I took my car to Hansen's after someone backed into me. They did an amazing job. My car is a little older and they blended everything so well. I will definitely go back. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I am a very happy customer. Great service and the ladies in the office were so nice. Mike was really great to work with. Thanks for restoring my beautiful charger.

I had someone pulled out in front of me on my way to Montana in August. I brought my truck here and they made it brand new again. Thank you all for doing a great job and thank you to Nancy for being a big help during the process.

These guys are amazing. My husband broke down in Elsinore Ut. They immediately got him towed in. In less than 1.5 hours he was on his way home. You guys ROCK.. THANK YOU. PS Nancy you are the best.

I m pretty sure they ve taken all the nicest people from Sevier county and employed them here! Super nice group of people, very friendly and helpful every step of the way repairing my front bumper and working with my insurance. Unfortunately we were on a road trip and soon after leaving Colorado and entering Utah I hit a raccoon!Good thing I had insurance and was introduced to Mark at Hansen's! My car was pretty torn up on the right front and quarter panel. As soon as I told Mark who my insurance carrier was he says. We have done a lot of business with them and I know their guy really well who handles these kinds of things. So I left my car in his capable hands. A few days later they said all done. They asked if I needed a ride to the shop since I was local, said that would be great since I live alone. They picked me up handed me my keys and away I was.No problems with anything and my car looks brand new again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim

Outrageous prices when trying to get a vehicle out and won t let u grab anything out of vehicle until u get a paper from the police when it s dealing with medicine. Worst place ever.i even had a letter and still had to call the cops!!!

My husband and I had a very unfortunate run into with a deer as we were traveling from Wisconsin back to California with our truck. Our tow-truck driver, Craig, informed us of Hansen s Collision Center and cannot express our gratitude enough for Craig and the entire Hansen s team. We were on a tight timeline of getting back home and that s were Nancy, Kim, and Corey really made a positive impression on us. They helped us locate a cab and way back to California. They were professional, empathetic, and overall great to work with. Our truck looks and runs as if we never even hit a deer. I would hands down recommend Hansen s to anyone!! Thanks again!!!

So I hit a goat in my car . Right who hits a goat??? I didn t want to take it to any place but Hansen s. I ve worked hands on with these people and the talent is in this shop. The quality of my car was perfect! The color matched and they make sure it does match cause they have a reputation of quality they work hard to keep it too. The body man fixed a fender that was rolled up under the bumper with a huge crease in the middle of it as-well. You can t even tell it was wrecked, the paint clear coat looks factory it wouldn t be possible to know it was wrecked unless you knew it had been fixed. I just love the crew at Hansen s Kim and Cory are wonderful people and want their customers taken care of every step through the process while your ride is in their shop. And as a friend outside of work they are still just the sweetest kind loving people as they are in their shop. Definitely get ahold of Hansen s when you get into a wreck and need someone on your side. That s how they was to me I love the way they handled my wrecked car. They absolutely took care of my needs. They painted the hood on my car and it looks absolutely amazing!!!! They also cleaned up my headlights and now they look almost brand new! What really surprised me is they even went above and beyond by detailing the inside of my car and even washed my floor mats! Hansen's Collision Center is filled with wonderful people and their service is without blemish. I have utilized their talented team multiple times on multiple vehicles. Without any apprehension, I would recommend them all day long 24/7. Very professional and exceptional customer service and vehicle repair.

I am beyond pleased with the help I received from this company. They went above and beyond when they did not even have to. We were in a wreck while visiting this week. We were able to get out with just a few scratches on us. When the tow truck arrived, we had no idea the professionalism and caring people we were about to encounter. The vehicle was a rental and the closet place we could get to for another rental was almost three hours away. Michelle worked really hard with the rental company to come up with a plan for us. They gave us one of their rental vehicles to get back to our resort to rest and gather our belongings because we were leaving the next day to fly back home. We then met back up at 7:00 am this morning and they towed the car and us the extra 2 1/2 hours to the airport so we did not miss our flight. We are extremely appreciative of everything that each one of you did for us and we thank y all so much for the hospitality that was shown to two tourists just driving around Utah for a week. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank each and every one of you so much!

I was passing thru Richfield on my way to SLC and had a failure of a mud flap on my car. Mike cut off the damage, put in a new clip, and sent me on my way. No charge. Thanks, Mike!

Absolute great place! I accidentally ran over something in the snow and punched a hole in my bumper tearing it off! I was on a road trip and they quickly and professionally fixed it so I could make it the 1,000+ miles home without issue! Everyone was so friendly and they even let my bring my puppy inside to wait! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Hansen's was recommended to me when somebody damaged my car and the needed to be repaired. All the staff were helpful and kind, plus they did a great job making my older vehicle look better than it did before the accident. They took care of everything, I didn't have to worry about a single thing.

My Sister & I broke down about 30 miles from Richfield, Utah on I-70 heading back home to Colorado from Nevada. Adam responded to tow us & we couldn't be more thankful for his compassion & superior service!!! Adam calmed us down, assured us we were in good hands, and recommended a repair shop to take us to. He went above & beyond to also take us to a hotel. Kudos to Adam & Hansen's Collison to save the day!!!

I have to give a shout out to Aldo @ Hansen's Collision Center in Richfield, Utah. He went above and beyond to help me find a hotel, when there were none in Richfield. Hansen's wouldn't even work with me at all in trying to get my tool bags back so a man can go to work my vehivhle was towed not impounded they said paid in full or no tool bag. I almost lost my job because I had no toolbag. thanks to the great ppl that helped me get tools so i could keep my job. I could never repay my co workers and 4 hansens all I can say is don't no how u can look at yourself in the mirror your defidentally a SPECIAL TYPE OF PEOPLE.GOD BLESS YOUR HEART

Haylan treated me supper good (someone hit me in a parking lot while I was out of the vechile) he fixed my fender and my grille up to look brand new he even repainted my grille black instead of the fake peel chrome ford likes to use to match my wheel flares if I ever need anymore body work to be done this is where I am going
