Should be zero stars. They wouldn t patch a fairly obvious puncture within the crown of the tire. I called and spoke to the manager. Honestly couldn t care either way. Just was pretty surprised that was their call. We do have all wheel drive . And you re getting into muddy waters replacing 1 tire. But instead of having management skills and just calmly sticking to his opinion. He was definitely all ready to go, and just be a problem. Seeing other reviews are super similar. I can see the guy just isn t able to cope with a calm easy conversation. I would not suggest Costco tire center. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that can hold a conversation! And more willing to do the services offered without just replacing tires. With the more costly outcome on the customer.

I took my car here to get a leaky flat tire patched up. They gave me some excuse for why they couldn t fix my tire and said they had to charge me $400 for two new tires. I called their bluff and took my car to Goodyear tires. They fixed my flat and it works great now with no leaking. I hate when companies do dishonest things like that to earn more money.

Had a great experience with them, they were able to accommodate me for tire replacement. I initially had issues with the new Bridgestone tires but Marc Garner and his team patiently helped me out and was able to get my tires replaced with the new Michelin ones. They seem to be great on my vehicle.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation the day before online. My appointment was for 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I got there a couple minutes early, check in was smooth, and the people who helped me were really nice. They told me it would take up to an hour. But within 20 minutes they had called and said they were done. I was in and out of there so quickly!

Definitely having some new opening issues. Came in first car with a 10 am appointment for a tire rotation and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then they were rude about making me late. I will update my review if they get better with more time and training.

What s the point of an appointment if they are going to take 2 hours. Keep in mind all I was doing was getting the tire repaired for a nail. Any other place can do this is 15-20 minute. Don t buy here. They re rude and could care less. I was told I was lucky they didn t it under 3 hours for how busy they are.

I hate to write a bad review, but I had a really frustrating experience. I took a flat in to get patched. I waited 45 minutes and was told they re-sealed the bead. There was no visible puncture wound in the tire... Two days later, I come out of my garage and it s flat again. I change the tire and bring it back. After another hour, I was told that they had sealed the entire tire and that they would leave it off and bring it back the next day to ensure that it was not losing pressure.I waited another hour for them to put it back on. The next day, I was losing pressure again! I took it back again, and this time I was fed up and ready to buy a new set of tires because we were about to leave for Las Vegas. Now I m told they don t have the tires in stock... I just tell them I m going somewhere else. I take it to Les Schwab. I m there for 20 minutes. They patched my tire, I went to Las Vegas, and it s been over a month with no issues.I wasted money and almost 6 hours inside Costco. I nearly paid $700 for new tires I didn t need. It was a 20-minute job for Les Shcwab.

Over 2 hours to fix a flat tire. I ve never seen a slower crew in my life. At least be professional and say you can t get it done rather than promise more than you can deliver.

I purchased tires on a Monday and was told they d be there by Wednesday. On Wednesday they say Thursday. On Thursday the manager says Friday. On Friday they say next Wednesday. Here I am on Wednesday a week after the tires were supposed to be here and now I m told they re going to be here maybe by the end of this week if not, then next week .I do not have a problem with the manufacturer taking a long time delivering the tires or whatnot, just don t promise something that you can t promise. I ve been waiting on these tires but now I simply will have to find somewhere more reliable.

I m here at 10:15 on a Sunday morning. There are four out of five bays open.It s an hour and a half wait for a tire patch service. With a side of complimentary inconvenience and bad attitude.So if you re into that this is your place.

Had an appointment for later in the day but came in and asked if I could be squeezed in by any chance. Although they were short staffed they still were able to get me in early and were super nice throughout the whole process.
