Very clean bathrooms with a unique toilet seat washing feature called Washie. Clean bathrooms are my #1 criteria for a pit stop. The store was clean. The service was subpar. To buy my 26� cup of ice I had to wait at the register for 7 minutes while the attendant was in the office not paying attention to the counter.

The very rude blonde lady behind the counter wouldnt sell me beer, I showed her my valid ID and she wouldn t accept it. If you can t read an ID you shouldn t be in this line of work. I wouldn t have been that big of a deal if she didn t throw the ID back at me and say we don t want your business go elsewhere very sad that she is this rude, she was also on her cell phone talking to someone the whole time very unprofessional. I went to the Walmart down the street and they took it no problem, along with my hotel accepting it. Not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting, and gas is 20 cents cheaper down the street. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE just like she told me. If I could give zero stars I would, very disappointed I will never go to a Phillips 66 again.

They handle a lot of school busses from out of town. Wendy's is so slow. The gas station is really good at helping people and clean bathrooms

You can get a free car wash with the purchase of fuel if you chose to. I think it's an awesome option.

The lady working there was very rude.I poured an icee into the cup and it came out like water so I exchanged it for another flavor.She yelled across the store I will be charging you for that..Lady you are in the customer service industry SMILE it won t kill you.

clean facility! is attached to a Wendy's. open layout and not too close shelving. great fountain and bottle choices for all types of drinks. friendly, smiling and helpful staff! has some cool toys and souvenirs. outside parking can be tricky when busy hours.

I stopped here to gas up and use the car wash. The wife and I then got snacks and I tried to get a four pack of beer. The cashier, a blonde woman around forty, asked me for , never mind I am in my sixties. I showed her my Kentucky driver's license and she said that wasn't a proper ID. I said it is a driver's license. She refused to sell it to me and when I offered to take it back to the cooler she snatched it up and said she'd take it. Guess she thought I was going to steal it. Such rude behavior has no place in public service.

The lady working refused to let me use the restroom & was very rude. After seeing other reviews I'm not a bit surprised. The flying J about a mile down the road is curtious, let me use the restroom, gas my car & to my surprise gave me free coffee.

The air pump charged 5 dollars on my card and would not air up a tire. Fuel price was high. There was no water in the window washer. The only thing this place really has going for it is it has a Wendy's.

The pumps are filthy. They have nothing but water to wash you cars windows. They have broken window washers and no paper towels to help with cleaning your windows. Trash cans are filthy and full. They have signs posted that they are short staffed. The filthiest gas station/ restaurant I've ever seen.

The attendant who was working was a joy to interact with; she was super friendly, kind, and seemed like she genuinely cared. Plenty of stock and the store was exceptionally clean, including the restroom. Thanks y'all!

Great place to break down. Had everything I needed to wait for a tire to be replaced. Has a Wendy s inside. Fast friendly service. Restrooms were nice and clean. C store is well stocked. Even better place to stop if you re not broke down too.

Pumps are gross and the only time the women inside spoke was to tell me what I owed. No greeting, no thank you or goodbye. Plenty of places elsewhere to stop by in town where they're thankful for your business.

I think this gas station is not used to seeing poc. The best part of it all was when the cashier throwing the receipt to the counter, and never giving eye contact. The other employee complaining while I walked the aisles how she was only going to clean the behind the register only because I walked the store

This stop is great, as it's just off I-70. They've got a quick carwash, a decent Wendy's and a large selection of snacks, drinks and basics in-store. The gas stalls are wide and you don't have to try and squeeze in and out next to others. They're also right next to a hotel for those weary Travelers if you need a quick bite to eat and a place to lay their head.

Their car wash is constantly broke. We went in for a refund since we had just waited in line for 15 minutes to find the cashier being rude about giving us our money back after we paid for the car wash. Nice store but car wash sucks.

Gas station is clean and parking is in abundance weather for RVs tractor trailers or cars. This place is conveniently located connected to a Wendy's, a little Taco Bell KFC across the street as well as a Marriott and Home Depot. There's also a little taco place across the street. I'm here in January and the views of the mountains are absolutely amazing definitely semi unique stop.

The door and on line said open till 11 and my family pulled up at 9:45. They locked the door while two cars with children pulled up to use the bathroom. Please change your hours to be correct.

It a decent gas stop. Fuel prices aren't excessive. The restrooms where clean. The attached Wendy's restaurant made for a convenient one multi purpose stop for me. I'll definitely be going again when I'll passing thru Richfield.

Nice folks but employees not wearing masks. Not sure if by choice or employer / state does not mandate but with as many people going in and out of there, should be required. For their safety and for customers.

The store looks nice, but looks are deceiving. Barbara, the clerk at 0600 on Christmas Eve, Has a gift for everyone, Corona! Barbara wasn t wearing a mask when I was there. It s safer to not engage with anti-maskers, so when I immediately left the store, I called Barbara. Turns out, she never wears a mask. Even when she sets out our donuts and stocks the creamer. We re never getting out of this pandemic. Don t be like Barbara at Phillips 66.

Great facility, clean, good gas prices! Nice clean bathrooms. Has Wendy's attached!! Roomy parking lot! RV'S, large trailer loaded with ATV/UTV. Ample room. Hotels very close!

They don t have proper cleaner for your windshield. They have disgusting water and no paper towels. Gross. Gas is just as expensive as everywhere else on the interstate. Go anywhere else.

The people at the counter were really rude andthey were really mean to me and my friends! Wewere just looking around for some stuff and theycame up to us and said rude remarks severaltimes!! Very bad workers it doesn't hurt to be kind!

Recently I've traveled thru Richfield quite often. I have always purchased my gas here because I usually stop at Wendy's. The other day while driving thru town I was comparing the gas prices the other gas stations. I noticed this place was about $.10 higher than all of the others. They are right at the exit/entrance to the interstate and probably profit well on the convenience of location but if you drive just a mile or so into town there is a considerable per gallon savings.

Nice staff but they don t wear masks as mandated. Also good luck getting your card to read at the pump. I didn t want to go in for this reason.

Don t try to stop here late at night if you need to go inside. The sign in the window says they close at 10 pm. I showed up at 9:20 pm and as I was approaching the store they locked the doors on me and turned off the lights. Early night off I guess!

This place to get gas is very convenient due to it's approximation to the freeway and it's accessibility from the road and back onto the road. The price for gas is fair, and they even have a Wendy's attached to it for a quick bite to eat.
