This is the second time I used them to to car vs deer. Both Times I've dealt with Stacy Balan. Great reliable cars, amazing prices and 100% professionalism. If you are looking for fast, great service and good price this is the place. You will not be disappointed

I made a reservation for a car rental and that part was easy. But when I called this location for further information, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She interrupted me several times and when I was able to say the reason I called, she became even more rude. Very horrible customer service. She needs to have further training in how to treat customers with more respect and consideration. Being kind and helpful goes along way. I would give it a negative star if it was possible. Don't recommend this location at all!

Went to Enterprise Car Rental in Richfield Utah and was treated really well! They picked me up from the collision company and were vary professional in their manner. Which I really appreciate! Good People there.

This rental company is amazing! The staff here in Richfield are extremely friendly and take good care of their customers!! Highly recommend! This is a much needed service in this community!!!

Your customer service is the worst !; they don't help the customer! and they should answer me in Spanish since they rent cars to different people with different languages!
