Went to Discount tires at the Riverton store, I was looking to purchase new tires for my 2020 Ram 3500 Tradesman with stock 20 rims. I wanted to go with Cooper Discovery s AT3 XLT in 285/65R20. After discussing this with James he said the better option was the 275/65/R20 which would give me the desired look and performance I was looking for and without tire rub. Came back the next day at closing time and they were able to order the tires for me. Told me to come back the next day at 11:00 and they would be able to get me in. By 12:30 I was out the door and boy do these tires look great. Great job to James, Dallyn and the techs that worked on my truck

Came in to get new tires for my daughter's first car. The sales rep answered all her questions and helped make a good tire choice that was within budget. He gave a discount on wiper blades and installed them. The whole team is polite and professional. I'll keep coming here.

I have been coming to this location for years. It is about time I leave a review. Today I went in for a simple tire rotation. DJ helped me out today. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I made an appointment, they had me done and on my way very quickly. I don t leave reviews much, but I feel like good service needs to be recognized more often, as it seems like it is not as common as it used to be. Thanks to DJ and his team for providing continuous excellent service to me and my family.

I only do online reviews for amazing service and discount tire deserves an awesome rating and everyone should consider getting their tire work done here. I took my ev to get new wheels/tires with a better offset and look than the factory and they were pros. they knew how to measure for exactly what I wanted and were transparent with pricing and all options. Fast and friendly service too!

I had them changed my tires for my Lexus for the first time. They scratched my wheels, on the driver side front and back. I called them immediately once I saw it and told me that they will file a claim and call me. It s been a month plus now and there s no call from them. Such a disappointment! Beware and always check your rim before you drive out. Good luck if they ll repair it for you.

It was great. The guys, at the very end of the day, actually took the time to look at my tire with a bolt in it. A different shop barely looked and told me I d need to replace it. But these guys actually were able to repair it when I was expecting to have to buy a new tire. I came in expecting to have to replace the tire and rim and they made it so I wouldn t have to. Definitely earned a repeat customer tonight.

Absolutely outstanding service from James. Went in with 2 flat tires (don't ask) and he was incredibly helpful, informative, and honest. I never once felt pushed or "sold to" which is always a concern of mine. All my concerns were considered and answered and I was able to get serviced that day! Cannot recommend this place enough.

During my recent visit to Discount Tire, I was assisted by Jonathon and James, who I believe might be the Assistant Manager. Jonathon was exceptionally helpful, providing detailed advice on tire selection and ensuring a seamless customer experience. James, overseeing the operations with what appeared to be managerial authority, contributed significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided. Their teamwork and professionalism made my visit both enjoyable and productive. I highly recommend Discount Tire for their outstanding service, thanks in large part to the efforts of Jonathon and James.

Heard about this place as one to be better than Costco tires. I could see that from the crowd at the store. But I was disappointed when I got my tires installed from here. I ordered tires from tirerack (subsidiary of discount tires) which can be installed from here. Firstly they asked me to come over without asking me to take an appointment. At the store , I had to wait for 2 hours after I handed off the keys. They said one hour ETA at the start and it was 2 hours by the time it was done. None would even come and tell me they are running late. Then I see my new tires air is fully gone within a mile of drive. I went back and they said some part was not working , they didn't check. They fixed it but they didn't even care to apologize. It was an overall 3 hour turn around for tires which was highly disappointing and also the manner they dealt with it when I complained about longer wait time.

Beware. These guys gouged our wheel and smashed the valve hole. They tried to claim it was already like that when we came in. How is that possible? We arrived with a tire and no problems. Then, they couldn t put the new tire on because of the damage from their tools. When I pointed out the gouge mark and the red paint from their tools they told me all their tools were black. It only takes one look on their garage to see half the tools are red. When that was pointed out the manager started backtracking.We had to put on a spare tire and take it to a real professional to be fixed. The much better shop told me the damage had to be done at this Discount Tire.Everyone makes mistakes. At least fess up and be accountable when you do.Learn from my mistakes and take your car to a competent shop.

paul and the other workers are very nice and helpful. i went for a originally for tire rotation and balancing bc my steering wheel was shaking when driving on the highway but ended up needing new tires. paul helped me find new tires for my car that are good in all weather conditions including snow and summer they re called michelin crossclimate 2. he hooked me up on the price and installation. the next day i went to install them i ended getting new rims for only $400. the car looks and rides like new. i will be bring my cars here for tire services.

