The guys at Denny s auto know how to get things done without dillydallying around. Service was quick and they were very helpful finding solutions that fit my situation without trying to charge Me for unnecessary costs. I ve always been happy after taking one of my cars there and know I was treated with respect and honesty.

I tend to do most of the work on my vehicles, but if I hit a snag I go to Denny's. Most recently I was replacing tie rods. Long story short, it turned out I also needed to replace the rack and pinion. Tried to remove it and one of the bolts was completely seized. Denny's was able to get it out and replace the rack and pinion.Another time, my daughter's car had a phantom fuel system issue. She took it to two shops before I tried to help her with it. I checked a bunch of things and it would run for a little while, then it would suddenly die. We finally took it to Denny's and they were able to find a single wire in the wiring harness that had worn through its insulation and was shorting the fuel pump. They patched the worn wire and it's been working great ever since.Denny's mechanics are very thorough and very talented and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with Denny s. They were through, honest and gave me several options for fixing my car. It s hard to find a good mechanic, I will definitely go to them again.

Denny's Auto has only given me a great experience ever since my first visit. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides outstanding service all around. They are attentive and honest. They take their time explaining and detailing everything. I've decided to make them my go to spot anytime I need my car serviced.

I had such a great experience here! I needed some work done quickly and they were so fast, efficient and friendly. I came in with the front bumper dragging on the ground and 15 minutes later, they d replaced 7 bolts and my car was good as new. And the cost was completely reasonable. I cannot recommend Denny s highly enough!!

Had my CV axel replaced and they decided not to tighten my strut bolt back up. So it was threaded on there hand tight. When I went back to have them make it right they had an employee in their waiting area without a shirt walking around. Pretty unprofessional lost a customer.

Quick service I had serval issues which each were addressed. Got my car back faster than I ever anticipated. Great customer service. Nice clean facility. They were all very kind and most importantly they were honest. Any future work that I need done will be done at Denny's... Thanks guys

We have a 1999 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado that needed several repairs. Parts for that year of truck are few and far between however Denny s Auto researched it and found the correct parts and put them in for a very reasonable price. With their 72 point inspection they were able to tell us what we needed to do and what would be the best items to repair. They are very professional and friendly, and did the work rather rapidly.

Working with the team at Denny's Auto is great. The detailed reports I get back about my car are exactly what I want. It's good to see what needs to be fixed or looked at in the future. I'll continue taking my car to them.

Went there for the first time and we ll definitely be back again. Had my two kids with me and needed an oil change. Made an appointment and they had me in and out in 30 minutes flat! The inside of the waiting room was clean actually had places to sit comfortably for the wait. Really nice guys working there too. Thanks for the fastest oil change I ve ever had!!

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection. Best hundred dollars I ever spent. they were incredibly detailed took pictures and explained everything so well if I ever need actual repairs done, I will totally work with him. Everybody was super friendly and accommodating.

Came in to get my emissions done. They were slightly less than competitors, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The service was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The one star is being generous. Would give less if I could. I brought my jeep here upon many great recommendations from several people, I had high hopes! First of all they have 2 diagnostic prices one is 135$ and the other is 300$. I was told specifically that they d call me before going ahead with the 300$ diagnostic. They did not. Instead I received a call about what they found, how much it would all cost etc. When my husband explained that we did not get a call to verify getting the 300$ diagnostic the lady handled it so unprofessionally! It s taking money out of my mechanics pocket. That is not my fault that you guys gave false information. So by the time I went to get my jeep they had it parked behind their fence. Lights on, car tries to crank but wouldn t! So I go and tell them Hey now it s not starting. Battery isn t dead. Lights & stereo are all on. They proceeded to ignore that and try to jump it with a jumper box TWICE before getting the mechanic who then tried banging on my PCM with a hammer telling me When I tested your computer that must have been the end of its life how convenient for them,right? Now my car is stuck in their back parking lot, my option was to either pay towing fees or have them fix it. 2 hours go by of me and my husband sitting here trying to get my car going WHICH RAN BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE. No help or remorse from the shop. It took my mom coming to help to figure out it was just out of gas. Meaning they drove my car or had it idling for a long time for it to run out of gas! For them claiming that their mechanic was 1 of 6 certified in what he does in the whole country he sure couldn t diagnose that my vehicle was out of gas. I drove the hell out of there without looking back. I called everyone that recommended this place and told them my experience and to never go back. What awful customer service, management, and a complete waste of my time. Thank you Dennys for proving you re just scam of a auto shop.

