Best company ever! They fight for you with the insurance company, do the best work, and even detail your car for you. They have done more than a dozen jobs for my family and I. Seriously the best people!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Our car was repaired quickly and they did an amazing job! You can t even tell where the damage was and the car left in better condition than before the accident. They also went above and beyond for us as people. Their customer service is incredible. They kept us updated on the progress regularly and were so easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

I am so glad I took my car here. They kept me updated. Did great work. And even finished it early. They were kind and courteous. Enterprise was right next door so it was easy to get and return a rental as well. Cannot recommend Whitlock enough!!!!!

I have been very impressed with Whitlock's Collision Repair. They are very professional and personable. I had a hit and run accident with my parked vehicle and they made the whole process very smooth. I shopped around quotes and they were the best price and the most friendly. They delivered my car back looking perfectly new. They even went above and beyond and filled up my coolant for me because they noticed it was low. Overall for the price, experience, time it took and quality they cannot be beat. I will recommend everyone that needs a collision repair to consider this company.

Just wanted to update this review (3 years later) and say they are continually great to work with! They have really gone above and beyond to do great work and keep me, as a customer, happy! Each time I use them, I am very happy with the service the provide!This is such a good place to get your car fixed! I have been here a few times due to minor car accidents and they have worked, thoroughly, quickly, and professionally in the services they've provided with me. They work well with my insurance and make sure I am well taken care. They go above and beyond in their services and do an incredible job. Steve is such a friend and talented guy! You cannot go wrong coming here. They make an unfortunate situation (getting in a car accident) more manageable.

Can t recommend this company enough! My family has been coming here for years and years! I recently got rear ended and took my car here to get repaired, they are fast and efficient my car looks brand new. # 1 in my book! I find them to care about the individual. They are an original family owned business, a rarity now. While I was talking to the appraiser a fellow came out and buffed some paint off of my front bumper! I felt that they cared about me! After seeing the other reviews and the service that I received I only had the one appraisal!Update :I always go here now and tell family and friends about them! My car always comes back perfectly taken care of! My car is silver, people hit my car and some don't stay! Unfortunately, parking lots are opportunities for that to occur. Now I know why my trunk doesn't open properly and a tire well is rusting!They also vacuum and wash my car! Thanks for the TLC! Whitlock.

I am seriously so impressed with Steve Whitlock. Once they were able to get me in, the service was quick and they kept me updated every day. Not only did they fix my car, they also cleaned it for me. This saved some of my expenses for the month. They also suggested other mechanics I could go to for routine maintenance. I will be referring them to anyone in the Provo area!Service: Body & Trim

Whitlock took care of our headlight repair and got us back on the road after a deer run-in near Provo. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the entire process went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Whitlock was great to work with! I read so many horror stories in reviews at other collision repair shops, but they had good reviews, so we tried them out. It was a great experience, and my car looks so good! Their team was so friendly and helpful and kept us updated on what was going on. It took a few weeks to get us in, but once we brought in the car, they had it fixed faster than I expected.

I've never worked with an autobody shop before, so I was hesitant to leave a review as I don't know much, but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It was quick, and the car legitimately looks better than it did before the accident. They even went through the trouble of straightening out my license plates, which had gotten bent through the years. Just absolutely fantastic.

This place is busy, and for a good reason- they do great work! It was about a month before they could get me in after my consultation but it was definitely worth the wait. No hassle, great communication, awesome service, and quick turnaround once my car was in their shop. It was great having them work directly with the insurance company so I didn t have to worry about any of that. My car was returned to me in pristine condition!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Steve Whitlock for all of my repairs. They are the best, period. When I request every tow truck driver to take it to Steve Whitlock, they always say, "Great choice." Great to work with and always provide a good result.