Love this place. They always go out of their way to ensure a good experience. I ve gone to them for tire repairs, rotations, changing out wheels and tires for winter and summer and it s always a fantastic experience. Been using this location for about ten years. They have always done an excellent job at tire replacement, tire repair, and tire rotation. Used to go to Costco or Sams but it became increasingly more difficult to schedule all of the previously mentioned service items. Discount is more customer oriented and values your time. Not perfect, but fewer issues with them than elsewhere.

My favorite tire place. I setup an appointment to balance and rotate my truck tires before a trip. Someone was outside waiting for me when I arrived, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. They did a good job, and only missed the pressure in one tire. It was about 10psi low. Not a big deal, they did everything else very well.

I was in a no-win situation with my car and a damaged tire when I came in. I didn t have a job at the time so I couldn t afford anything other than a free flat repair, which couldn t be done on my tire, and my spare donut was shot. James worked with me and was able to pull off the incredible. I drove away with a good outcome. So I m giving them my 5 star review.

What a pain it the rear. In general, I m a big fan of discount tire. I buy multiple sets a year from them and in general have been pleased. Unfortunately, this location is full of incompetence all the way up to the store manager. Super frustrating how much of my time they wasted.

They always take care of me! I had 1 tire going down because of a nail but they went ahead and fixed it for free. They also rotated the tires for me for free. Discount has always been good to me. They are a better price and the BEST customer service of any tire/maintenance shop that I have been too! These guys are fantastic. I rate them very high!

Literally made my day. My tires were super bad and I almost got in a tragic accident so I rushed over to discount. They took care of me right away. They had a short wait, and even upgraded my tires when one of the tires I purchased was broken. I had a 10/10 experience & wish I lived closer to keep coming back to them!

I am pleased with this store, especially with Jacob. He is knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. He knows what tires work best for our cars. He knows how to properly rotate and care for a Tesla. Would recommend this store for anyone, especially a Tesla driver!

Painfully slow rotation service. Damaged my vehicle.Every time I get my tires rotated, it takes at least 2 hours, and last time it was 4.5 hours. I m not kidding. It s that way every time. They really need to have a separate line for tire rotations from those customers waiting for new tires. Either that, or have more staff during busy hours.During my last visit, 2 hours into my tire rotation they informed me that the technician did not line the wheel up properly and damaged 3 out of 6 studs. They sent me to a different shop and covered the cost of the repair which took another 2.5 hours. They did give me $200 for my trouble so I will give them 3 stars instead of 1.

I got a flat tire but was able to make it in to Discount Tire. Awesome Business!! I was in a hurry to be to work. They were very busy and couldn t help for another hour or so. But the manager Cory found a reasonably good tire and came out and changed it right there for me so I could go. Didn t charge a thing!! So when I got a chance I came back. Another wonderful experience?? Yes! An employee, Emmalee helped me this time. She is awesome too.Totally knowledgeable, a delight to talk to, and had me out of there with great tires within an hour. They have a class A product, impeccable service, I highly recommend Discount Tire!!

I love this place and this location the associates are always friendly and professional today I went in because one of my tires was losing air they repaired it for free which was a nice surprise and I only had to wait 30 minutes.

I highly recommend this Discount Tire at the Riverton location! They were extremely nice, knew exactly what I needed and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service! I got 4 new tires and they didn t try to sell me on something I didn t need but provided a good tire at a reasonable price.

Great service. It looked like an Indy 500 pit crew. Two guys tearing them off and replacing a total of 7 tires. Six on the vehicle (dually), and a spare.

I brought my van in the other day needing all new tires. I've been coming to discount for years and never had a bad experience.This time when I came in they had 1 set of tires that fit my van and said it could be done in about 45 minI paid for them and sat down. I sent a friend a link to the ones I'd gotten and they told me they were a lot cheaper somewhere else.I wished I had known that before I got them but I showed the cheaper ones to the store manager and he still price matched it and gave me a refund for the difference making one of the tires about 60% off.Then as they were replacing my tires they found the lug nuts were swollen and really hard to get off the manager asked if I wanted to replace them and said nobody but an auto shop would be able to get them off.He offered to let me purchase a set of lug nuts at a discounted price as well.I saved $160 because I came hereI would highly recommend discount tire to anyone. I've only had good experiences coming here
