, because it s a Chrysler. After diagnostics they found out my transmission needed replacement. They went above and beyond to try to find workarounds that could fit my budget and even fixed my broken window without me asking! The next time I brought it in they went above and beyond too, and topped off the fluid and cleaned up the oil it was swimming in, and gave me amazing advice on what to do. I wouldn t have been able to get out of my situation without their help. Love these dudes!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Missed top off of washer fluid, antifreeze, and left oily foot prints on drivers floor carpeted matt. More worried about playing games and goffing off than customer service. It's happened a couple of times, so I won't use them again. I am looking for a service center that takes some pride and wants to earn my business.

What I thought was going to be a thirty minute stop turned into three and a half hours! Nobody working there knew how to change a spark plug and had to call for help from another location. They never told me so I ended up waiting forever! I just waited and waited. The manager went on break and was the only contact between them and the other location, so I couldn t even ask questions. I ended up watching several people go in and out as I just sat in their waiting room.

They are unethical and take advantage of people. My sister went there to have her battery tested as she was leaving out of town. She knows very little about car maintenance and put her trust in this place and these people.They told her that her battery was bad and needed replacement.She had a new battery put in her car in February. Which I installed and was under warranty.Any person that works on cars would know when they look at the battery and the info the on the battery that it was new and under warranty.Instead of telling her that it was under warranty and she should take it to the location it was purchased, they saw someone that they could take advantage of and make a quick buck.It is facilities like this and taking advantage of people in this way that gives the auto service industry a bad reputation.Do not go to this location unless you know about vehicles and vehicle maintenance or else you will be taken advantage of.

This was the best experience I have had at a jiffy lube. They were so kind, thorough, informative and very quick! Me and my husband both came in for oil changes and I swear we were out the door in like 20 minutes. They spoke to me regarding my car (a woman, at other locations i m lucky if they even look my way when talking to my husband about my car) and we will definitely be going to this location from now on even though there are 3 jiffy lubes closer to our house. Overall I had a really good experience coming here. The wait was a little long but they seemed abnormally busy that day. I had originally purchased an oil change on Groupon but turned out this location didn't accept them, which was frustrating. The manager made sure to make it worth my while by applying the largest coupon they had to my purchase and even filled my coolant for free. He was a very stand up guy and wanted to make sure that I felt good coming back, which I will be in the future.

Brandon quickly diagnosed my rough starting and finally a left and right bank lean engine code. It had eluded me for a while and I thought it was a vacuum leak but couldn't find one.