Waited for the front desk girl to stop chatting with a buddy for 10mins then asked if I could get an oil change. It was 25 minutes till closing by then and she said they needed 45mins to do one. Wow!!! They weren t busy. The bays were open. It just didn t seem like they wanted to help. Went down the road and Grease Monkey did it in 15 mins total. Don t waste your time here.

Mechanics completely misdiagnosed our car by a difference of $9k. We spent $700 for an inspection and tests, just for them to tell us incorrectly that it needs a new engine. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they found that it was just a timing chain issue. Big difference as we paid less than $2k for it to be fixed, as opposed to the $11k they quoted for a replacement refurbished engine. I understand cars are complicated, but when I go to a professional in their field, I expect competency and accuracy. Denny's Auto disappointedly fell short.Edited: the timing chain issue was briefly mentioned over the phone as part of the reason for needing a new engine, but the inspection report did not include any written findings/explanations of this or state any reason why the engine needed to be replaced. Considering the cost of repair that was recommended (which was almost as much as the 2015 Ford Edge with 105k miles is worth) I guess we just would have appreciated at least knowing that there was an alternative. The response on here by the owner was much more informative than any verbal/written explanation we ever got from the shop.

Had issues with wives car. Had several quotes for thousands of dollars from other repair shops. Called up Dennys and made an appt. They listened to us and troubleshot the issue. Wasn t a cheap fix, but saved a lot of money and problems were repaired with a guarantee. Very happy with the great service and quality work done. Will be back for all our car repairs. Made an appointment online for 7:00am, dropped off my vehicle around 3:30pm the day before.Diagnostics were completed by around 5:00pm that same day and the vehicle was ready for pick up 2 days later.Considering the scope of work needed I was expecting a longer wait.I appreciate the online quote and the completed statement of work.

Denny s Auto quickly diagnosed and fixed my bad battery, and took care of some maintenance issues while they were at it. They even sent me an Uber when it was teady to pick up. Stay away from this place! We got charged $300 for diagnostic which doesn't go towards your bill if you choose to do the repairs. They upcharge everything, you will spend thousands of dollars for simple repairs. Their price was double a second opinion we got so just be careful not to automatically trust that they are being fair with the price. Do your due diligence!

Had a great experience at Denny's Auto. Took our Chevy in for a diagnostic to help find the issue with the check engine light. They looked over the entire car for us from front to back. They pinpointed the issue and also made additional recommendations.We didn't go with all the recommendations, but only focused on our immediate issues. We were told that we could do the other items at a later time. No high pressure push to do repairs and they took the time to explain each repair along with why recommendations were made. We will definitely use them again.

edit 2: they did reply thankfully, but i called them multiple times during business hours but to no avail. i work at an auto shop now, and it s almost satisfying when i tell anyone i can to steer clear of them.edit: hilarious how they respond to nearly all reviews but mine.awful, awful experience. they didn t put a gasket on my oil filter. i wish i was joking, but it fell clean off when i was working on my car afterwards (far away from the filter). no sign of a gasket anywhere. i went to go change my oil afterwards since all of it had emptied all over my garage, only to discover that the drain plug was tightened WAY beyond spec. it started grinding the gears of my drill and took me fifteen minutes of pulling with my entire body weight with lubricant on the screw to get it loose. if they messed up something as simple as an oil change, it scares me to think of what else they could ve done wrong. do not bring your car here. pictures are of the oil leak all over my garage.

I can't believe the good reviews for this place. We spent almost $3000 some work (brakes, shocks, etc). Every single thing they touched on our car needed to be taken back to get fixed. The brakes were squeaking very loud. So, I assume they got the cheapest brake pads possible and charged us a premium. The scariest thing was the bolt used to attach the shock to our car came loose. How do you screw up screwing shocks correctly to a car. To their credit, they did try to fix each repair that we had to bring the car back for. But, the brakes have never work right since they touched the car. We had to go back numerous times to try and get everything fixed properly. We gave up on the brakes, but took the car to a reputable mechanic for inspection to make sure we wouldn't get in an accident from their awful work. I would never bring a car to these people again.

Denny's has always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. I value most that they are honest with me. I brought my car in for a transmission issue and to have brake pads changed because Jiffy Lube told me that I was in need of new brake pads. Denny's looked at my brake pads and said I still had a good chunk of miles to drive before they needed to be replaced. It would have been easy for them to just replace the pads and make some money, but instead they let me know that my current brake pads still have life in them. Really glad to know they are trustworthy. I will be going here for years to come.
