Tory was so helpful and awesome! He took such good care of us, and made sure we were able to get our new jeep! Highly recommend!

Had computer issues with my 2024 GMC 2500hd. Service manager was very helpful and went out of his way to get my truck to me early Tuesday morning so I could get back on the road and home with a 9 hour drive. Thanks again!Garrett Hancock

Our truck had DEF issues just outside of Richfield. They brought us right in and fixed the problem. We were in a desperate situation, but they were more than reasonable about what they charged us. Knowledgeable, great customer service, honest. Next time we need a car we are going to them.

Crooks! Beware and be ready to pay money to not fix your vehicle! We took our Chevrolet Colorado in for repair with the message "reduced engine power". We were told it would take a new sensor which was under warranty and a whole new exhaust system for $2507.97 plus tax which was not under warranty. We were not happy but had the repair done. Within a week, the truck had the same message. We took it back to them. They said it now needed another sensor and wanted to charge us another $450. Then we got a bill from them for telling us that it would be another $450 repair. We tried to tell them it was misdiagnosed and that we had a problem with a huge repair that did not need to be done. They said they would take care of us. Nope. They just wanted more money. We went to another dealer to get the sensor. In talking to them, they said that the whole exhaust system rarely needs to be replaced and that that it is mostly the sensor that I was there to buy. The technician should have looked into things better and fixed what needed fixing and not put in new parts that did not need to be replaced. Do not ever take your vehicle to High Country! They just want your money. We will never take another vehicle to them again or even when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we will not go there.

We drive 125 miles to do business with High Country, passing much closer GMC dealers. That ought to tell you how good these folks are. They were generous with our trade in, and offered a great deal on my wife's new truck. I bring mine to them for service and GM accessories installation, and it is always done right. Great dealer with excellent service and a small town friendliness.

Service department was awesome and Jaden was prompt at getting us taken care of so we could get our Suburban back. He even went the extra mile and figured out warranty info and explained everything to us. Shelby checking out was great as well. Also, kudos to the technician that did the work on our car.

I was driving from Arizona to Utah for our grandmothers funeral when my truck broke down about 125 miles from my destination. I was under the impression that I had blown the turbo on my 2500 diesel truck. I had it towed to this dealership late in the day and we were stranded. There are no words for the service that I received! The mechanic stayed late to diagnose so I would not get charged for ordering the wrong parts. Before I returned from the restroom the mechanic had diagnosed the problem and after finding out our situation stayed to fix my truck! His wife and son were waiting on him to boot. The integrity and service that we experienced in a very challenging time (funeral and being stranded) is a level that I have never experienced in my life. Not only was the repair incredibly affordable every person there was genuine and friendly. I have never seen a mechanic (having been a mechanic myself) offer to stay late and help someone from out of town, out of state especially with his family waiting on him. The dealership did not try to upsell me anything and were so incredibly honest. They helped us in a situation that we had no options and after this experience I would recommend doing business with them as a 20/10. This dealership is a unicorn in a world of money hungry cannibals.

This is the second car I've purchased from them, each time has been a great experience, sales rep. very friendly and informative. Also their service center staff are great and very accommodating. I would recommend High Country Auto to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle.

Great service! But I would really like to see dealerships be able to offer better prices, on repairs and maintenance. We purchase a vehicle spend as much on a vehicle as we do for a home now days. Then we have to spend a amorous amount on maintenance and care I think if you're a returning valued customer there should be some kind of discounts offered.

Purchased a 2017 Colorado ZR2 from High Country in Richfield. Was promised the second key when previous owner returned it from California by mail. Never received the second key as promised. I purchased a key and asked them to program it because they never fulfilled their promise. Was told it was never written down that it was promised and was charged for programming the key. After purchase, tires seemed out of balance. Within took back, was told they were balanced but still had problems with truck shimmying down the road. Brought it back and was charged for rotation and balancing of tires. Continues to have problems and took to a tire dealership and was told the tire causing the issue was bulging. Had to replace the tire.If you dare buy a car from this dealership, make sure you get decent tires on your vehicle and get everything they promise you in writing!!!

