I spent about 1500 getting my back window and a dent fix. The new paint they used to cover the former dent started to crack a year later. Which end up being a large rust spot where they "repaired" the dent. It was literally cheaper to replace the entire trunk door then what they charged me to "fix" the dent.Also on top of that for work we had them change the oil in our ATV which took TWO days!Quite literally any mechanic shop north of them is better.

We are from out of town. We made an appointment a couple weeks ahead of time to get our truck s oil changed. Jorgensen Ford changed our oil promptly and pointed out to us a few other things we might want to address which I really appreciated. They even replaced the weak batteries in my fobs. I recommend Jorgensen Ford and would personally come back here again in the future if in the area.

JJ is seriously the man over at Jorgensen Ford! He just genuinely cares and that is what is exactly what is needed on the buyers side! Also, their servicing department is amazing as well! I will always bring my vehicle here to get serviced. Appreciate them!

Jorgensen Ford restored our faith in Ford Dealerships! I would go out of my way to take our truck back to them. They went above and beyond and treated us like family. If every dealership was like this one, people would love going to dealerships!

It has taken MUCH thought and consideration to change the Ford dealer I had been trusting with my car and my truck service for almost 14 years, but I could no longer trust quality service from them. I even relied briefly on Walmart (and they were good to work with for oil changes), BUT I was looking for another dealership I could again trust and enjoy working with. Jorgensen's was it! They had come highly recommended. I work 150 miles away from home, and am in Richfield only every two weeks for work, but am still planning on continuing to use Jorgensen's; not only for my car, but also my Ford F150. I have found a new home! They listended to me respectfully, carefully planned my appointment times so it didn't interefere with my work, did a GREAT job with my car, explained my accessment report after my oil change, and respectfully adivsed the next step to keeping my car in tiptop shape. I couldn't ask for better!

I was on my way to deliver their trailer they had ordered for dealership. 5 miles out my rear end went out. They where amazing to work with they came got their trailer the one guy even found a wrecker for me to be towed on had it towed to their shop. I had an aftermarket warranty that started off great but declined in working with the warranty company. It had been a major headache dealing with that. But their service department did amazing work. They went above and beyond to help me out there. They where amazing to work with I highly recommend them.

Jorgensen Ford was great to work with. Due to supply chain issues, it took a little longer than normal, but when it got here there was no surprises and the vehicle was less than I was expecting. Use Jorgensen Ford if you are ever in the market for a new vehicle. They are incredible. JJ over there was awesome to work with

JJ let me know when a vehicle on order was going to be available and worked ahead of time so we were ready with the financing and trade in when the vehicle arrived. They dealership made sure I received the perks of buying a new vehicle and are so helpful with questions that arise.

You took such good care of my Aunt!! We were very pleased that you were able to look at her car 4 days earlier than quoted, then fixed it so quickly, charged a fair price, washed and cleaned her car, and provided friendly service! Would definitely recommend your business again!

0/5 if possible. We made an appointment for 1/7 but they didn t have us down for the appointment so then my grandmother and I scheduled one for 1/20 at 10 am. On the phone we were told the service would take 2 hours. Once we arrived to the dealer the man was very rude and told us we would have to stay all day because the walk ins apparently take precedent over appointments. After letting him know we can t do that, my grandma has night blindness and we drove an hour to get there, he only got worse. He and his workers also weren t wearing their masks.

I stopped in at Jorgensen Ford to have my F550 fuel tanker fixed while working on the Cowboy Fire. These folks are amazing! This is my idea of the perfect dealership experience. Masen and Dave were awesome working around my crazy schedule. They had me out the door in about half of the time I had expected. I was given a courtesy car no questions asked by the sweet woman filling in for them during lunch. (unfortunately forgot her name) These people have business from here on out.

