Came in for a new windshield cause I was done fiddling around with Safelite, and left with a new windshield and some new tint!I was able to call and get a quote and scheduled pretty quickly for my windshield. I walked into my appointment and I noticed that they had a pretty nice tint station. I asked about prices and I got my windows tinted same day.Their staff was very friendly and respectful that it was refreshing compared to some of the service put out these days from other places. They took the time to hear me out and also take the time to make sure I understood what was being done and other details that I didnt even consider to be an issue before.Service is outstanding, quality is immaculate, and I am a VERY satisfied customer. :)

Prime Auto Glass was amazing to work with! We live in Nevada and communication was prompt and reliable from the get-go. Our appointment was at 9:00am and they were ready and waiting for us. The job was completed and we were on our way in ninety minutes. From my first email asking for info until we drove our car away with a new windshield, the people at Prime Auto Glass were professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend!

I'm throwing a 5-star review prior to my windshield install for how quickly Julio was able to get a technician scheduled to come to my house. Really friendly on the phone and when I shared my concern on time restraints he rescheduled a technician to come out even sooner than we had previously discussed. I will update my review if necessary but it's nice to know there are still smaller businesses who take care of customers like this.

I went with these guys because they were $20 cheaper. They damaged my rear view mirror (in picture). It s hard to see in the picture but you can tell that they were really squeezing the mirror to get it off of the old windshield and it left separation scars on the entire edge of the mirror face. They also left a lot of rubber crumbs all over my dashboard from removing the old windshield and didn t even clean it off.Lastly, I was driving my vehicle one day after I had the new windshield installed and I could hear something faintly clapping on my car that hadn t been there before and so when I inspected my car, I seen that they didn t completely secure one of the trim pieces that surrounded the windshield.When it comes to doing a specific job, you should do quality work doing that specific job. You only have one job to do, not a ton of different things, you should have mastered that ONE job. You re a public business. If you damage someone s property, you should ethically repair it. Do a quality job.I ll pay the extra money next time to get a true professional to do my windshield.

I just visited Prime Auto Glass for a decent sized rock chip repair on my truck.I picked them because they were half the price of the other place that I called. The office staff was incredibly kind and professional. They had a clean and quiet waiting area with wifi that I used for work while they did the repair. They were super fast and finished in about 25 minutes (as quoted)The technician did a great job on the quality of the chip fill. Nice and smooth and I can barely see it now. To top it off, when I got in my truck to leave I noticed they had cleaned the entire inside and outside of the windshield. They cleaned all the normal interior haze out out of the corners and hard to reach areas, leaving it crystal clear. They are my new go-to for glass and I will undoubtedly be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks.

I had this place tint my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and were really helpful, courteous, and thorough in the explanation of the services and options they offer. They even pointed out SUPER tiny little chips and scratches in my windows and explained how it might affect the tint on the windows - it was something that I would've never noticed or anyone else for that matter. They did a great job and I was really happy with their service.

I called the day before my appointment saying I had an issue with my car so there was a chance I wouldn t make it to my appointment. I never asked them to cancel my appointment, but I got a text later saying that they canceled it. I got my car back in time for my appointment and called to ask if I could still bring my car in and they said in order for me to bring it in I d have to pay the deposit again, even though I had already paid a deposit. They said the first deposit I made wouldn't even go towards my service. I tried explaining that I didn t ask them to cancel my appointment in the first place but she insisted that that s what I asked over for the phone. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

I had two appts scheduled, one for my windshield and one for my tint. For my windshield I was quoted $325 so I made the appointment. Once I showed up, they changed prices and told me $550 same goes with my tint. I have a van, two windows. Nothing else. I was quoted $250 for the 80% ceramic. I made the appointment, and when I showed up again they told me it was going to be $450! .fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I ll take my business elsewhere. Buyer beware, shotty business practice.

These guys are very friendly and professional. I love how they double check and triple check what you want done, I also love how they explain what kind of tint is going on the truck and what it does. Their pricing was great and awesome of them to give us a deal. The heat resistant and UV blocking definitely does what it is advertise to do, it's also great that it comes with a limited warranty. I will definitely be back to get my windshield and sunroof done, these guys are definitely highly recommend, best tint shop I've ever been to.

I have gone to these guys with every vehicle I have owned. Always such great work and really good quality products. Usually can get them same day for the work. I have sent many people to them as well over the three years I have taken cars to them. Never heard anything back always good stuff! Have some of the best pricing in the county. I was surprised at how affordable it was for everything from windshields in all my vehicles to tinting on them all as well. They also have a very good warrenty. Had some tint chip and they replaced the whole window tint! 1000000/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. They are a busy place (to be expected on a Saturday), but were still pretty quick and a great price. Very responsive customer service.

The service was exceptional, I was able to call in and they set up an appointment. During the initial appointment they went over my car with me, inside and out to show any current blemishes so there were no questions as to any potential damage. They also went through options I didn't know existed and it helped me make an even better decision to get a tint that would not only reflect UV rays but would also reflect the heat. I will update this review on its effectiveness once the weather actually warms up. Overall an exceptional experience in service and quality.

These guys do an awesome job! I took my car in for a full tint, they work fast and do a really good job, they are very helpful, I had a couple of questions and they were more than happy to help. Friendly customer service. I went in to get tint for my truck but ended up replacing my windshield on the suburban instead. Will go back for tinted work later. Highly recommend - honest and reliable workers.

Great service!Juan was very respectful and knowledgeable. I went through my insurance and didn t pay a dime to have my entire windshield replaced. I scheduled in the morning and I took it in at 3pm the same day. The service was finished in under 1.5hrs. Juan also gave me some coupons for future services. Would recommend Prime Auto Glass!

Asked for a new windshield for my 1973 nova, she said they could not do it if I wanted to clean out the windshild area and put in rust stop spray. Could not give me a reason, just its against their policy. I asked if I could remove it myself and bring it in, ready to install. and they said they would refuse to install the windshield if one was not already in its place. Would be nice to have a reasonable explanation rather than it's just against our policy. Ya and she is the manager but couldn't explain why.

They did a fantastic job! They reached out about 2 business days after I submitted my claim with my insurance and they were notified of the claim. I got scheduled the same week they called and I dropped it off, went home for 3-4 hours and they were done! The glass looked so great when I walked up and as I was driving that I had to grab some pictures! I think they did a fantastic and clean job. There was some smudges on the passenger seat from something that wasn't there before but it could be wiped away fairly easy. The glass itself was really clean with no smudges! They were awesome to work with and had exceptional service. They did all my windows, tint strip, and vinyl in between the windows. They were timely and open with their communication would highly recommend to anyone trying to give their vehicle that extra edge for looks or security.

I wasn't sure how dark to tint my windows and the service rep was super patient with me and showed me real world examples of how they would look. I changed my mind multiple times before finally making my decision and I was really happy with how it turned out.
