This place is seriously great kinda pricey but the saying goes you get what you pay for and they deliver great parts they will also show you pictures of the vehicle and videos of it running. Don is the man to go to he was super kind and understanding he helped me out the best he could on the price I bought a truck and the owner lied to me and I got a truck with a bad engine and with Christmas right around the corner money is tight already so Don came through and got me a great running engine for the best price he could he's the go to man!

I drove from North Ogden to here. To purchase a rim I found on the website. Indicating they have it. Which they do. But my luck.When I got here they told me I have to wait 24 hours or more so they can take it off the vehicle.I wish they would have said that on the website. I wouldn't have driven here.Plus, They just showed me a picture of it on the computer. How do I know it's not cracked?I'm not going to wait 24 hours or more for some person to take off!I would understand if it was inside the engine.But a tire, or a rim come on! Does it take 24 hours to take it off!Sounds like a bunch of lazy people to me. They had 3 people in front of the desk. One of them could have easily walked in back and taken it off in 10 minutes.They need to change this policy. No stars!Bad service!

I bought 2 front doors for my SUV on eBay. Sam offered to ship them out even though the description says local pick up only. I live in CA so it'd be a long road trip. And I got to know I can't load these 2 doors on my car at once after receiving the doors. So he saved me in many ways. Sam and Lisa provided an amazing customer experience. I'm so happy that I had an opportunity to interact with them. I will definitely reach out to them when I need other parts.

Great customer service! Lisa went out of her way to assist me in getting the parts I needed for a nearly new truck. She was able to find parts that no one else could and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Great experience talking to Don at Transwest. They didn t have the part I needed but he took the time to find 2 other wrecking yards, close to me, that had the part I need. It s nice to just call 1 place for all my Toyota parts.

Cody did a great job packing a Mazda CX-5 hood (extremely well) on a pallet and getting it shipped out on a Trucking company to me. Transwest Auto Parts gets the job done quickly and has very competitive prices. I highly recommend these folks!

3 employees were sitting on their desk at my arrival, and Don was the only one to respond to me when I said Hi.And because that I accepted his help.And I am very happy I did that because beside of having the best disposition to help, he has the acknowledge and customer service skill to made me feel welcome and get the stuff I need.Thank you Don for your help !!God bless you !!!

A flawless transaction. Cody was most helpful and knowledgeable. I sent him a photo. He came back with an immediate response and told me the rim would be at Transwest the next day. When I went to pick it up, it was sitting in the front office with an invoice ..ready to go. All of my questions were answered timely and Cody was most pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. They allowed me to make sure they had the right part that I was looking for. They were very quick about getting it pulled off and having it ready for me. The removal was done very neatly and everything was in excellent condition. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I needed a driveshaft and was directed to Cody at Transwest Auto Parts. The experience was quick, easy, and extremely helpful. He found me a used one at a sister location and had it shipped directly to the transmission shop that is working on it. It was fair priced and he didn't charge me until the part was approved by the shop. Thank you for the help in such a tough time.

I was going to scrap my car through the Peddle website. Had an appointment for them to pick up the car and everything. I d rather work with local businesses so I thought I d reach out to a couple of them just to see what they offer. Transwest was really easy to work with. They even offer text options if you don t have time to sit on the phone. Nick got me a better offer within an hour or so and I was able to bring in the car the next day. I would definitely recommend them.

Best experience with a salvage yard I ve had.Cody was a great rep, helped me get the parts I needed very promptly and professionally and I received my pallet within 1 day of my order. Insanely fast service! Will be doing business with them again for sure.

These guys are helpful and can order parts if they do not have them. They also offer a 90 day warranty on a used transmission which is a big plus. The only transmission they could find for my Audi had a ton of miles so I will wait and hope to find a lower mile option from them or someone else very soon.

Don is very professional and decent human being. i just called with a questions about an car engine, unfortunately it didn t fet my car. And Don was helping me deal with a local vendor just because he has a knowledge and nuances about cars and im not. Im greatly appreciated for a good and honest advices from him, that safe thousands dollars in my pocket!