EXCELLENT dealership! I can't say enough good about J.J. He was prompt to reply to me and extremely helpful. I had to purchase this car totally online and over the phone. He helped me every step of the way, including the financing. They even delivered it to me 2.5 hours away with no obligation to buy. Sadly, this type of customer service is rare to find these days. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Got my car repaired, and when they put it back together, they did it incorrectly, effectively trapping one of the seat belt latches underneath the back seat. I don't live in the area (2.5 hours away- car broke down there), and they wanted me to bring it back to "see if they would fix it." Those are the exact words from the owner himself. Obviously, this would require a 5 hour drive and taking a day off work, and when I tried to see if they would let me repair it locally and pay for it, he said to get an estimate but then never responded after that. Haven't been able to use one of my seats/seat belts in over a year.

These guys are amazing! I just thought I had to write a review for these guys after the experience I had with them! They were able to find me a great interest rate, and amazing pricing on the vehicle I purchased. These guys are the real deal, I appreciate all that they did for me! Running into these guys was a straight blessing!

$105.00 plus taxes for Diagnostics, they basically lifted the car a wiggled the wheel for that price. They completely missed the tire/bearing I asked them 3 times to check, after the 2nd phone call after I told them 3 times to check the passenger rear, Oh yeah that needs a bearing too. Amazing places like this survive. No more business from me.

There's not a single new car on the lot. I have tried to be understanding with the service department. However the incident with the service writer after failing to remedy the chk eng light was the last straw for me. Not enough characters to explain the frustration I experienced after being told I was ignorant or arrogant. Both of which may have be true. Regardless that is not a favorable attitude to project to your customers. Anyway I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for repair.

We were traveling from Ohio and our Ford F150 leaked antifreeze. So we stopped as soon we could at a place to get it fixed. I made an appointment on line for early the next morning 8:15. When I got there they knew nothing about my appointment and said that their on line appointment program wasn't working. But they took us in and promptly told us we had to replace our water pump. It's a three hour job they said. I'm sitting here now atb1;38 pm. Not done yet and the mechanic they said, went missing. It had sat idling for 20 to 30 minutes. When I checked on it they said it had to warm up and then be checked. 30 minutes of idle? Now the mechanic has shown back up and he is warming it up againI dont think they have been quite honest with me. 500.00 dollars plus later I'm not sure what to think. Dont go here. This town has 12 different mechanics in it, go somewhere else.

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jorgensen Ford over the past several years. The staff at Jorgensen Ford has always been outstanding. Our salesman Bart Lee has always given us the best pricing, and has assisted with vehicle needs anyway he could. I can't think of one negative about Jorgensen Ford. My wife and I will continue to do business with Jorgensen Ford.

Don t want to do warranty work/give info to help troubleshoot while halfassed broke down on highway. And recalls that are on timeframe like date ending they do not give ppl unless you are the people buying a vehicle every year or 2 ford is to blame a a lot but I ve worked similar type businesses and it is better to talk to customers openly with info rather than holding back knowledge it comes across as ignorant. Would not recommend cause after your purchase they have no time for you but if you pay and don t ask on warranty/recall there glad to take your cash!!

Used vehicle transmission didn't last 500 miles. Beware of sold as is vehicles from this location, make sure you get a warranty, have a trusted mechanic do their own inspection, or walk.

Come find JJ if you re looking for a vehicle, you WILL NOT find a better salesmen. If I were after another truck, JJ would be the first one I d go pay a visit too!

The Escape I bought from here back in 2017 had issues with the HVAC. While the Escape was still under warranty, the service department refused to actually put in the effort to diagnose the problem. Going back and forth with the service department, they wouldn't honor the warranty when the warranty expired. I took the Faulty Escape to another dealership and they charged me $5000 for the repair, but it's finally fixed.I feel bad for the people of Sevier County to have such a dishonest Ford Dealership.

The service department is horrible!!!! I went in for an oil change on Mar. 28, 2016 even though Ford was running a special for $10 off their Works oil change I was charged more for just their standard oil change and after waiting for an hour for the standard oil change. I was paying and verified that they rotated the tires which is included with the works oil change, I was told that they didn't rotate the tires but they could and then it would be just like the works oil change. The counter guy didn't even know the details of the special they were offering (why would he when he charged me more for less service). I said I would still like the rotation but after waiting for over 50 more mins (1hr and 50 mins total) and my truck still not pulled back in yet I left realizing why I bought my truck brand new last year in St. George from another dealer. Needless to say I'll find a new place to get it serviced from now on.
