Taylor was a huge help on swapping out our tires on both our vehicles. He was well educated on the Tesla side of things so we had peace of mind knowing our car would be safe through the process. He also showed us great options for the future to upgrade!

I have found this Big O to be reliable and they have treated me fairly. Today I came in with the spare on at 5:35 and they were able to get me two tires and on my way in 15-20 minutes. This quick service has not been previous experience, but I usually drop my car off.

This was a 1 star review but now 5 star. I had an issue with my service but they were willing to make it right and retrain their employees to not have it happen again. That is the mark of a good business! Constant improvement and owning their mistakes. I take all my cars here.

These guys are great. They get you in and out quickly, are honest and offer great prices too. The manager and staff are top notch. I would recommend this store for your tire related needs. Thanks guys!

I left Big O with a 15,000 dollar quote for work on my car that did not even need to be done. Went to a local shop and I was out of the door for 700. Big O used to be a relatively reasonable business that I always took my cars to. After this experience, I will be hard pressed to ever use the Big O brand again. They appear to be in the business of robbing consumers and taking advantage

These guys are so cool! I decided to come in and get 4 new tires for my car I called and spoke to Victor. He was super polite and his guys took very good care of my car! They even helped me fix some broken pieces of my bumper too! Really cool guys I recommend these guys to anyone!!

I was at the door by 7:30 am, the minute they opened the door I was immediately greeted with Goodmorning! This simple trait of customer service is rare, but crucial to great customer relation. I was not met with tired not yet in work mode team members, rather I was met by excitement, enthusiasm, and a drive to get me taken care of. A+.I was helped by Roberto, after hearing what I needed done, and the tight timeline I needed it done in, he was quick to get his team to work. They had me in and out within the hour. It s safe to say, I will be giving further business to this shop.Very well done, Big O Riverton!

These guys are honest and a top-notch shop. They informed me my struts needed to be replaced on my vehicle. They encouraged me to check vehicle warranty so it there wouldn t be as much of an out-of-pocket cost. I ended up doing the repair myself and taking the vehicle back for an alignment. They put it on the machine and said the previously done alignment was still in spec and didn t charge me anything. Will definitely return when I need new tires.

Their techs have no clue what they re doing. I took my car in for an alignment after installing brand new coil overs and camber/caster plates. I thought my this would be a good place to go to for convenience since I had unknowingly purchased a years worth of alignments (they didn t ask if I wanted it, I found out after looking at the receipt because I was confused as to why it was so expensive). They couldn t figure out how to set the caster and camber on these plates so they decided it would be a good idea to pry on everything. Eventually I had to go into the shop and explain you set the caster first then the camber. They still couldn t manage to get it right and said I could leave my car there or I can bring it by the next day since they were closing and I had already been waiting for over an hour after to get it set close to alignment, I drove my car home and finished the alignment myself. After having time to reflect on it I blame myself for thinking a lube tech place that has such a high turnaround would be able to properly educate their techs on vehicle components. I hardly trust these guys to swap my tires from winters to summers which is why I bring only my wheels and tires separately so they don t have to touch my vehicle. If you care about your vehicle don t bring it here. This occurred August 22 2022 and am still upset over their work.

These guys are great. My wipers stopped working during a big snow. They were able to fix it and give me back on the road in 30 minutes. No charge! I couldn t believe it what nice people

I had a screw in my tire this morning causing the air to leak fast enough that I couldn t make it to work. So I stopped in and they fit my flat repair in immediately and had me out within 30 minutes. Terrific customer service from Roberto V.

If I could give a zero I certainly would. I had a terrible experience at this location. I would highly recommend finding a different provider to do car care. The only reason I was at this location was its close proximity to my employer and this issue I was experiencing with my car. They may have been able to clarify that the issue with my vehicle was due to the timing belt and not the engine itself, but it took me asking several times about updates for them to acknowledge it. All the men who stand around in the waiting area seem to have nothing better to do than ignore current and incoming customers and mess around on phones or eat their lunch, I was ignored for several minutes before being acknowledged that I may need assistance and when I asked if there was an update on my vehicle I was told it was currently being worked on. I then waited another 45 minutes walked outside around back to find that my car had not even been touched since I had arrived and handed over the keys two hours prior and was lied to by the service rep I had spoke to just 45 minutes ago. When I came back inside and brought that up then there was a big rush to do something, but then Roberto (the man who originally helped me) came back into the waiting area and snarked at me that I told you it would take a while . Not even 10 minutes later they had figured out the issue. Then they tried to up-charge me. Roberto told me to start working and diagnose the issue it would be $535.00, and the cost would up from there. After some discussion I decided to get a second opinion, and after signing a liability statement I was handed a quote for roughly $380. This charge specifically states it would cover the almost three hours of labor AND the diagnose of the timing belt issue. What I am really confused on is how I was verbally told it would be 535, but when I decide to take my business elsewhere it s now only $380? I DONT recommend this location. I certainly DONT recommend Roberto. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

Quick and responsive even though it was quite busy. Repaired my flat tire at no charge, didn't try to sell me new tires (mine are in very good condition). Excellent service!