The best business I have found in Provo! I ve been there four times with three different cars and they are always so patient and kind. Stephanie in the front desk is very friendly and efficient. Travis has worked with us a lot and we appreciate his thoughtfulness and thoroughness. We went in with a busted rear door that wouldn t open today. They were booked out for the repair but instead of sending us on our way Travis went out and did a temporary fix so the door would open and close for us. Never going anywhere else!Extra bonus is they are a USAA approved repair shop and that makes it super easy to work with insurance and claims.

My front bumper was falling off. They replaced it for a reasonable price, recommending how to file our claim with our insurance to get the best price. They are all very personable and great to work with. My car was fixed in just a couple of days and I haven't had any issues with it since.

Got my car repaired here. I had a big dent on my passenger rear door and they were a dream to work with! The estimated time it would take to fix my car was spot on. They also sent me text updates throughout the week and a half my car was there which I loved! When I went to pick up my car I realized they vacuumed my car out and what they repaired looked perfect! They were also so kind and super professional. I will gladly take my car here again if needed.

Whitlock was great. They took care of my Mazda and kept us updated the entire time. The repair looks amazing and the car was clean when we picked it up. Will definitely be back if we need other repairs!

Whitlock Auto body is one of the TOP NOTCH Auto body facilities in Utah County. Travis & the team are some of the most knowledgeable people in this industryI highly recommend you give them a try if you want your vehicle's to look like they came off the showroom floor

We were in a minor accident on 12/27/21, and the police called a tow for us. Whitlock Auto Body responded to the call and towed the car to their lot. After their initial estimate, we decided to not repair the vehicle and arranged for another company to sell the vehicle to, after they offered us a much better payment than anyone Whitlock suggested. We took off time from work on 12/29/21 to remove our items from the vehicle, pay the towing and storage fees, and leave the title and keys with them.I was concerned when they said that they had arranged for Pic-A-Part to pick up the car, which was not the company we had arranged to sell the car to. We very explicitly clarified which company would be picking up the car, and that we absolutely had to be there to handle payment and the title transfer. We instructed Brandon and another receptionist to not let anyone take the car without calling us first, and they had both my and my husband's contact information. Instead, I called today and found out that they had essentially just given away our car, along with the signed title and keys, with zero attempt to contact us.As alarming as this mistake was, the utter lack of concern or care on the part of Whitlock Auto Body and its employees is what prompted me to write this review. Brandon, who was there that day and mistakenly tried to get Pic-A-Part to take the car, was incredibly rude and condescending on the phone. He took absolutely no responsibility for the situation and straight up lied about the conversation we had, in order to avoid blame for not contacting us. I can't attest to the quality of their repair services, but I really regret being forced to deal with them after this experience.

I got into a car accident in May & had my insurance representative send my information over to Whitlock's for a quote because I had heard they were the best. Within a week I received a call from them ready to schedule my repair. I was so impressed with how quickly they called, but I did not have the funds to pay for the work. They assured me that they would hold the check from my insurance company until I could move forward with the job.Five months later, I called hoping that they might still have it & be able to do the job. They said yes, they still had my check! We started discussing options as to when I could bring my car by. I explained that I was going out of town later in the month & they suggested that I drop it off when I left so that I would have access to my car until that time. I dropped off my car after hours & left the keys in their drop box. I got a call the next morning letting me know that they had my car, keys, & were ready to start! When I came back from my vacation, I called in & they let me know that there had been some extra damage that the estimator did not recognize when he first looked at my car. They had already called him & taken care of it while I was away. The gentleman who worked in the office told me they would begin work on that Thursday. I then got a call on Thursday letting me know that my car was fixed, washed, & ready to be picked up! When I went into the office, they were so friendly & kind to me. I picked up my keys, paid my bill, & went out to my car. They had even vacuumed & cleaned the interior of my car! I was so impressed!I will definitely be going back for more body work in the future! Their customer service is amazing, they were faster than expected, & I truly felt that they went above and beyond for me & my vehicle. I had heard that Steve Whitlock's was the best, & I walked away knowing first-hand that they are the best in town! Thank you, Steve Whitlock Auto Body! You just gained a customer for life!
