Travis H was fantastic. First class service at this Big O. Travis explained everything that was wrong with our Mustang and even explained that repairs that other companies quoted us were not needed. They did a great job fixing our car and we felt were truly honest in their diagnostics and repairs of the car. Thanks Travis and team!

This place almost caused a deadly accident due to the incompetence of its employees. They performed an alignment on my truck that wasn't the best to begin with. My truck was parked close to a year and not driven. The first trip I take it on the inner and outer tie rods came loose to the point my driver front wheel was almost 45 degrees headed into on coming traffic, all while coming down a canyon loaded with a camp trailer and atv. I contact the store and all they say is sorry that happened nothing we can or will do. So if you have a 4wd and allow these clowns to do an alignment, don't take your truck off-road because they don't know how to tighten suspension hardware properly and won't do a thing to make it right. Terrible customer service after this shop nearly caused a serious accident. Go to les schwab or manufacturers dealership at least they will have your saftey in mind.

These guys are awesome! I came in with not a lot of time with a really bad alignment issue and these guys made it work which seriously saved my week.They re always super straight forward, honest and surprisingly fast!I know first hand how most automotive places can be but I can vouch these guys are great! This location is actually the 3rd closest one to me but I skipped the other Big o s because of how many good reviews this one had and they didn t lie. 2 stops in here so far I plan to just come here from now on!

I took both cars to this Big O location and I m very impressed. As a widow car maintenance can be scary and I worry about quality care. Hands down this location made me feel at ease. Great communication, excellent customer service skills and kind employees. Thank you for making my experience easy. I will 100% recommend your shop and return for my vehicles in the future

This Big O Tires location does an awesome job. I have purchased several sets of tires from them and have had service maintenance and repairs done as well. They always do a good job and have great service. My most recent trip was unplanned with two leaky tires and some caps that were stuck. They took care of the tires and removed the caps for me and got me back on the road. Victor and his team always do a great job.

Victor is the Best! Came right out to my car, I didn t even have to get out!! Needed air in all 4 tires and he did it free of charge! Such great customer service is hard to find, thanks Victor!

This big O location is by far the best one in the greater Salt Lake area. The team was super quick and got me a great deal on snow tires. The staff takes really good care of their customers, special thanks to Victor for making this process super fast and easy!

I've been bringing mine and my kids cars here for years and they always get us right in, provides great service and great pricing! Travis is especially great!! Being a single mom it's a life saver to have people I can TRUST that don't try to throw in "mystery" or non needed parts or repairs.

I had a leak in one of my tires and as I came in Victor was very nice, helpful, and friendly. He helped find the leak, and fixed it quickly. Huge shoutout to Victor, great guy, amazing service. Thank you!

I had the sidewalk off my tire blow out the other day... and it happened to be just around the corner from this place. I was on my way out of town and my car was loaded up and I was already late so I was going thru would be able to get it done quickly... Well... I pulled into their place 10 minutes before closing. The guy at the counter was super nice and helped me find a tire in about 2 minutes... Then a young guy came in from the shop and the guy at the counter said "we've got two more tires to replace"... and the young guy says "in 8 minutes?"... and he says "yep... I'm going to come out and help you"... 8 minutes later they had my car done it was a miracle honestly but everyone there was super nice and helpful and their shop was super clean. Will definitely come here again.

This is definitely the Big O to go to! Victor and his crew are fast and reliable and have been amazing. Thanks to them we are able to get what we needed that another location said we wouldn t be able to get. I d recommend this location to everyone!

Took my car in because brakes were squeaking. They quoted me $400 so I left it. Got a call 30 minutes later saying all 4 brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. And it would be $958. I said no I ll come get it. They charged me $51. Ok. So I took it to another place. There was a small rock in one brake pad causing squeak. Brakes were fine and rotors pristine! Want to get ripped off have them work on your car!

Victor is great. Came here a month ago for a tire repair. It was my first time. Victor and the crew were so fast and efficient. Fast forward to today. I got another mail and passed 5 tire shops to come see Victor and the crew. They are honest and always provide 5 star service

I had an excellent experience at big O tires. Victor Echeveste was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to do business with. When you want it done right go to Big O. They didn t just push a plug in the pulled the tire and patched it from the inside. The right way to do it!Thank you Chay! You re the best

Initial service was quick and easy. After having my tires for about a year with normal milage, I woke up to a flat tire. I pumped it up and took it over. They told me there was a hole in the side wall (can't be repaired) and because of uneven wear and my car being AWD I'd need to replace all 4 (I knew the 2 front needed to be replaced). I took my car home to have my husband look at it. He removed the tire and found a nail in the tread, not even close to the side wall. He plugged it and it's been fine since.

This is my go to location! Main reason is because of VICTOR! He is our guy!! Anything we ve needed on multiple vehicles he does everything he can to make it happen. Always been pleased! Thank you so much!
