Cody is awesome! He helped me put a catalytic converter on a little Suzuki Kei car that I imported from Japan. I was worried it would be super hard to find the right part for it but he had a generic one in stock that did the trick and helped me pass emissions! He also installed a new tail pipe for me on a ford e 350. I would definitely work with him again and recommend to friends and fam.Service: Exhaust

I took my car there this morning to get a flex pipe welded on because mine was leaking. Cody got me in and out in 30 minutes. He s friendly and fast. He even had to add a little extra pipe to make it work (I brought my own part) and didn t charge me extra for that. I highly recommend him if you need any exhaust work done!!

Cody was helpful over the last year. He gave me a few ideas that got me 1 more year out of a bad catalytic converter. I finally had to break down and get one put on. He put in the shop the same day and had it done in a very short time. I just stayed in the lobby. He is professional and gives the best options available. All done 375.00 parts and labor. It's never fun paying the bill, but I'd like to see a lower price and better work and parts. Go to him for your exhaust need for sure!

Had a very good experience at the shop, was educated on the way different muffler's work, Cody did a very professional job and I left very happy! I would recommend him to everyone! he explains everything and is way fair on the price. He is my go to guy now!

Cody was great to work with. I had some questions about which type of exhaust would help my truck perform well, and he sat and talked to me about it for a good amount of time. There's was no rush to shut me up so he could get back to work, and no efforts to try to upsell me on anything. He just genuinely wanted to help me figure out what was going to work best for my situation. His pricing is very reasonable and he does quality work. I called multiple shops that refused to install parts brought in by customers. This guy did the catalytic converter install on my vehicle in under an hour with 0 issues. He even fixed the screw up made by the previous owner of my vehicle. His pricing was probably less than he could have charged. A generously low price for the work done! Would come here again in a heartbeat for more work on my vehicle!

Cody gave me every chance to save money.When he was servicing my vehicle he noticed that one of the new parts was damaged and sent it back. In my case, I realized his #1 priority is to prevent an unneeded, expensive repair. I was so thankful I took my vehicle to Quality Muffler.

I had a flex pipe from the previous owner and a muffler I wanted to remove and Cody fixed it up and gave my truck an awesome straight pipe I d definitely recommend them to anyone who need exhaust works done.Update: Still using his services, I ll will be returning with my diesel truck I just picked up for some exhaust work to be done.

Don't bother going anywhere else, this place is fantastic. Cody was a super nice guy. Local business owner, his kids were there and he involved them too.My favorite part of the visit was that he allowed me to walk around with him as he worked on my car. He communicated each thing he was doing and didn't charge me for anything without first explaining beforehand what he would do, why he would do it, and how much it would cost.Honest business; friendy; and my car is running great now. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I took our 2005 Nissan Pathfinder to Quality Muffler for a diagnosis and possible repairs. Upon first meeting the owner, Cody, he spoke to us as if we had known him for a long time and was happy to see us. It was immediately clear to me that Cody recognizes the value of extraordinary customer service.I explained to Cody what was going on with our vehicle and he instantly got on the ground and underneath the vehicle. He also ran a diagnostics test and told me that their was an issue with a catalytic converter sensor. He then pulled our vehicle into his shop and lifted it on the vehicle hoist where he quickly fixed the rattling noise of a loose exhaust heat shield (of which he refused to charge us for). Cody told us that he could order a new catalytic converter for our vehicle, and the costs associated with the replacement parts and labor- both of which we extremely fair and reasonable.However, Cody gave me a suggestion as to how to possibly resolve the catalytic converter sensor issue before spending hundreds of dollars. I followed his instructions later that day and the sensor issue has not returned after having now driven the vehicle for several hundred miles. It was evident that Cody had the strong ability to identify, analyze and diagnose the issues our vehicle was having.When it does become apparent that a new catalytic converter is the only option needed for our vehicle, we will certainly bring it back to Cody for that repair. Both my wife and I left Quality Muffler feeling like Cody promoted high standards for honesty, integrity and fairness within his profession and industry.Service: Exhaust

Fantastic, honest service with the skill and expertise that I needed. Cody replaced my muffler and full exhaust pipe with ease and now I get better gas mileage to boot!
