My husband and I came to Richfield for our baby moon, not expecting there to be snow and wind! Bambi and Nicole were so generous and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I am very happy with their service and hospitality, will definitely return!

This is our 3rd of 4 KOA's, on this trip from WA to UT, and we have stayed at many others. This KOA is above average in all aspects. Friendly staff, very clean well maintained facilities and grounds, decent sized full hook up sites. It was quiet for a good night's sleep. Would stay again if we pass through. I tried to use it as a good "home base" to Bryce and Zion but it was too far after making those drives.

This park is extremely over priced and the office staff, my wife had to deal with, was less than friendly. While the cancellation policy is on the website, it is ridiculous. I made our reservation on-line because of a death in the family and my wife was waiting for the office to open so she could cancel the reservation. When she cancelled there was the rude lady who didn t even apologize for charging us $105.00 for cancelling the reservation. The roads are narrow and dusty, (yes, we ve stayed there before). The cable isn t great and most spots are useless for satellite TV users. Wi-Fi, the last time we were there, was slow and unreliable. I d love to say something nice about this park, but there s not really anything nice enough to let me brag about it. We found another excellent park, near-by, and will NEVER darken the entrance of this place again.

Camping here was amazing, quiet, lots of trees for shade, fire rings, table at each site, full hook ups, showers were immaculate and user friendly! Employees were all extremely friendly and fun. They had a huge fire works show, movie on the grass, swimming pool was clean and fun, gift shop was awesome with friendly staff, scavenger hunt, electric bikes, ladder ball, corn hole and a nice play ground. I will definitely go back when I get the chance. I wish I had more photos to share!

This KOA is a pleasant stay, Comfortable sites, clean and neat. My site was nicely shaded. The campground is adjacent to a residential neighborhood so it is quiet. The KOA staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good ATT signal. My only concern was dead branches in the tree above my site, that during a summer afternoon thunderstorm may come down on me. Other trees in the campground had dead branches over campsites. Regardless, I'd stay again, just in a site with no trees.

Edit to add: Our second visit, same site. Privacy dividers or fences between some closer sites would help tone down some neighbors.Beautiful. Sites were clean, roomy and level. Staff was friendly and helped me book another stay in a couple months. They had movies and popcorn. Didn't use the amenities so can't comment on those.

So, you would think a full-time RV'er of 8 years wouldn't botch up a reservation! Well, I did! Still, we were welcomed here and our stay was perfect. This is a well run, quiet and immaculate park. Staff are kind and professional.Nearby activities: Don't miss the soaking tubs at Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The spots are very nice. Perfect stop on your way to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Grand Tetons, or Yellowstone. They have a large pool, and activities also.Walkability: Flat park. Great for walking or biking.

I've never stayed at a KOA before, but this certainly is cleaner than any other campground I've been to. We tent camped one night during a road trip through the area. Our site (T4) was comfortable and grassy. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The office area / store was nice and all of the staff were very friendly. Absolutely would stay here again.

Jenny and Dave really run a top notch KOA here in Richfield. UT. I have never been a huge KOA fan before this trip however, these folks have won me over. The park is immaculate with sparkling restrooms, showers and 24 hour laundry as well as a fantastic store and other amenities. We'll be back next year for a longer stay.

Bathrooms were clean. Pool was nice & salt water instead of chlorine. Lots of dog friendly amenities. Dog park. Some camp spots had fenced in areas right in your camp spot. Beautiful big trees and a big grass area across the road. Great bike trails & paths around as well!

AMAZING KOA!! The office staff goes above and beyond any other kind of customer service we've experienced while traveling, kudos to them! The grounds and facility are sparkly clean and despite it being a weekend (Fri-Sat) it was very quiet. Nice dog area to let your fur baby off leash to run around and meet other fur friends, plus they had baggy stations placed throughout the park.Great wifi, laundry and dish wash station. Restrooms and showers were immaculate! This KOA is in a residential neighborhood away from the Interstate which was very cool. Found out the KOA has been there way before the homes were built. The wind was horrible this weekend but staff and (looked like) longer term residents were all out helping keep the park as clean as possible especially where the playground is. Will definitely come again and stay longer next time.

This is an absolutely amazing campground. Bathrooms and sites are clean. The late night self check-in was user friendly. However, most importantly, the husband and wife staff here are some of the NICEST people I ve ever met. They are truly helpful and thoughtful. 5 stars!!!P.S. They have warm mini cinnamon sugar doughnuts for sale inside the store! Unexpected perk.

I stayed at this campground for 6 months during the winter with my 2 dogs with no issues until one evening an employee approached me with her 2 dogs asking me if the dogs could meet. I told her no because they are very protective of me. She ignored me and continued to approach me and when they got closer my Shepherd went to herd her dog away which then ended up me being asked to leave because my dog is aggressive. The managers always blame residents for various issues. Very toxic and unsafe environment!!! I tried reaching out to the owners with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This was our FIRST experience with KOA. We were delighted with the facilities. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. Restrooms, laundry, pool, gravel and artificial turf around the actual campsites keeps things clean. I think we may have been spoiled by hitting the BEST KOA, the first time out. :-) By the way. . . we arrived after the office was closed, but our check-in paperwork was waiting for us with all the info we needed! This was the LAST stop of 17 days. . .wish we had more than an overnight there. Honestly!

Excellent customer service! We pulled in after hours and the manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we needed, he even moved a fireplace to our site to make it more enjoyable. The sites were spacious and level, bathrooms and laundry were both very clean.

This is the nicest KOA we've stayed at. We arrived at the tail end of Labor Day weekend. Altho the park was crowded, it was peaceful. Temperature over 95, but shady trees in back where we were. Owners and people friendly. Good selection of cable channels. Wifi slow, but understand there are boosters available that we didn't know about until the end. We'll be back.

Nice small park with lots of shade trees in the back section. The front section has newly planted trees and astro turf. Looks great! Most of the sites have concrete patios with a picnic table and fire pit. Some even have grass. Swimming pool, pavilion, corn hole and horseshoes. All gravel roads but not dusty. The entire site is super clean. The staff keep this place in tip-top shape. Great place to stay!

I have stayed at this KOA twice, once on a tent site and the other in a Kabin. The KOA is well maintained. Campsites are grassy and generally all shaded. Tent pad is mulch. Underneath the tree canopy in the campsite, with the hills in the distance it is a pleasant camp. The bathrooms and showers are clean and looked after throughout the day, a short walk from the campsites. I would highly recommend this KOA.The neighborhood around the KOA certainly has a Utah feel, with the sound of ATVs burning down the street. The noise might bother some people but it s only occasional and adds some local color to the experience.Staff are very helpful.

We stayed for one night but it was quite wonderful. The park was hidden in a residential neighborhood. There were so many trees and nice grass. It was easy to navigate. The store was cute and had all kinds of little things. We weren't positive we could get into our assigned spot but a gentleman who worked there came over and helped us out a lot. The spot was spacious and had a great fire place. It was quiet and there Were so many birds singing. It was great. The dog park was mostly clean with only a few poos let behind. The bathroom was clean but my only complaint for the night was that the shower doors had large gap in them. If you're using the showers be mindful that people can most likely see you if they are also showering.Overall a great stay! If I'm ever driving through again I'll be back.