I was looking to buy a car and I thought buy local... support your local business. So I bought a car and while doing paperwork was offered this incredible deal. Buy this BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. This covers your car bumper to bumper for three years or 100 thousand miles with only a 100.00 deductible. So I am one of those people that believe in extra protection so I bought the warranty. Had to finance my car for an extra 6 months to pay for it but I figured it s better to be covered. So then of course my check engine light comes on and I take it in to have it looked at. Turns out that my Bumper to Bumper warranty doesn t cover what s wrong with it. Apparently there is a loophole that works in their favor. I will not be buying another vehicle from High Country Auto and I suggest that if you do take a lawyer with you so you don t miss the loophole of their Bumper to Bumper warranty.

Can't say I've ever had a five star experience with a car dealership/service dept. Our truck had an issue with it's DEF injector. They got us in an out and back on the road faster than I could've hoped. They also gave us a loaner to get some things done around town while we waited. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I can t say enough good things about the folks at this dealership! I was traveling back to Nevada from visiting family in Indiana when my car broke down on I-70 just east of Salinas. Of course I was in an area where there was no cell service or Onstar service. I finally managed to connect to Onstar and they sent a tow truck from High Country to pick me up. Shayne, the driver, got my Terrain loaded on the truck and got me to the dealership. Along the way, he was friendly and polite. Just what I needed after being stranded alone along the road for over 3 hours.Once I got to the dealership, I was met by some of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever encountered in a car dealership. They did their best to make me comfortable and to make sure that all of my needs were being taken care of. Cassidy, the service manager, assured me that they would diagnose my car problems and do everything they could to solve them. While I was waiting and walking around their dealership, one of the salesmen even asked if I would like a ride to get some food while I was waiting. Unfortunately, the news on my car was not good. The engine was blown. But then, the customer service really stepped up. From advising me on places to stay and eat while waiting for a ride home to assisting us with the the disposal of our vehicle, Cassidy was there. This dealership is top notch from a customer service standpoint. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and compassion during a trying time!

This dealership had a vehicle listed that has restrictions but there are no restrictions listed on the KSL posting. After back and forth discussion with the dealership they have been incredibly rude and they need to change their description that they will ONLY sell to local people. If they are only going to sell to local people then why are they posting a listing that can be seen by out-of-state customers. The listing is very deceiving and working with the dealership is even more of a challenge. Save your time and money.

It was all good until the salesman handed me off to someone else to "sign papers". Queue 30 minutes (plus 15 min waiting for him) of pressuring me to buy additional warranties (new vehicle, cash buyer). Was not pleased with the deception, pressure, and waste of my time.

I gave High Country Auto a low rating at first I guess it could have been a coincidence that when I picked up my car after having the heater resistor replaced that the heater blend door actuator went out. And batteries will go out when the weather gets colder. If High Country Auto will test the blend door actuator I will be pleased and give them a high rating.

Went in to the dealership looking to buy a new truck. Saleman was not pushy and friendly. The used car manager i felt like he low balled my trade in truck. I decided to walk away. I confirmed my feeling by another dealer offering a much better offer. Other than that seems like every other dealer.

Just want to take a moment to share our Experience. Whenever we go to High Country, we feel at home, and know they are going to be fair with us. Home town people work there. This is the third vehicle we have bought from High Country. Our first new one. The others were used. Thanks to Marty, and Michelle for all the time they spent with us.

If you would like to be over charged and insulted by all means take your veichle here. Also don t buy a warranty they will just pin whatever problem you have on something that is not covered. In the event you are forced to take your vehicle to this shop make sure to stand and watch them charge you by the hour as they all stand around eating breakfast and telling you they will try to get to your veichle today. NEVER GO HERE. Chevy corporate even backed up the fact they over charged and handled us poorly. Let corporate know your experience.

Manager of service department has a bad attitude. He order a part that was needed to repair our car, we found out it came in and talkbto him about. He didn't care. No apology.

Incredible service from High Country Chevrolet on my 2015 Silverado 3500 Duramax. A while back while on a 13,000 mile cross country RV trip towing a fifth wheel trailer, my truck experienced problems with the SCR system. I located the nearest dealer and headed in for service. Even though they were busy, Cassidy was able to squeeze the truck into the queue, locate and fix the problem, then get us on our way in fairly short order. Thanks folks...wish I lived closer, I would have all my vehicles serviced at your dealership! Bill T. from Maine

Ron Cropper is The Greatest Saleman. He took care of us and got us the car we wanted and a great deal. He went above and beyond what you would expect. We would recommend Ron for all your Auto needs.