I've been going to this Big O for many years. They've always took good care of my vehicals. Only had one issue, but the took care of it! They've taken care of my big 4x4's as well as cars. Purchase all my tires through this Big O, overall very satisfied!

Some weeks ago took my car VW to get fixed a warning light at the console. After the checking to get a quote I verified my car showed some small peeling of the paint by the front so I showed this to the manager of this place. He told me will look for the right place to fix it and to provide me the quote. The quote was expansive so was pending just fixing the painting. I called claiming for my paint issue because he told would call me but I haven't had any response up to now.

Been coming to this location since they opened. Between regular maintenance and registration for 4 vehicles I'm there15-20 times a year. Staff is always prompt and professional and make the tedious ritual of car maintenance as good as it can be. Thanks to Victor who always remembers me when I come in and is great to work with.

I used to go here for all of my vehicles, all six of them. But today sadly they lied to me multiple times trying to sell me tires when they weren t needed.If you are looking for honesty, pick somewhere else.Told me my front tires were to the wear indicators, and they weren t and also tried telling me that the rears would need to be replaced as well. (The were replaced weeks prior and are brand new)They simply tried to take advantage because as a car person I always play dumb, they didn t realize I knew what I was talking about.

The Owner and Team were great to work with. They care about their customers and are very thorough with getting you what your looking for. The have also stepped up to the normal by having protective guard shields to protect their employees and their customers. I would recommend their team to all of my friends and family.

One of the worst shops around! Spent well over $5000 at this location and nothing but problems. Took them a week to replace the rack and pinion steering. They left so much grease all over the inside of my truck is it took almost a whole roll of Clorox wipes to clean it all up. Had a break service performed yesterday. Complete rebuild front and back. Got home and guess what? Parking brake doesn't work. Went back at noon the next day and was told they were too busy to look at it. Every time I get something fixed its never done correctly the first time. Almost always have to take the vehicle back. Like I have 3 days out of my work week to spend at Big O tires! As a customer who had service performed the day before they should make me a priority over what was already in line for service that day. This isn't right! Last visit all 4 techs were on their personal cell phones, basically ignoring me and 2 other people waiting in line for several minutes. They act like you are a nuisance when you walk in as a customer. They don't have any customer service skills whatsoever. If there was a closer full service shop these guys would be out of business. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This was my first time going to this location. When I first walked in a was pleasantly surprised at how clean and open the waiting area was. I went here just to get the emissions done on my truck. Apparently it's two different stores. The tire shop, then the oil service shop. The guy at the counter had to go get the employee for the service shop. I didn't have to wait long. They got my truck right in and I think I was there maybe 15 min. The waiting area it's self is very nice and very clean. They have TVs mounted on the wall, a little refreshments area for water, coffee and even tea I think. I was shocked to see that this area was even actually very clean and well stocked. They had a small table for kids to sit at and play.The one thing I did notice is that unlike other tire stores I've been to they only had a couple tire samples out on the floor. I don't know and didn't ask if they have more elsewhere but that is usually how I get an idea of the type of tire I want. Maybe they just show you a wider selection on the computer. Again I didn't ask, but over all this trip was a good one and I will be going back.

Big O in Herriman/Riverton is the best. Everyone there is so helpful. I m always in and out and no matter what, they always have my back. I never feel cheated or taken advantage of. Super honest. They are my go to for all my cars needs

This location does a great job. Friendly staff. I get all of my alignments done at this location. Today I also got emissions and renewed my registration. Roberto V was very nice and helpful.

Good quality products and services and kind and helpful workers. Somehow, I always go when it s the busiest time (even with an appointment) so I have to wait a long time to get services done but I guess that s to be expected sometimes.

Roberto was amazing at getting my appointment all set up and my car taken care of with just walking in and I really didn t have to wait too long. Really happy with my experience so far. Hoping it continues as I paid for their upgraded package.
