Rolled into town at 420pm with a malfunctioning car, 200 miles from home and 200 miles from our destination. The service manager refused to have anyone look at our car, because his mechanics left at 5, despite the service center being open until 6. I had my wife, two children and dog in the car, and this person just said "sorry". If they had taken 10 minutes to run a scan, they would have found it was a $28 part and 10 minutes to fix. As it was, we had to cancel our vacation, limp our way back home, and take it to the dealership here. Very disappointing.

I'd like to recommend to the maintenance team that you work on your communication with your crew as well as the customer. I took my car in for a few issues. One was resolved but over charged and the rest was not even looked at. I even left it there for several extra days so they could look into it. Never even got it back on the lift just sat in the lot for those days. Even gave our numbers to them 3 seperate times so they could tell us what is going on. Zero communication. Payment gal was nice and the gentleman who we first talk was nice. But golly this was bad service.

Service department over charges. Cost me $100 more than it does at other chevrolet dealerships around the country for an oil and fuel filter change. Didn't honor oil change special pricing offered on their website, even though I booked my appointment directly through that link. Also charged for DEF fluid, even though I didn't ask for it. Other dealerships either top it off for free with an oil change or ask if you want to pay for it to be filled. This place just seems to nickel and dime you. Also didn't rotate my tires, even though that was supposed to be included in the oil change special price.

If you are ever in town and need your vehicle worked on, I would highly recommend them. Being from out of state they took care of me quick and got back on the road.

I needed some touch-up paint for my 2015 GMC 2500HD Denali. The parts dept did not have it in stock and offered to order it for me. After explaining that I would be on vacation, he checked the dealerships along my route. Though it was a difficult part to find, he did find some stocking dealerships on my route. Because of his efforts to help me I ordered it from them.

This summer a piece of coal from a coal truck cam up and hit our rear view mirror and took it off. We were traveling through and the entire staff at the Richfield Chevy were amazing and I can 't say enough good about our experience.
